All things rest, even Gods and Spirits. When we slumber, our body temperature drops, and so too is it for Nature. The silence, the cold is the signs of rest. But like sleep, it shall awaken again. When we sleep, our bodies and minds heal and rejuvenate. Remember to rest, for it is part of all things and very important

Offerings of food and drink were at times buried in vessels of clay. It's no coincidence we find so many clay vessels and (in the current day) name entire ancient cultures based off these.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT

It's no secret that men don't like to read serious literature like they used to. Men and women—but especially men—with healthy instincts have been pushed out of the literary world by boxy, progressive harpies with horn rimmed glasses, who have recast serious literature in their own image. If your story doesn't pass the Bechdel test and include at least 50% "diverse" characters, you won't be publishing. In fact if you're a man, you probably won't be publishing, and if you're to the right of Hillary Clinton, you definitely won't be publishing.

In response to this sorry situation, Imperium Press is announcing the creation of a new publishing imprint: EXETER HOUSE PUBLISHING

Exeter House Publishing was founded in 2024 to bring attention to literary voices outside the mainstream. We are not a political publishing house. We don't care about social justice. We have no agenda. All we care about is publishing good work.

Exeter House will publish literary fiction and poetry exclusively by living authors. There is a tremendous creative energy that is pent up and waiting to explode. Mainstream publishing houses want nothing to do with it, because they are publishing propaganda, not literature.

Exeter House will change all that. Beneath our feet a wealth of treasures lies buried, waiting to be discovered.

Watch for our first release shortly.

The idea that the Pagan past was liberal and relativistic is false.

Your Pagan forefathers and foremothers would be considered 'ultra-conservative' in today's political lexicon.

Pagan Revivalism

11 Jan, 00:13

When you look upon the people of antiquity, our pagan ancestors, almost all of them were extremely devout and ultra-conservative compared to anyone of today.

Perverted academics will try to belittle your ancestors, to try to get you to disassociate and disconnect from the very blood that flows in your veins.

Whether the lies come from judeo-christianity, or they come from plato and his acolytes, or those of modern atheistic academia; their goal is simple. Its to stop Pagan Revivalism from emerging once more, and for our people to be healed with ancestral ways by our ancestral Gods.

One of the facts we come across, living the ancestral ways, is a profound focus on the next generation:

● Pagan faiths have a major focus on honoring the ancestors, children are your ancestors reborn, therefore we have a religious duty to treat them right and with honor.

● Pagan faiths keep the natural balance so that, in part, the world is just as beautiful and full of opportunity for the next generation as it was with yours.

● Pagan faiths today have a mission to heal. We feel a responsibility to fix the mistakes of the past and to return to a natural, sustainable and healthy way and outlook of life.

There are many more points that could be stated, such as celebrating life and fertility, Gods and Goddesses, honoring lineage and ancestry; But I will put it in the words of Tacitus describing Gemanic Folk:

"To limit the number of children or to destroy(harm/kill) any of their offspring is seen as infamous."
- Tacitus - Germania - ch. 19

We are a faith of abundant fertility & life, that's why we will win!

Many new agers of the brosatru crowd have a hard time accepting that Germanic heathens did in fact kneel before their gods. This is attested many times from histories, to the Eddas, and sagas. All polytheistic religions had forms of prostration, all people found it acceptable to do so before their gods.

This Grevensvaenge figurine is dated from 800-500 bce. Depicting a kneeling figure. The second image of a of a Roman bronze statue of a Germanic man with a Suebian knot, also kneeling.

