Prioritization matters 😊

የምማርበት ግቢ አጥር የለውም ግን ስንት እና ስንት ሚሊዮን ብር ፈሶበት Functional ያልሆነ ሴኩሪቲ ካሜራ የሌለበት ኮርነር የለም ።

ጥበቃዎች መሳሪያ ተነጥቀዎል። ከኮማንድ ፓስቱ ጀምሮ...

ታዲያ ምን ቢሆን ጥሩ ነው...

አጥር የለም...

በየትኛውም አቅጣጫ ማንኛውም ሰው ወደ ዩኒቨርስቲው እና ሆስፒታሉ በቀላሉ መግባት ይችላል ።

ከወራቶች በፊት...
ኢንተርን መዘረፍ ተጀመረ...ዝም...

ሬዚደንት መከራውን በላ...ዝም...

🧐Why is the deterioration?

Is it acceptable to make the number, availability of residents & initiation of fellowship programs a reason?

Do our seniors have the gut to make it right?

The 6-7 years of undergrad medical school shouldn't focus solely on theory; we need to use our time wisely.

Residency should involve performing tasks at a higher level, not simply repeating work that undergraduates can do.

Similarly, subspecialty training should focus on advancing beyond residency skills.

It feels like we're stuck in a cycle, wasting valuable time, only to repeat the same processes and restrict juniors from gaining procedural experience.
