Hiring organization: Ethiopian Midwives Association
Position 1: MidwifeRequired Number: 38 midwives (29 for Oromia and 9 for Sidama region)
Location: Oromia Region and Sidama Region (selected weredas)
Education: BSc in Midwifery and above
Experience and training: Experience in clinical practice and in-depth understanding of international & National reproductive, maternal and new-born health.
Knowledge in standard Midwifery care and practice and extensive experience in MNCH service provision.
Experience of working as a Midwife in humanitarian setting
Having MISP, BEmONC, FP , CAC, PMTCT , MISP , GBV/CMRS trainings, I/NGO experience
Position 2: SHR Project coordinatorRequired number: One
Location: Oromia and Sidama Region
Education: MPH /MSC with back ground of Midwifery or BSc in Midwifery
3/ 7 years of experience out of which 2 years should be in coordinator/ managerial /supervisory position
Experience in I/NGO environment
Experience and trainingExperience in and exposure to working in a humanitarian environment
Relevant experience in project design, implementation and evaluation in reproductive health service & facilitation of training.
Basic/Tot training on MISP, GBV/CMRC, PSS, FP, BEmONC, Training Facilitation Skill, Clinical Mentorship
Knowledge and experience on Gender Based Violence programming and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).
Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving.
Ability to meet tight deadlines through excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