"Another observance shows their reverence for this grove. No one may enter it unless he is bound with a cord, by which he acknowledges his own inferiority and the power of the deity. Should he chance to fall, he may not raise himself or get up again, but must roll out over the ground. The grove is the centre of their whole religion. It is regarded as the cradle of the race and the dwelling-place of the supreme god to whom all things are subject and obedient. The Semnones gain prestige from their prosperity."
-Tacitus' Germania

"The moment their boats reach this dock every one of them disembarks, carrying bread, meat, onions, milk and alcohol (nabīdh), and goes to a tall piece of wood set up <in the ground>. This piece of wood has a face like the face of a man and is surrounded bv small figurines behind which are long [10] pieces of wood set up in the ground. <When> he reaches the large figure, he prostrates himself before it and says, "Lord, I have come from a distant land, bringing so many slave-girls <priced at> such and such per head and so many sables <priced at> such and such per pelt." He continues until he has mentioned all of the merchandise he has brought with him, then says, "And I have brought this offering," leaving what he has brought with him in front of the piece of wood, saying, "I wish you to provide me with a merchant who has many dīnārs and dirhams and who will buy from me whatever I want <to sell> without haggling over the price I fix." Then he departs. If he has difficulty in selling <his goods> and he has to remain too many days, he returns with a second and third offering. If his wishes prove to be impossible he brings an offering to every single one of those figurines and seeks its intercession, saying, "These are the wives, daughters and sons of our Lord." He goes up to each figurine in turn and questions it, begging its [11] intercession and grovelling before it. Sometimes business is good and he makes a quick sell, at which point he will say, "My Lord has satisfied my request, so I am required to recompense him." He procures a number of sheep or cows and slaughters them, donating a portion of the meat to charity and taking the rest and casting it before the large piece of wood and the small ones around it. He ties the heads of the cows or the sheep to that piece of wood set up in the ground. At night, the dogs come and eat it all, but the man who has done all this will say, "My Lord is pleased with me and has eaten my offering."
-The Rusila of Ibn Fadlan

"There was one thing in him which the King disliked, and one only: he would never bow down to heathen Gods, and he set his mind firmly against all sacrifice."
-Olaf Tryggvasson's Saga ch. 57

"And when he got to the assembly, then some of the farmers had arrived. Then they saw a great multitude of farmers coming to the assembly and carrying between them a huge image of a person, adorned with gold and silver. And when the farmers that were at the assembly saw that, then they all leapt up and bowed down to this monstrosity. After that it was placed in the middle of the assembly field." -Olafs Saga Hins Helga ch. 113

" The same thing is said about the decoration of Þorgerður Hölgabrúður: They then went to the temple and the earl all fell to the ground in front of her statue. There he lay for a long time. wanted to get hold of her, but it seemed to Sigmund that she had bent the spear, and the earl took a great deal of silver." -Færeyingasaga ch. 108

Why Sacrifice?
Part 4

What we hope to show through these posts is that sacrifice was not "primitive superstition." That giving Sacrifice has very real, very tangible effects you can see and are being rediscovered today.

Understanding these, is it no coincidence that when sacrifices stop, often times famine and plague accompany the lack of sacrifice?

When we see blessed Thor being associated with agricultural fertility, knowing now the thunder spreads nutrients, it goes to show that our ancestors knew more than we could possibly imagine.

It goes to show that these ancient pagan faiths were in touch with the world in ways we never considered. It is this understanding and rediscovery that's shows why Paganism was correct. And why returning to it will give us many blessings, as we give back through sacrifice.

Why Sacrifice?
Part 3

We talked about how offering sugars gives carbon and fuel to microbial life and to the soil. We talked about how the mycelium spreads nutrients around, and grows through song and dance which often accompanied Sacrifice. Now that we understand how these processes work, let's talk about sacrificial burial.

When an animal was sacrificed, there were typically 3 ways this was done. Before refrigeration and modern preservatives, the best meat was fresh meat. Animal sacrifice for communal feasting would give the best meat to Gods, Ancestors & Spirits of the Land, as well as everyone in attendance. The 2nd, burning an offering & spreading the nutrient rich ashes among the fields. The 3rd is complete sacrificial burial.

Sacrificial burial gives the microbes & the mycelium many years of nutrients. As the animal is broken down, as it would if it died in the wild, the gift of those nutrients back to the soil give back to you. In other words you are taking a part in the grand design of the Gods.

Pagan Revivalism

Why Sacrifice?
Part 2

In ancient times Sacrifices would accompany communal ritual, festival & feasting. One sacrifice, that is not often purported to be a kind of sacrifice, is song & dance among the folk.

