አንድ ድንቅ የተፈጥሮ ተዓምር ላጫውትህ፥

በደቡብ አፍሪካ የምትገኝ አንዲት ነጭ ወፍ ጎጆዋን በመላ ትቀይሳለች።

የወፏ ጎጆ ሁለት ክፍሎች ያሉት ሲሆን፣ የፊተኛው ክፍል ላይ አትኖርበትም።

እባብ ወይም ሌላ አጥቂ እንስሳ ከመጣ የመጀመሪያውን ባዶ ክፍል በመመልከት፤
"አይ ማንም የለም" በማለት ወደመጣበት ይመለሳል።

ወፏ ግን በጀርባ ባለው ክፍል ውስጥ በሰላም አንቀላፍታለች።

የብዙዎቻችን የአእምሮ ሰላማችን በቀላሉ ይደፈርሳል፤ ለመጣው ለሄደው ሁሉ ራሳችንን አጋልጠን እንሰጣለን። በቀላሉ ያስከፉናል፣ በቀላሉ ያስደስቱናል፣ በቀላሉ ያበሳጩናል.... የእኛ የስሜት ተቆጣጣሪዎች ሌሎች ይሆናሉ።

አንተን ለማጥቃት የመጣው ሁሉ እንዳያገኝህ ስሜትህን፣ ሃሳብህን ሸሽግ።
በመጣው በሄደው መከፋትህን አቁም።

መታየትን ስታበዛና የሌሎችን አድናቆት ለማግኘት ስትጥር፣ መከፋትህ የበዛ ይሆናል። በተቻለህ አቅም አእምሮህን ለአልፎ ሂያጅ አትስጥ... ሸሸግ አድርገው!
