Treat your body well. Listen to it, respect it, give it the right nutrients and fuel so it can perform to its full potential.

Push your body consistently and intelligently, then grant yourself a hard-earned rest to recover and regenerate.

Strive for health, vitality, strength, for the body has a direct impact and influence on the nature of your thoughts, which in turn determine your actions, your destiny.

“No nation indulges more freely in feasting and entertaining than the German. It is accounted a sin to turn any man away from your door. The host welcomes his guest with the best meal that his means allow. When he has finished entertaining him, the host undertakes a fresh role: he accompanies the guest to the nearest house where further hospitality can be had. It makes no difference that they come uninvited; they are welcomed just as warmly. No distinction is ever made between acquaintance and stranger as far as the right to hospitality is concerned. As the guest takes his leave, it is customary to let him have anything he asks for; and the host, with as little hesitation, will ask for a gift in return. They take delight in presents, but they expect no repayment for giving them and feel no obligation in receiving them.”

The only real pandemic of our time is the low T men pandemic.

There is nothing in which the enemy rejoices more than the prospect of the modern feminized bugman.

Such a man is meek, passive, a coward who allows evil to thrive.

The feminized man is the root of degeneracy, an abomination.

The feminized man is no man.

If you want to revolt against the modern world and contribute to the Aryan victory, forge yourself into a man of virtue and make plans to raise boys to become masculine men.

AMONG FRIENDS
An epilogue

1
“Fine to lie in quiet together,
Finer still to join in laughing—
Underneath a silken heaven
Lying back amid the grasses
Join with friends in cheerful laughing,
Showing our white teeth together.

Am I right? let's lie in quiet;
Am I wrong? let's join in laughing
And in being aggravating,
Aggravating, loudly laughing,
Till we reach the grave together.

Shall we do this, friends, again?
Amen! and auf Wiedersehn!”

2
“No excuses! No forgiving!
You who laugh and joy in living
Grant this book, with all its follies,
Ear and heart and open door!
Friends, believe me, all my folly's
Been a blessing heretofore!

What I seek, what I discover—
Has a book contained it ever?
Hail in me the guild of fools!
Learn what this fools-book's offence is:
Reason coming to its senses!

Shall we, friends, do this again?
Amen! and auf Wiedersehn!”

— Nietzsche

”No man of exalted gifts is pleased with that which is low and mean; the vision of great achievement summons him and uplifts him. Just as the flame springs straight into the air and cannot be cabined or kept down any more than it can repose in quiet, so our soul is always in motion, and the more ardent it is, the greater its motion and activity. But happy is the man who has given it this impulse toward better things! He will place himself beyond the jurisdiction of chance; he will wisely control prosperity; he will lessen adversity, and will despise what others hold in admiration.”

Most people are unfortunately lost… Even those who seem to be of solid mind and body can crack easily under the right conditions… Exhaustion and desperation can weaken the spirit of even the strongest of men. The desire for change that never comes, for something to hang onto when all seems out of reach, for a slight beam of victory when you’ve been fighting for so long can be hard on the soul… Most, under these circumstances, will believe in anything that makes them feel that their exhaustion was worth it, that their fighting was not in vain and that they can now step back and take a well deserved break… These are the perfect mental conditions for the parasites to infiltrate their minds… To make them see what’s not there. To make them believe that theatre is real life.

CONTROLLED PASSION

This is a concept discussed by Nietzsche. As has been stated previously, he had an understanding of what would be considered wholeness. He knew to be the Total Man it required more than just “light.” All parts of the Self were necessary and there for a reason. He saw that half of this Self was denied by most. This other half or dark is the Dionysian aspect. The light side, Apollonian.

Let's take a look at the Two Greek Gods in question here to have a little better picture. Apollo was the Sun God. He represented all that would be considered right (controlled). That would include logic as well as harmony, progress, clarity, and the principle of individuation. Dionysos on the other hand is the opposite (passion).  He represents disorder, intoxication, emotion, ecstasy and unity. The god of Wine. He broke social boundaries. Here we are starting to see the picture of Wotan. He is both of these in one and as we know not only our High God, but one to emulate.

We can see this combination or joining of the two across many traditions, but for now we'll relate controlled passion back to our own myths, concepts, and even runes. It is very obvious to see in relation to the Mead theft, but instead we'll look at Siegfried. As we may know, he is able to cross the “wavering flames” to Brünnhilde because he has no fear. Perhaps no fear can be viewed as one who is not afraid of his Dionysian aspect as most men are. They try to hide or suppress this part of themselves rather than use it, to join with it, as Siegfried does. The Valkyrie in many ways fits well here when we think of “passion.” Death, chaos, transformation but also beauty and ecstasy. He becomes more whole like the Hagal Rune itself.

On wholeness or the World Tree itself, we can think of Irminsul. In Runes, we have Ir, Man, and Sol. This is reminiscent of the name Irman as well. A great Hero also and he was quite complete. Nonetheless, when we think of the microcosm of the Tree (ourselves) we begin to see “controlled passion” here too.  Ir being representative of the feminine/Dyonisian and Man being that of the masculine/Apollonian.  Light and Dark joined to make a third being Sol. Once this takes place within, victory goes with him everywhere as the Rune song states. To add, we can also associate the alchemical process with Irminsul, black, white, and red. They all fit with the Runes in question and all of what has been presented so far is initiation in and of itself.