We talked about the electrical conductivity of the soil, and how that can be increased through the offering of food & drink to the soil. What a lot of people don't recognize is that sound vibrations provide extra energy to the environment. The dancing & singing, giving thanks & praise to Gods, Ancestors & Spirits, provide extra energy to the soils which give extra sustenance back to you.

For a long time, singing songs to the Gods, fields and Spirits of the Land would have been considered wacky. The more we discover about our world, the more it becomes self-evident that our ancestors knew more than we give them credit for. And only now are we starting to see that they were right all along.

Pagan Revivalism

06 Jan, 02:32

Why Sacrifice?
Part 1

Sometimes folk ask why Gods, Ancestors & Spirits of the Land need sacrifice? After all, if they are ethereal spirits in another realm, why give them food and drink?

Let's examine the Spirits of the Land & Sacrifice.

It is a material biological fact that nutrients in the soil are ingested by the roots to form the fruits of the plant. Nutrients are not infinite, and if nutrients aren't given back, the soil will become barren in a few short generations.

Some recent developments in agricultural studies support giving back nutrients through sacrifice.

In this example, they offer sugar, spread it around the fields, which increases the eletrical conductivity of the soil. This increased conductivity is a consequence of microbial life spreading around the nutrients.

If you give to the soil, the soil will give back to you. A gift for gift. And isn't that what sacrifice and building a bond with the Spirits of the Land is all about?

Our ancestors weren't liars. They knew more than we know.

Pius Paganism

What is it to be pious? This concept in Pagan faiths has been debated, but a little etymology can help us out.

Pious in English is, "marked by or showing reverence for deity and devotion to divine worship." No doubt this can be the case, considering the grand temples & sacrifices held in antiquity. But let us go deeper.

The English pious comes from the Latin pius the singular masculine to the neuter, pium. In Latin, pius means "to be dutiful or conscientious."

To be dutiful is, "filled with or motivated by a sense of duty" or "proceeding from or expressive of a sense of duty."
To be conscientious is, "meticulous, careful" or the other definition, "governed by or conforming to the dictates of conscience i.e. scrupulous." To be scrupulous is, "having moral integrity : acting in strict regard for what is considered right or proper."

Thus to be Pius to the Gods can be said, "to mindfully follow your duty, by following the dictates of the Gods, like following a general's orders."

Devotion to your career makes you a better worker.

Devotion to your significant other makes you a better spouse.

Devotion to your children makes you a better parent.

So too does devotion to your ancestors, Gods and Goddesses makes you better in more ways than one can know. It was devotion and love for our Gods that built and sustained civilizations for many thousands of years. It is not surprising that a great many promoters of "Indo-European" syncretic perennialism have been unusually quiet as of late.

Their idea that our ancient faiths need elements or parts of foreign religions to function or have traditional-grounding / legitimacy was always preposterous. Such a fusion would produce a Frankenstein-faith that never existed historically, insulting the Gods and Ancestors.

This is the same rationale we are seeing with the current H1B debate in the states, "in order to have a functioning nation/business you need to integrate foreigners." Or, "in order to have a functioning pagan faith you need to syncretize with foreign faiths."

Folkishness is not hatred for everything else, it is prioritizing your own, just as every single living being does.

Hopefully this debate about H1B shows the proponents of syncretic perennialism the error of their ways. That faiths and people are distinct from one another, and that's okay. That our revival can move past the last vestages of universalism

Paganism & Media

In the very first stanza of the Havamal, Odin says, "At every door-way,
ere one enters,
one should spy round,
one should pry round
for uncertain is the witting
that there be no foeman sitting,
within, before one on the floor."

From this stanza, the application is quite clear, to be cautious and aware of ones surroundings. Thus, being aware of the dangers of the outside world is abiding by Odin's will.

In stanza 23, Odin also says, "The unwise man is awake all night,
and ponders everything over;
when morning comes he is weary in mind,
and all is a burden as ever."

