ကချင်အထူးဒေသ ( ၁ ) သတ်မှတ်ချက်ကို ပယ်ဖျက်ကြောင်း ကချင်လွတ်လပ်ရေးအစိုးရအဖွဲ့ KIO က နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၂၈ ရက် ဒီနေ့မှာ ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်ပါတယ်။

ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်မှာ ကချင်လူမျိုးများသာမက ကချင်ဒေသအတွင်းရှိ တိုင်းရင်းသားပြည်သူများ စိတ်ဝမ်းကွဲမှုမရှိဘဲ အတူတကွတန်းတူနေထိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကချင်အထူးဒေသ (၁)ဟု ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေများကို တပေါင်းတစည်းတည်းဖြစ်အောင် အရယူခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ယနေ့ကစပြီး ကချအထူးဒေသ (၁)ဟူတဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်ကို ပယ်ဖျက်ကြောင်းနဲ့ ယခင် ကချင်အထူးဒေသ (၁) အုပ်ချုပ်မှုအောက်မှာရှိခဲ့တဲ့ ဌာနေပြည်သူများ၊ ရင်းနှီးမြုပ်နှံသူများအားလုံး စိုးရိမ်စိတ်မထားဘဲ KIO နဲ့ပူးပေါင်းပြီး ဘက်စုံဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးအတူတကွတည်ဆောက်သွားဖို့ကိုလည်း ဖိတ်ခေါ်ထားပါတယ်။

တိုက်ပွဲကြောင့် ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှုများခဲ့တဲ့ ဖားကန့်မြို့နယ် ဆိုင်းတောင်ရွာ ရှင်းလင်းရေးလုပ်ဆောင်နေပြီလို့ ဒေသခံတွေပြောပါတယ်။

အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၇ ရက်နေ့ကစပြီး ပရဟိတအသင်းတွေနဲ့ရွာသူ၊သားတွေ ဝိုင်းဝန်းပြီး ရှင်း‌လင်းရေးလုပ်နေတဲ့ မြင်ကွင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဆိုင်းတောင်ရွာမှာ စစ်တပ်နဲ့ KIA တပ်ကြား တစ်လကြာ တိုက်ပွဲပြင်းထန်ခဲ့ပြီး နှစ်ဖက်တပ်အကြား လက်နက်ကြီး ပစ်ခတ်တာအပြင် စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ လေကြောင်း ပစ်ခတ်မှု၊ နေအိမ်မီးရှို့မှုတွေကြောင့် အိမ်ခြေ ၂၄၃ အိမ် ပျက်စီးခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကံပိုင်တည်မြို့စောင့်တပ်ဖြစ်တဲ့ အမှတ် ၁၀၀၃ တပ်ရင်းဌာနချုပ်ကို KIA ပူး ပေါင်းတပ်က ဒီညနေ ၅ နာရီဝန်းကျင် သိမ်းပိုက်ထားနိုင်ပြီလို့ KIO သတင်းနဲ့ပြန်ကြားရေး တာဝန်ခံ ဗိုလ်မှူးကြီး အင်ဖန်နော်ဘူ အတည်ပြုပြောဆိုပါတယ်။

" ၁၀၀၃ တပ်ရင်းဌာနချုပ်ကို ဒီညနေ သိမ်းနိုင်ပြီတဲ့‌။ ကျနော်တို့ဘက်က ခုမှ Confirm ရတယ်" လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

နယ်ခြားစောင့်တပ်လက်အောက် အမှတ် ၁၀၀၃ တပ်ရင်းဌာနချုပ်ကို KIA ဘက်က အောက်တို ဘာလ ‌‌‌‌‌၁၆ ရက်နေ့ စတင်ထိုးစစ်ဆင်ပြီး ၆ ရက်အကြာမှာ သိမ်းလိုက်နိုင်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ပန်ဝါမြို့အနီး လက်နက်ကြီး၊လက်နက်ငယ်သံ ဆက်တိုက်ထွက်‌‌ပေါ်နေပြီး မြို့တွင်းတိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်လာမှာစိုးလို့ ပြည်သူတွေ နယ်စပ်တစ်လျှောက် သွားရောက်ခိုလှုံ‌နေကြတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေဆီကနေ သိရပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမယ့် တရုတ်ဘက်က ဝင်ခွင့်မပေးတဲ့အပြင် နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်နဲ့ကိုက် ၃၀ အကွာကြိုးတန်းထားပြီး လုံခြုံရေးတင်းကြပ်ထားတယ်လို့ ပန်ဝါမြို့ခံတွေ ပြောပါတယ်။

အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၇ ရက်နေ့ ပန်ဝါမြိုစောင့်တပ်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ၁၀၀၂ တပ်ရင်းဌာနချုပ်ကို KIA ပူးပေါင်းတပ် သိမ်းလိုက်တဲ့နောက် တိုက်ပွဲဟာ ပန်ဝါမြို့တွင်းဘက် ဦးတည်နေပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် ပန်ဝါမြို့မှာနေထိုင်တဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေက အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၇ ရက်နေ့ ညနေပိုင်း‌က‌နေတရုတ်နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်‌နေရာတစ်လျှောက် သွားရောက်ခိုလှုံနေထိုင်ကြတာလို့ သိရပါတယ်။

အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၇ ရက် ညနေပိုင်း နယ်စပ်တစ်လျှောက် ပြည်သူတွေ ထောင်ချီသွားရှောင်‌ နေကြပေမယ့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံဘက်က ပန်ဝါအတွင်း အလုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသားတွေကိုသာ ဝင်ခွင့်ပြုပြီး ဂိတ်ပြန်ပိတ်လိုက်တယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတစ်ဦး KNG ကို ခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

" မနေ့ည ဂိတ်ခနတော့ဖွင့်တယ် ဒါပေမယ့် တရုတ်လူမျိုးတွေဘဲ ခေါ်ပြီး ပြန်ပိတ်သွားပြီ။ ခုထိ ဂိတ်အပေါက်မှာ လာနေနေကြတာ နေကပူနဲ့ တော်တော် ဒုက္ခရောက်နေကြတယ်" လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

ပန်ဝါမြို့ခံ‌တွေ ပြောဆိုချက်အရ ပန်ဝါမြို့တွင်း အခြေနေ အရမ်းဆိုးလာခဲ့မှသာ တရုတ်ဘက်က ဂိတ်ဖွင့်ပေးဆိုတဲ့အကြောင်း ပြောဆိုနေကြတယ်လို့ သူက ဆက်ပြောပါတယ်။

အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၈ ရက် ဒီမနက်ကစပြီး ပန်ဝါမြို့ ဈေးဆိုင်တွေအားလုံး ပိတ်သိမ်းထားကြပြီး ပြည်သူတွေ နယ်စပ်တစ်ကြာ ခိုလှုံနေကြတယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတစ်ဦး ခုလိုပြောပါတယ်။

" ဘာဈေးဆိုင်မှ မဖွင့်ကြတော့ဘူး။ ပြည်သူတွေက နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်မှာဘဲ စောင့်နေကြတယ်။ နေကပူတာနဲ့ တရုတ်ဘက်ကလည်း ခုထိမဖွင့်ပေးဘူး" လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။

စစ်တပ် အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးနောက် မြေရှားသတ္တုထွက်ရှိတဲ့ ချီဖွေ၊ပန်ဝါဒေသတစ်လျှောက် အနယ်နယ်အရပ်ရပ်က အလုပ်သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်သူတွေ အများအပြားနေထိုင်‌တဲ့အတွက် ပန်ဝါမြို့ဟာ အရင်ကထက် လူဦးရေ ပိုထူထပ်နေတာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

စက်တင်ဘာလ ၂၉ ရက်နေ့ ချီဖွေမြို့၊ ၃၀ ရက် ဆော့လော်မြို့၊ အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁၇ ရက် ပန်ဝါမြို့စောင့်တပ် သိမ်းလိုက်ပြီးနောက် ပန်ဝါမြို့တွင်း တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်လာမှာကို စိုးရိမ်နေကြတာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
