🇬🇧 — Sir Michael O'Dwyer (1864–1940) was Irishman whom became a British colonial official best known for his tenure as the Lieutenant Governor of Punjab, British India, from 1913 to 1919. Born in County Tipperary, Ireland, he joined the Indian Civil Service in 1885. His administration in Punjab was marked by efforts to strengthen British control during a time of political unrest.

O'Dwyer is known for his allowance of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar in 1919, where British troops under Brigadier-General Reginald Dyer opened fire on an unarmed crowd, killing hundreds. O'Dwyer he supported Dyer's actions, viewing them as necessary to suppress what he perceived as growing revolutionary threats to British rule.

🇬🇧🤝🇩🇪 he had joined Pro German Societies like such as the Nordic League and expressed sympathy for the hardships faced by Germany under the Treaty of Versailles. However, his life was later cut short when he was assassinated by Udham Singh, an Indian revolutionary communist, in retaliation for O'Dwyer’s policies in Punjab during his tenure as Lieutenant Governor.

Mengele first settled in Argentina, where he lived under a false identity. Due to his various intense affairs on land, Marseille was prohibited multiple times to take off with his plane due to exhaustion.