From this stanza, the application is to not be worrisome, which is all too common when one absorbs too much negative media.

Pessimism & nihilism are the unfortunate effects of the modern-media industrial-complex. As Pagan people, we should be aware of the dangers and goings-ons of the world, but not to the point where you worry all the time.

What have the so-called conservatives, conserved? What have the so-called progressives, progressed?

This is why Pagan Revivalism, though a spiritual movement, holds long-term healing & answers problems we face today.

Men & Women are divided, at each other's throats. The environment & working folk of Europa are treated like trash by both sides. Beauty, traditions & uniqueness going out of existence as the goal is to become an amorphus mass.

Pagan Revivalism encourages Men to be maximally masculine, Women maximally feminine, to come together to form Families. Families coming together into Tribes and so on. To support each other in a folkish economy, while also respecting and abiding by nature, the wills of the Gods, Goddesses & local Spirits.

Of the many reasons why Pagan Revivalism is inevitable, one is that our faiths, with our Gods, built civilizations from nothing. They were able to grow a population & culture without exploiting each other & the world around us. It is THE answer.

Gods love you!

Recently there has been a lot of talk concerning Mr. Muck and throwing European Folk under the bus. Some have asked for my response and I have two.

1. This tweet made by Muck was memed a while back for having, beside his toy revolver, a Vajra replica. Some in our sphere thought of this as a good sign, while others in the Folkish sphere didn't. On this channel we have talked at length about the 'right wing multicultural globalism' common among pie perennialist advocates. And it seems based off of recent activity, we were correct in our assessment.

2. We have also talked on this channel about platonism in practice, and how it is a poison. Though Muck isn’t a self admitted platonist, he does believe in "simulation theory," which his interpretation mirrors plato's cave. He holds ideals common in axiality, broadly speaking, that the real world is fake. Lastly that he is the embodiment of the platonic philosopher king, where the nerds rule society, promote noble lies of H1b workers and censors any dissent.

Recently I have been enamored with the origins of the Æsir Gods of the Germanic Folk. More specifically Búri; the progenitor of, and the first of the Æsir.

Notably, throughout the rest of our sacred legends, there are very few instances of Búri mentioned. A sacred mystery no doubt. But there are instances of the Æsir building altars, shrines and holy places, "On the Itha-field met the mighty gods; shrines and temples they timbered high, forges they formed to fashion gold, tongs they did shape and tools they made;" Voluspa stanza 7.

Is it possible that the Æsir worship Búri their primordial progenitor, and that this same worship which the Æsir pioneered was handed to us? This, if held to be true, is internally consistent instead of relying on foreign new axial-age ideas about emanations from a spiritual black hole (singularity) aka a monad.

Where are Bor and Buri?

A few days ago the topic of Germanic ancient deities came up. Buri, licked out by Auðumbla herself, and his son Bor, father of Odin, Vili and Ve. Those old Gods are barely mentioned in the sources and don’t interact with the younger generations of Gods (Odin’s children and grandkids e.g. Thor and Magni). They don’t take part in major events like Vanir-Aesir war or Ragnarok, and judging from archaeological and textual data, they were not worshipped by the people (no idols, no temples).

Pagan Revivalism

27 Dec, 10:27

To explain this lack of attention Buri and Bor received I propose a theory. It’s simple, but I don’t see any issues with it. We know that Gods can die and there’s a clear indication that Gods age too (otherwise they wouldn’t need Idunn’s apples), so it’s possible and dare I say probable that both Buri and Bor died, likely of old age. When exactly they died would be impossible to tell, but my sense is that it happened either before or right after the creation of mankind hence why they were not worshipped. They just didn’t get to deal with humans.

The End of the Iron Age
Part 4

Axiality (aka the religions, philosophies & mindsets of today) has its origins at the time after the Bronze Age collapse. It was the pain caused by entire civilizations going out of existence that led individuals, starting with zoroaster, buddha, plato and others to revolt against traditions tens of thousands of years old.

