🏷የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ መሳሪያዎችና ተሽከርካሪዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ስለሚፈልግ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡

1.  በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል ለድርጅቶች የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሲሆን ለግለሰብ ደግሞ መታወቂያ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ማስረጃ በማቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 400.00/አራት መቶ ብር/በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የሀገር ውስጥ ጥቅል ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
2.  የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚመጣ ተዛማጅ የሆነ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ ወይም መታወቂያ እና  የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin Number) ይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

3.  የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች    መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ዜግነትን ሳይመለከት ለማንኛውም ተጫራች ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በአማርኛ ቋንቋ ነው ፡፡

4.  ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ብር አስር በመቶ (10%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንቲ (የባንክ ዋስትና) ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ በኢንሹራንስ ወይም በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡

5.  ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ግዥ መምሪያ-1 ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡

6.  ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻው በተገኙበት ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው ግዥ መምሪያ-1 የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

7.  ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

8.  ለበለጠ መረጃ ተጫራቾች የሚከተለውን አድራሻ መጠቀም ይችላሉ፡፡

👉የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት (Site Setting Out) ልየታ ላይ ተቆጣጣሪ መሐንዲሱ ማረጋገጥ ያለበት ነጥቦች

🚧በግንባታ ሥራ ከቦታ መጥረግ ቀጥሎ የሚሰራው ሥራ የግንባታ መስመሮችን (Axis) እና የስትራክቸር መሰረታዊ ማዕከላዊ ነጥቦችን (Center of structures/column) መለየት ነው።

💫ይህ ሥራ የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት የሚባል ሲሆን መሐንዲሱ ማረጋገጥ ያለበት ነጥቦች፦

1) የተዘጋጀ ቦታ መሆኑን ፦ የግንባታ ቦታ ነጥቦችን መለየት (Site Setting Out) ከመከናወኑ በፊት ሲባጎ የሚወጠሩባቸው ችካሎች ወይም የጂፒኤስ (GPS) መሳሪያ የሚያመለክትባቸው ነጥቦች ከፍታ (Elevation of setting out strings) በውል እንዲታወቅ እና ተፈጥሯዊ የላይኛው የመሬት ክፍል ያለበት ክፍታ (Top Surface /Elevation/ of Original Ground Level) የተለየ መሆን ስላለበት የግንባታ ቦታ ጠረጋ በሚገባ የተከናወነ መሆኑን እና ተፈጥሯዊ የመሬት የላይኛው ክፍል የተደረሰበት መሆኑ ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

2) መሪ ንድፍ  (site plan) መኖሩን እና በዚያ መሰረት እየተከናወነ መሆኑን፦ መሐንዲሱ አንድ ሕንጻ የሚያርፍባቸውን መሰረታዊ ነጥቦት (Axis & Center) ልየታ በሚከናወንበት ሰዓት ሕጋዊ የሆነ መሪ የቦታ ንድፍ (site plan) ያለው እና በግንባታ ቦታው ላይ የሚገኝ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

3) ዋና ዋና ፍርግርግ መስመሮች (main grid/Axis/ lines)፦ የግንባታው ሁለትዮች አቅጣጫዎች (X-axis and Y-axis) የሚገናኙበትን የሚያመለክቱ ፍርግርግ መስመሮች መኖራቸውን፣ ከፍታ ልዩነት አለመኖሩን (water level) ማረገግጥ አለበት። በዚህም መሰረት እርስ በእርሳቸው የሚገናኙበት አንግል እና አንዱ ከሌላው ያለው ማዕከላዊ ርቀት (centerline dimensions) በስትራክቸራል የመሰረት አቀማመጥ ዲዛይኑ (Structural foundation layout) ላይ በተመለከተው ልኬት መሰረት ምንም አይነት የልኬት ክፍተት የሌለባቸው መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

4) የስትራክቸር ክፍሎች መገኛ (Location of Structural Elements):- በዋናነት እያንዳንዱ የስትራክቸሩ ምሰሶዎች/ቋሚ አምዶች ማዕከላዊ ነጥብ(Columns centerline)፣ እና የስትራክቸሩ ምሰሶዎች የሚያርፉባቸውን አካላይ ነጥቦት (Coordinate points)፣ የምሰሶ ጫማ ስፋት (Footings coverage area) የሚያመለክት መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት።

