1 :- የ 1 2ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና ምዝገባ ጥር 6 /2017 ዓ/ም ከቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ላይ የሚጠናቀቅ ይሆናል። ስለሆነም ምዝገባ ያላጠናቀቃችሁ ከቀነ ገደቡ አስቀድማችሁ እንዲታጠናቅቁ እናሳስባለን።


2:- የ2017 የትምህርት ዘመን ፈተናዎች ይዘት የሀገር አቀፍ 12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና በአጠቃላይ ሁኔታ ከ 9 - 12ኛ ክፍሎች እንዲሁም የ 8 ኛ ክፍል ክልላዊ ፈተና ከ7- 8ኛ ክፍሎች የሚሸፍን ይሆናል።


3:- እያንዳንዱ ተማሪ በተማረበት የክፍል ደረጀ የተማረውን የተማሪ መጽሐፍን መሠረት አድርጐ ሊዘጋጅ ይገባል። ፈተናዎቹ ተማሪዎቹ የተማሩትን መሠረት አድርገው የሚዘጋጁ ይሆናል።

1. የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ምዝገባ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር በሚገኙ መላው ትምህርት ቤቶች ከ5 አመት በላይ ያሉ ተማሪዎችን፣ መምህራንን፣ የአስተዳደር ሰራተኞችን፣ የምገባ ማዕከላት ሰራተኞችን የመመዝገብ ዘመቻ ላይ ያተኮረ ነው፤

2. የምዝገባው ሂደት  ስልክ ቁጥር አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ ስልክ የሌላቸው ልጆች በወላጆች ወይም በአሳዳጊዎች ስልክ እንዲመዘገቡ ይደረግ፤

3.  እድሜያቸው ከ 5- 16 የሆኑ ተመዝጋቢዎች የፍቃድ መስጫ ቅጽ በወላጅ ወይም በአሳዳጊ መሞላት ስላለበት ከምዝገባው አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ የምዝገባ ቅጹን ለወላጆች በመላክ ተሞልቶ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት ይላክ፤ (መምህራን እና ርዕሰ መምህራን የልደት ምዝገባ ወረቀቱ የልጆቹ ስለመሆኑ እንዲሁም የፍቃድ መስጫ ቅጹ በወላጆች በትክክል ስለመሞላቱ በማረጋገጥ ይኖርባቸዋል)፤

4. ከ5 እስከ 16 ዓመት የሆኑ ተመዝጋቢዎች የወላጅ ወይም የአሳዳጊ መታወቂያ ኮፒ ይዘው መገኘት አለባቸው፤

5.  እድሜያቸው ከ16 በላይ የሆኑ ወጣቶች ለመመዝገብ  የሚያስፈልገውን የፍቃድ መስጫ ቅጽ እራሳችው በመሙላት መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፤

6. ወላጆች አስቀድመው ከተመዘገቡ የፋይዳ ቁጥራቸውን በፍቃድ መስጫ ቅጹ ላይ መሙላት ይኖርባቸዋል፤

7  በክረምት ዘመቻ የልደት ምዝገባ መከናወኑ ይታወሳል፤ የልደት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው በሙሉ ምስክር ወረቀቱን በማምጣት እንዲመዘገቡ መረጃው ይውረድ፤ የልደት ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት የሌላቸው ብቻ በትምህርት ቤት መታወቂያ ይመዝገቡ፤

8. የዘገየ የፋይዳ መለያ ቁጥር ማረጋገጫ  ወደ ስልካቸው በአጭር የስልክ መልዕክት (SMS) ለማስላክ እባክዎን  id.et/help ወይንም 9779 ይጠቀሙ፤

9.የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ምዝገባ ሂደት ክፍያ የለውም፣ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ማለት ባለ 12 አሀዝ ልዩ ቁጥር በመሆኑ ካርድ ማሳተም ግዴታ አይደለም፤

ለተስፋ ብርሀን 2ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት የ12ኛ ክፍል ሪሚዲያልና ውጤት የመጣላቹ ተማሪዎች የዮንቨርስቲ ምርጫ ያላስተካከላቹ ዛሬ ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ እስከ 5:00 ሰዓት እንድታስተካክሉ ይህ ባይሆን ግን ሀላፊነት እራሳቹ ትወስዳላቹ። የሞላቹተን ምርጫ ከታች ማየት ትችላላቹ።

በቀን 4/2/2017 በድጋሚ የዮንቨርስቲ ምርጫ እንድታስተካክሉ እድል ተሰቷቹ ያላስተካከላቹ የ12ኛ ክፍል ተማሪዎች ዛሬ እስከ 9:00 ሰዓት እንድታስተካክሉ ይህ ባይሆን ሀላፊነቱን እናንተ ትወስዳላቹ።

ለተስፋ ብርሀን 2ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት የ12ኛ ሪሚዲያልና ውጤት የመጣላቹ ተማሪዎች አዲስ የተጨመሩ ዮንቨርስቲዎች ስላሉ በ4/2/2017ዓ.ም ከ4:00 -10:00 ሰዓት ባለው ውስጥ መታቹ ፎርሙን እንድታስተካክሉ መታቹ ካላስተካከላቹ ሀላፊነቱን ትወስዳላቹ።

✅በ2016 ትምህርት ዘመን የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠቃለያ አገር አቀፍ ፈተና ወስደው ለትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ተጠሪ በሆኑ የመንግስት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች በመደበኛ እና በ 'Remedial' ፕሮግራም ለመከታተል የሚያስችል ማለፊያ ውጤት ያስመዘገቡ ተማሪዎች የተቋም እና የትምህርት መስክ ምርጫቸውን በየትምህርት ቤታቸው በተወከሉ መምህራን በኩል እስከ መስከረም 30/2017 ዓ.ም ድረስ ሞልተው እንዲጨርሱ መገለጹ ይታወሳል።

✅ይሁን እንጂ " አንዳንድ ትምህርት ቤቶች በሲስተም ችግር ምክንያት የተማሪዎቻችንን የትምህርት መስክ እና የዩኒቨርስቲ ምርጫ መሙላት ተቸግረናል " ባሉት መሰረት የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የምርጫ መሙያ ጊዜውን እስከ ረቡዕ ጥቅምት 6/2017 ዓ.ም ድረስ ማራዘሙን ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ገልጿል።

👉በ2017 የትምህርት ዘመን የአቅም ማሻሻያ ፕሮግራም (Remedial Program) ለመከታተል የመቁረጫ ነጥብ ተወስኗል።

👉በዚህም በ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ አገር አቀፍ ፈተና የወሰዱና እንደተፈተኑት የትምህርት አይነት ብዛት 31% ከመቶ እና ከዚያ በላይ ያመጡ ተማሪዎች በሁሉም አማራጮች (በግል እና በመንግስት ተቋማት) የሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም መከታተል ይችላሉ ተብሏል።

👉በመንግስት ተቋማት ወጪያቸው በመንግስት ተሸፍኖ የሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም የሚከታተሉ ተማሪዎች የመቁረጫ ነጥብ ዝርዝር ከላይ ተያይዟል።

👉በ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠቃለያ አገር አቀፍ ፈተና ወስደው ለትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ተጠሪ በሆኑ የመንግስት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች በመደበኛ እና በሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም ለመከታተል የሚያስችል የማለፊያ ውጤት ያመጡ ተማሪዎች የተቋም እና የትምህርት መስክ ምርጫቸውን በየትምህርት ቤታቸው በተወከሉ መምህራን በኩል እስከ መስከረም 30/2017 ዓ.ም ድረስ መሙላት እንደሚችሉ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳውቋል።