The End of the Iron Age will be a physical & material reality, as the data shows. Just as the Bronze Age collapse led to Axiality, so too will the Iron Age collapse bring about an end to Axiality.

It's our duty in this time to set the foundation-stones, deep & stable, for a return to our natural way of being, i.e. Folkishness. It was the faith & ways of our pagan forefathers that built entire civilizations from nothing, that sustained us & gave us life. This is why our Gods have procured Pagan Revivalism to happen now & why it is inevitable.

The End of the Iron Age
Part 3

I see 4 paths for the end of the Iron Age, which path that'll happen only the Norns know for certain.

1. Wars & Imperium: As Iron mines become harder to access for steel manufacturing, it is highly probable that resource wars could result, as colonization of Iron rich locales bring about new Empires or nuclear war.

2. Space Colonization: Asteroids and the planet of Mars are extremely rich in metallic Iron. However, there is a one century wide window to do this. It'll continue "the Iron age" but in space as opposed to on Earth.

3. New Metallic Age: If we move away from Steel and find a comparable replacement, the Iron Age will still end, but a new metallic Age will begin.

4. Civilizational Collapse: Procrastination is the most predictable of responses. If procrastination happens and none of the other options occur because, "we have 120ish years so chill and not my problem" civilization as we know it will fade away. This by necessity will revive the Old Pagan Faith and Ways.

The End of the Iron Age
Part 2

Our faiths have been around throughout numerous ages. The oldest evidence we have for polytheistic religions was dated 40 kya in modern day Germany from an artifact called, 'the Lion-Man' or 'the Löwenmensch figurine'

The End of the Bronze Age dating roughly from 1200 BCE to 1150 BCE was far worse than the fall of Rome; its akin to comparing the great depression (BAC) to a standard recession (FRE).

It was this collapse which ushered in 3 concurrent ages roughly around the same time: the astrological Age of Pisces, the Axial Age and the Iron Age, all of which are still in play but coming to an end in the relative near future.

But much like the Bronze Age collapse and the calamity which resulted, the End of the Iron Age is not the final end; it'll be the end of civilization in its current form, but also will be the beginning of a new one. Which path we take and what the future holds, only the Norns know such things, but we can prepare and we shall endure with the Old Ways.

The End of the Iron Age
Part 1

Since the Bronze Age collapse, the Iron Age has came about which we still are in today. Ages come and go and the Iron Age is no exception, but when & how will it happen?

According to the world steel association's 2023 report, "1.885 billion metric tons of iron was mined in 2023."

2% used in home appliances
3% used in electrical equipment
5% used in cargo and product transportation (ships, trains, planes, containers)
10% used in metal products (hammers, knives, tools etc)
12% used in automotive manufacturing
16% used in heavy machinery
52% used in infrastructure (homes, buildings, railways, bridges etc)

According to the US Geological Survey,
"World resources are estimated to be greater than 800 billion tons of crude ore containing more than 230 billion tons of iron."

230 billion tons of new iron left ÷ 1.885 billion tons of new iron mined per year (per 2023 data) = 122 years of new iron left from 2023 if demand stays the same

2023+122 = 2145 aka the end of the Iron Age.

This time of year is about spending time with those who are closest to you. To reach out and give joyful blessings.

We give gifts to show how much that person means to us, and receive them to show you that they care.

No matter which calendar system you follow, these principles are deeply ingrained in us. As we don't forget to give joyful gifts to our families, friends and folk; let us also remember to give gifts to our Ancestors and holy Gods. These have given you life, sustain your being and guide you and your family to glory. The least we can do is gift back to them. Gift for gift

Gods love you

Conclusions:

The Æsir-Vanir War in Germanic legend Is one of the most important and has some profound theological implications.

This War amongst two pantheons of Gods and the subsequent peace gave us the love and ferocity of Freyja, the nobility and fertility of Freyr and the wealth and seamanship of Njord.

In fact, in Skáldskaparmál, Bragi explains the origin of devine poetry originating from this truce. During this truce all participants spat into a vat, kept as a symbol of peace. That from this vat emerged Kvasir who's blood was essential forming the Mead of Poetry which Odin would later acquire.