5) የአጥር ሥራ (fencing or barbed)፦ በሚቆፈረው የመሬት ክፍል ውስጥ ማየት የተሳናቸው፣ ሕጻናት፣ በጨለማ የሚጓዙ መንገደኞች፣ እንስሳት እንዳይወድቁና አካላዊ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስ፤ በተጨማሪም በግንባታው ክልል ውስጥ የሚገኙ እንደ ሚስማር፣ ብረት፣ እንጨት አይነት ግብአቶች እንቅፋት በመሆን ጉዳት እንዳያስከትሉ፣ ወይም በግንባታ ቦታው ውስጥ ያሉ የግንባታ ግብአቶች፣ ማሽኖች፣ እቃዎች፣ እና ሌሎች ንብረቶች እንዳይዘረፉ ለመከላከል የግንባታ ቦታው የታጠረ ወይም የተከለለ መሆኑ ማረጋገጥም የክትትል መሐንዲሱ ሥራ ነው።

የፌዴራል ቤቶች ኮርፖሬሽን አመት ባልሞላ ጊዜ ውስጥ  አንድ ቢሊዮን ብር  ወጪ ተደርጎበታል ያለዉን የኮንስትራክሽን ግብአት ማምረቻ ፋብሪካ ወደ ምርት ስራ እንዲገባ ማድረጉን አስታዉቋል።

ይህም ለግንባታ ስራ ፍጥነትም ሆነ ጥራት እንዲሁም የዋጋ መጠን ግሽበት ምክንያት ሆኖ የሚጠቀሰው የኮንስትራክሽን ግብአቶችን ወጥ በሆነ ማዕከል ለማምረት እንደሚረዳም ተገልጿል ።

እነኚህ ማሽኖች በአመት 202,752 ሜ/ኩብ የአርማታ ውህድ የማምረት አቅም እንዳላቸዉ የገለፁት ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው ከዓመታዊ ምርት ሽያጭ ደግሞ ከ 2.29 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢን ማግኘት እንደሚያስችል አስረድተዋል።

ማዕከሉ ኮንክሪት ዉህድ እና ብሎኬት ከማምረት በተጨማሪ የመንገድ ዳር ንጣፍ (ቴራዞ) የሚያመርት በመሆኑ ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ፕሮጀክቶች አልፎ ለሌሎች በመዲናዋ ለሚካሄዱ የግንባታ ፕሮጀክቶች ምርቱን ለማቅረብ ጠቀሜታው የጎላ ነዉ ተብሏል።

The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) here by invites sealed bids from eligible bidders all over the world for the procurement of sub contract for construction of Grouting works at Upper Gudder Fatol Dam & Appurtenant structures construction project under national Competitive bidding. This project aims to enhance the quality and durability of our construction initiatives through advanced grouting techniques.
1.  Bidders or Representatives should submit registration documents and copy of legal license renewed for 2024 and power of attorney from their principal along with their bid documents.

❇️የኢትዮጵያ ገቢዮች ሚኒስቴር ከገቢ ላይ በሚገኝ ግብር አከፋፈል አዋጅ ቁጥር 979/2016 (under the income tax proclamation No. 979/2016) አንቀጽ ቁጥር 19 (2) ሥር ከደመወዝ የሚገኝ ገቢ ግብር፣ ከሕንጻ ኪራይ እና መሰል አገልግሎቶች የሚገኝ ገቢ ግብር፣ ከንግድ ሥራ ገቢ የሚገኝ ግብር እና ከሌሎች ልዩ ልዩ ሥራ የሚገኝን ገቢ ግብር አከፋፈል አርቅቋል።

❇️በዚህ ውስጥ የግንባታ ሥራ አማካሪዎች፣ የሕንጻ የመንገድ እና ሌሎች የሲቪል ምህንድስና ሥራ ተቋራጮች፣ እና የሕንጻ መሳሪያና ግብአት አቅራቢዎች በንግድ ሥራ ሥር የሚጠቃለሉ ናቸው።
