የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተለያዩ ያገለገሉ መሳሪያዎችና ተሽከርካሪዎችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ስለሚፈልግ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር ውስጥ የተመዘገቡ ብቁ ተጫራቾችን በግልፅ ጨረታ እንዲሳተፉ ይጋብዛል፡፡
1. በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ለመሳተፍ የሚያስችል ለድርጅቶች የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ሲሆን ለግለሰብ ደግሞ መታወቂያ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ማስረጃ በማቅረብ የማይመለስ ብር 400.00/አራት መቶ ብር/በመክፈል የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የሀገር ውስጥ ጥቅል ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ በመቅረብ ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
2. የጨረታ ሰነድ ለመግዛት የሚመጣ ተዛማጅ የሆነ የታደሰ ንግድ ሥራ ፈቃድ ወይም መታወቂያ እና የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (Tin Number) ይዞ መቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡
3. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ በተመለከቱት መስፈርቶች መሠረት ሲሆን ጨረታው ዜግነትን ሳይመለከት ለማንኛውም ተጫራች ክፍት ነው፡፡ የጨረታው ሰነድ የተዘጋጀው በአማርኛ ቋንቋ ነው ፡፡
4. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ብር አስር በመቶ (10%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የባንክ ጋራንቲ (የባንክ ዋስትና) ሲፒኦ ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በማያያዝ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ በኢንሹራንስ ወይም በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ግዥ መምሪያ-1 ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡
6. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻው በተገኙበት ህዳር 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቅጥር ግቢ በሚገኘው ግዥ መምሪያ-1 የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
7. ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልላዊ መንግስት የጌዴኦ ዞን ፋይናንስ መምሪያ የግዥና ንብ/አስ/ዋና ሥራ ሂደት የአንድ ፑል ማዕክል ተጠቃሚ በሆነው በጌዴኦ ዞን ጤና መምሪያ ቢሮ ግንባታ ቀሪ ሥራ፤ የመሬት ንጣፍ፣ የጥበቃ ቤት እና አጥር ሥራ ግንባታ በዘርፉ የተሰማሩትን ተቋራጮችን በደረጃ GC/BC6 እናከዚያ በላይ ያላቸውን ተቋራጮችን በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስገንባት ይፈልጋል፤
ደረጃቸው GC/BC6 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆነ፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና የታደሰ የንግድ ሥራ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል፤

በክልሉ እና በዞናችን ውስጥ በግንባታ ሥራ ላይ ተሰማርተው የመልካም ሥራ አፈጻጸም ያላቸውና ሥራዎችን ያላስተጓጎሉ ውል ያላቋረጡ መሆን ይገባቸዋል
የጨረታ ሰነዱን ከግዥ ንብረት አስተዳደር ዋና ስራ ሂደት ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት በመቅረብ የማይመለስ 500 (አምስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል መግዛት ይችላሉ፤
ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ በመውሰድ ቴክኒካል አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ ሰነድ እንዲሁም ፋይናንሻል አንድ ኦርጅናልና ሁለት ኮፒ የጨረታ ሰነድ እያንዳንዳቸውን በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ በማድረግ አንድ ላይ በማሸግ ይህ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ከዋለበት በ22ኛው ቀን ይሆናል፡፡
ኦርጅናል ሰነድ ላይ ማንኛውም አይነት ስርዝ ድልዝ በሚታይ መልኩ በድጋሚ መጻፍ አለበት፤ በእያንዳንዱ የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ የተቋራጩ ማህተምና ፊርማ ማረፍ አለበት
ጨረታው የሚከፈተው ይህ ማስታወቂያ አየር ላይ ለ21 ተከታታይ ቀን ከዋለበት በኋላ በ22ኛ ቀን ከረፋዱ 4፡00 ታሽጎ 4፡30 የሚከፈት ሲሆን ቀኑ የስራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታ ሳጥን ታሽጎ በዚያው ዕለት 4፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፤
ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 100,000 (አንድ መቶ ሺህ) ብር በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ እና ከታወቀ ባንክ የሚሰጥ የክፍያ ማዘዣ ቼክ ወይም 90+28 ለ118 ቀን የሚቆይ በባንክ ዋስትና ሆኖ በጥሬ ገንዘብ ብቻ ዋስትና መቅረብ አይቻልም፡፡
የጨረታው የሚገመገመው የደቡ/ብ/ብ/ሕ/ክ/መ እንደገና ተሻሽሎ በወጣው የፋይናንስ የግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ ቁጥር 28/2010 እና በዚሁ መመሪያ ላይ ማብራሪያ ማሻሸያ በተደረገው መሠረት ነው፡፡
በእጅ የተሞሉ ኮፒ ሰነድ ማቅረብ ከጨረታ ውድድር ውጭ ይደርጋል፤
መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