It is also a War that dispels a lot of goofy modern interpretations about ancient faith. So the next time you read the Eddas, ponder on this War, That even brutal conflict between awesome and fearsome powers can result in profound beauty and truth for many ages afterward.

One way to disprove soft-polytheism, monism and syncretic perennialism is to point to the Æsir-Vanir War
Part 3

Common among syncretists and pie perennialists alike share the idea posited by this post. In short, different ethnic faiths have wars amongst the Gods, therefore they are the same conflict told differently either by the Gods or corrupted by men over time and location. Or in the linked post, "Myths of wars between gods exist in other Indo-European religions, such as the Titanomachy of Greek paganism ... It is not at all unique to Germanic paganism."

Let's put this to the test and compare the Olympian Titanomachy and the Æsir-Vanir War.

T: the titan Kronos ate the Olympians except for Zeus who made Kronos vomit his siblings out, leading a rebellion & punished the Titans, Kronos being cast into Tartarus.

Æ: The Æsir and Vanir fight over territory and supremacy, but ultimately lead to a stalemate and subsequent truce.

Do these two even remotely sound the same? No. Oversimplification isn't theology.

One way to disprove soft-polytheism, monism and syncretic perennialism is to point to the Æsir-Vanir War
Part 2

Monism is defined as, "a theory or doctrine that denies the existence of a distinction or duality in some sphere, such as that between matter and mind, or God and the world. Monism is the doctrine that only one supreme being exists."

In short, Monism posits that one God & many Gods are the same simultaneously. That many Gods are different interpretations or emanations of the one-true-god & share in that one-true-god's will.

The Æsir-Vanir War blows monism apart, for in order for there to be two distinct tribes of Gods, there must be distinctions, thus disproving monism. Not to mention that each of these tribes of Gods have distinctions from one another thats why Gods are plural, not singular. They cannot all have a singular will either, because they are fighting, negotiating and seperating from each other. This would not be possible if all of the Gods had a singular will like monism states.

One way to disprove soft-polytheism, monism and syncretic perennialism is to point to the Æsir-Vanir War
Part 1

Soft-Polytheism is the idea that every different pantheon is just a reflection of the one-true-pantheon. Meaning that no other pantheons can exist and differences are either errors made by humans, tricks from the one-true-pantheon to appear different for jokes or a combination of the two.

In the Germanic legend of the Æsir-Vanir War, we have two distinct tribes or pantheons of Gods in this war (Æsir and Vanir). This alone is enough to show that in there is more than one tribe of Gods. Ipso facto rendering Soft Polytheism false.

At the end of this war, the two pantheons exchange hostages, hence adding Njord, Freyr and Freyja into the tribe of the Æsir whilst recognizing their Vanir roots. This would not be possible if they were all part of the same pantheon that quarreled but only acted like two distinct sides.

Faith is a measure of trust.

We have faith in our significant other because we trust them to do whats right, even in bad situations.
We have faith in our jobs because, when payday comes, they fulfill their end of the bargain with pay.
We have faith in lots of things, reviving ancestral faith is no different.

Our folk historically put their faith in a foreign land, a foreign people and a foreign demon, did our Gods abandon us? No. Experiences from many peoples purport the old Gods are more willing than ever to reestablish bonds to their Folk. In the future christianisation will be regarded as a teenage "I do what I want" phase, only to return to the way things were meant to be, the way they have been for many thousands of years. In the last several decades, judeo-christianity is in terminal decline. The rise of atheism likewise is starting to decline. And just like a teenage phase, they begin to drop it, question themselves and return to the strong foundation of tradition.

Our faiths' revival is inevitable!

You can see nature spirits everywhere if you just pay attention.

Look in the bark and roots and see their faces. Tube your ears to the rustling leaves and hear their music. Take a deep inhale and you might just catch a hint of pipe smoke. It's all around you, you don't have to even be deep in the forest to feel it.

It's enough to just be present, to alter your own consciousness so that the plane of time on which you exist overlaps with their own.
