“(Among the) first people to be called to enter Jannah will be those who praised Allah in times of happiness and sadness (in prosperity and in adversity).

Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (رضي الله عنه) once ascended Safa, took hold of his tongue and said, “O tongue! Speak good you will gain, remain silent from evil you will be safe, [else] you will regret.” He then went on to say, I heard Rasulullah (ﷺ) say:“The majority of man’s sins emanate from his tongue.”

“There are seven such actions that a servant carries out, the reward of which will continue to be written for him in his grave after his demise;

1. The one who had imparted some knowledge
2. Dug a canal
3. Dug a well
4. Planted a tree
5. Built a Masjid
6. Left a Qur'an in inheritance
7. Left behind a child who seeks forgiveness on his behalf after his demise.”

“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered the house and saw a piece of bread that had been thrown (on the floor). He picked it up, wiped it and ate it, and said: 'O ‘Aishah, honor your precious (food), for if the blessing of food departs from people, it never comes back.’”

“When a person performs salaah, performs wudhu/ablution well, and perfects its ruku/bowing and sajdah/prostration, the prayer says: May Allah preserve you as you have preserved me!

When he performs his ruku poorly, neither perfecting its ruku nor its sajdah, the prayer says: May Allah destroy you as you have destroyed me!”

"Allah does not take away knowledge, by taking it away from (the hearts of) the people, but takes it away by the death of scholars. Till when none of the scholars remains, people will take as their leaders ignorant persons, who when consulted will give their verdict without knowledge. So they will go astray and will lead the people astray."

3. Elevate his status in the Hereafter by ten ranks
