Irreversible HER2-TKIs can induce faster internalization and degradation of the HER2 receptor compared to reversible HER2-TKIs.

As HER2 receptors move more rapidly from the cell surface to the interior, this process can enhance the internalization of T-Dxd.

BioNTech과 OncoC4가 공동개발중인 Next CTLA-4 'Gotistobart(BNT316/ONC-392)'의 임상이 일시적으로 중단됐으며, 중단 이유는 Squamous 그리고 Nonsquamous NSCLC 환자들 사이에서 서로 다른 결과가 보고됐기 때문(자세한 내용은 공개하지 않았음).

이번에 일시적으로 중단된 PRESERVE-003 임상3상은 이전에 PD-1/L1 ICI를 처방받은 경험이 있는 NSCLC 환자들을 대상으로 Gotistobart와 Docetaxel의 효능을 직접 비교하는 임상이었음.