In summary, Nietzsche seemed to have an understanding just like other esoteric disciplines/traditions did on what led to a higher being. He understood that both were needed. To close, he also knew that this was not the end, just a new beginning. Just like Od and Menglad continue on together after their unification, so too does the Ubermensch. He or maybe better said “We” eternally becomes……..

SAMHAIN

Samhain (/ˈsɑːwɪn/ SAH-win, /ˈsaʊɪn/ SOW-in, Irish: [ˈsˠəunʲ], Scottish Gaelic: [ˈs̪ãũ.ɪɲ]) or Sauin (Manx: [ˈsoːɪnʲ]) is a Gaelic festival on 1 November marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of winter or "darker half" of the year. It is also the Irish language name for November. Celebrations begin on the evening of 31 October, since the Celtic day began and ended at sunset. This is about halfway between the autumnal equinox and winter solstice. It is one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals along with Imbolc, Bealtaine, and Lughnasa. Historically it was widely observed throughout Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man. A similar festival is held by the Brittonic Celtic people, called Calan Gaeaf in Wales. Samhain is believed to have Celtic pagan origins, and some Neolithic passage tombs in Great Britain and Ireland are aligned with the sunrise at the time of Samhain. It is mentioned in the earliest Irish literature, from the 9th century, and is associated with many important events in Irish mythology. The early literature says Samhain was marked by great gatherings and feasts and was when the ancient burial mounds were open, which were seen as portals to the Otherworld. Some of the literature also associates Samhain with bonfires and sacrifices. The festival was not recorded in detail until the early modern era. It was when cattle were brought down from the summer pastures and livestock were slaughtered. Special bonfires were lit, which were deemed to have protective and cleansing powers. Like Bealtaine, Samhain was a liminal or threshold festival, when the boundary between this world and the Otherworld blurred, making contact with the aos sí (the 'spirits' or 'fairies') more likely. Most scholars see them as remnants of pagan gods. At Samhain, they were appeased with offerings of food and drink to ensure the people and livestock survived the winter. The souls of dead kin were also thought to revisit their homes seeking hospitality, and a place was set at the table for them during a meal. Mumming and guising were part of the festival from at least the early modern era, whereby people went door-to-door in costume, reciting verses in exchange for food. The costumes may have been a way of imitating and disguising oneself from the aos sí. Divination was also a big part of the festival and often involved nuts and apples. In the late 19th century, John Rhys and James Frazer suggested it had been the "Celtic New Year", but that is disputed. In the 9th century, the Western Church endorsed 1 November as the date of All Saints' Day, possibly due to the influence of Alcuin, and 2 November later became All Souls' Day. It is believed that Samhain and All Saints'/All Souls' influenced each other and the modern Halloween. Most American Halloween traditions were inherited from Irish and Scottish immigrants. Folklorists have used the name 'Samhain' to refer to Gaelic 'Halloween' customs until the 19th century. Since the later 20th century Celtic neopagans and Wiccans have observed Samhain, or something based on it, as a religious holiday.
Today, Samhain remains an important festival in modern Pagan, Wiccan, and Celtic Reconstructionist traditions, often celebrated with rituals, bonfires, and feasts to honor the ancestors and the cycle of life and death.

“That the dangerousness of his situation must grow to tremendous proportions, that his power of invention and dissembling must struggle up beneath the protracted oppression and compulsion, that his will to live must be enhanced to an unconditional will to power and to overpower, and that danger, severity, violence, danger in the street as well as in the heart, inequality of rights, concealment, stoicism, the art of experiment, devilry of all kinds, in short the opposite of all the herd thinks desirable, are necessary for the elevation of the type man. A morality with such reverse intentions, which desires to train men for the heights, not for comfort and mediocrity, a morality with the intention of training a ruling caste - the future masters of the earth.

“The need to show that as the consumption of man and mankind becomes more and more economical and the ‘machinery’ of interests and services is integrated ever more intricately, a counter-movement is inevitable. I designate this as the secretion of a luxury surplus of mankind: it aims to bring to light a stronger species, a higher type that arises and preserves itself under different conditions from those of the average man. My concept, my metaphor for this type is, as one knows, the word ‘Overman’.”

”We do not blame nature when she sends a thunder storm and makes us wet: why then do we term the man who inflicts injury immoral? Because in the latter case we assume a voluntary, ruling, free will, and in the former necessity. But this distinction is a delusion. Moreover, even the intentional infliction of injury is not, in all circumstances termed immoral. Thus, we kill a fly intentionally without thinking very much about it, simply because its buzzing about is disagreeable; and we punish a criminal and inflict pain upon him in order to protect ourselves and society. In the first case it is the individual who, for the sake of preserving himself or in order to spare himself pain, does injury with design: in the second case, it is the state. All ethic deems intentional infliction of injury justified by necessity; that is when it is a matter of self preservation. But these two points of view are sufficient to explain all bad acts done by man to men. It is desired to obtain pleasure or avoid pain. In any sense, it is a question, always, of self preservation.”
