ጨረታ ቁጥር ECWCT/NCB/SG-41/2017

የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ መሳሪያዎችና ተሽከርካሪዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ስለሚፈልግ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡
1.  በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል ለድርጅቶች የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሲሆን ለግለሰብ ደግሞ መታወቂያ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ማስረጃ በማቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 400.00/አራት መቶ ብር/በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የሀገር ውስጥ ጥቅል ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
2.  የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚመጣ ተዛማጅ የሆነ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ ወይም መታወቂያ እና  የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin Number) ይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

3.  የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች    መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ዜግነትን ሳይመለከት ለማንኛውም ተጫራች ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በአማርኛ ቋንቋ ነው ፡፡


4.  ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ብር አስር በመቶ (10%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንቲ (የባንክ ዋስትና) ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ በኢንሹራንስ ወይም በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

5.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ግዥ መምሪያ-1 ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡


6.  ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻው በተገኙበት ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው ግዥ መምሪያ-1 የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

7.  ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

8.  ለበለጠ መረጃ ተጫራቾች የሚከተለውን አድራሻ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡

የኮርፖሬሽኑ አመራሮች እና ሠራተኞች ከለውጡ ወዲህ ባለፋት ስድስት አመታት በፖለቲካ፣ በኢኮኖሚ እና ማህበራዊ ዘርፎች የተመዘገቡ  ተጨባጭ እድገቶች ላይ ውይይት አካሂደዋል።

ሀገራችን  ከተስፋ ወደ ሚጨበጥ ብርሃን እያደረገች ባለው ጉዞ በዲጂታል ኢኮኖሚ ግንባታ፣ አረንጓዴ አሻራ፣ በሌማት ትሩፋት እና በአጠቃላይ ሀገራዊ ገቢ የተመዘገቡ እድገቶች ቀርበው ውይይት ተደርጎባቸዋል።

የህልምን አቅም ቀያሪነት፣ ድንበር ተሻጋሪነት እና ከዛሬ ወደ ነገ አሻጋሪነት በመረዳት የህሊና ንድፋችንን ለህዝብና ሀገር ብልጽግና አርቀን በማለም አልመን መስራት  እንደሚገባ በውይይቱ ወቅት ተብራርቷል።

•   Five years’ firm experience in maintenance services of vehicles, construction machineries and equipment and Vehicles Body maintenance works as a main service provider or Joint Venture partner.
5.2.2 Specific Experience
1.  One of the following basic maintenance services experience are expected from the service provider. The experience depends on the type of maintenance activities that the service provider can (will) participate in the business.
o  Light Vehicle Maintenance
o  Medium and Heavy Vehicles Maintenance
o  Construction Equipment Maintenance including auxiliary equipment’s like Generator etc.
o  Vehicles Body Maintenance works
2.  Experience in vehicle washing and detailing service works, if possible references from previous clients or projects. (attach relevant experience documents)
6. DURATION
The anticipated period of the completion of the contract is 2 years including probation period of 3 months (performance evaluation), which is the time the agreed maintenance activities must be completed by the Service Provider. The extension of the contract shall depend on the satisfaction of both parties.

DETAIL TECHNICAL SERVICES
Generally, the works will comprise mainly the following Equipment and Vehicles Maintenance activities:  
  Carry out effective root cause analysis (RCFA) to identify and avoid root causes of problems; examine equipment performance to detect and locate malfunctions and inefficiencies; provide technical support and operational solutions for maximum reliability and utilization of various equipment and vehicles.
  Conducting detail inspection, identifying required spare parts and material for maintenance with their part number, quantity and estimated cost and forward its recommendation for approval whether the maintenance conducted is cost-effective.
  Preventive Maintenance based on Condition/Operation Km or Hr.
  Corrective Maintenance which might include Electrical and Electronics Maintenance.
