🇯🇵 ጃፓኖች ኢኪጋይ (生き甲斐) የተሰኘ እጅግ ጠቃሚ ጽንሰ-ሀሳብ አለቸዎ.. በግርድፉ "የመሆን ምክንያት" በማለት ተርጉሜዋለሁ። ይህም ማልዶ ከእንቅልፈችን የሚያነቃን፣ በፈተናው ጉልበት የሚሰጠን እና በውጤቱም እርካታን የሚያጎናፅፈን ነው። በአጭሩ ሙሉነት እንዲሰማን የሚያደርግ ሁሉም የሕይወታችን ክፍሎች የተስተካከሉበት ሚዛናዊ፣ ደስተኛ የህይወት ቁልፍ ነው Ikigai።

እንግዲህ እዚህ ደረጃ ላይ ለመድረስ አራት መሰረታዊ ነገሮችን ማጤን ያስፈልጋል፡-

1. የምንወደው (What We Love) ❤️

ይህ ፍላጎቶቻችንን እና የሚያስደሰቱንን ጉዳዬች ይወክላል። በዚህ ማእቀፍ ውስጥ የሚካተቱት ለህይወታችን ደስታን፣ የመነቃቃት እና የግለት ስሜትን የሚሰጡን በጥቅሉ በተንቀለቀለ የፍቅር ነበልባል የምንሰራቸው እንዲሁም የምንወዳቸው ነገሮች ናቸው።

2. አለም የሚፈልገው (What the World Needs) 🌍

ይሄኛው ማእቀፍ ከራሳችን ባሻገር ያለውን አላማ ይወክላል። ሌሎችን በመርዳት፣ ለማህበረሰባችን አስተዋጽዖ በማድረግ ወይም ለአለም ውትብትብ ችግሮች መፍትሄዎችን በማበጀት አዎንታዊ ተጽእኖ ለመፍጠር የምንጓዘውን እርቀት ያመላክታል። በሌላ አገላለጽ ይህ ለህይወታችን ትርጉም የሚሰጥ፣ የሰፊው ዓላማ የተፅዕኖ ቅመም የምንሆንበት ነው።

3. ጥሩ የሆንበት ነገር (What We Are Good At)🛠️

ችሎታዎቻችን እና ጥንካሬዎችን በዚህኛው ማእቀፍ ተካተዋል። ይህ ደግሞ በተፈጥሮ ወይም በትጋታችን ከሌሎች የላቅንባቸው ጉዳዬች ናቸው። ነገር ግን፣ ያለፍቅር ወይም አላማ ጥሩ በሆንበት ጉዳይ ላይ ብቻ ካተኮርን አርቲፊሻል የሆነ ደስታ እና መካኒካል ግንኙነት ያለበት ስሜት ሊሰማን ይችላል.

4. ሊከፈለን የሚችል (What We Can Be Paid For) 💰

ገሃዱ ዓለም የሚዘወረው በፋይናንስ ነው። የትኛውንም ፍላጎቶቻችንን ወይም የካቀትናቸውን ክህሎቶች ወደ ፕሮፌሽናል ሙያ በመቀየር ለአለም እንድንሸጠው የሚያረገን ማእቀፍ ይህ ነው።

አራቱም የሕይወት ማእቀፎች ሲገጥም የተፈጠርንለት አላማ እና የመኖር ምክንያታችን እኩል ሚዛን ላይ ይሆናል። ይሄም ኢኪጋይ(𝗜𝗞𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗜) ይባላል።

➽ ነገር ግን እነዚህ የኢኪጋይ ማእቀፎች ሌሎች ዞኖችም አላቸው፦

መክሊት/Passion (የምንወደው + ጥሩ የሆንበት) = በዚህ ወቅት ጥልቅ የእርካታ ስሜት ሊኖረን ይችላል ነገር ግን በአለም ፍላጎት ላይ ውሎ ገቢ ካላስገኘ ምንም ጥቅም እንደሌለው ሊሰማን ይችላል።

ተልዕኮ/Mission (የምንወደው + አለም የሚፈልገው) = ይህ ምልኡ የሆነ ስሜት እንዲሰማን ሊያደርግ ይችላል ነገር ግን የገቢ መረጋጋት ላይኖረው ይችላል።

ሙያ/Profession (ጥሩ የሆንበት ነገር + ሊከፍለን የሚችል) = ይህ ምቾትን ሊፈጥር ይችላል ሆኖም ግን በጎ ተፅዕኖን ለሌሎች ካልፈጠርንበት የባዶነት ስሜት ውስጥ ልንዘፈቅ እንችላለን።

ፀጋ/Vocation (አለም የሚፈልገው + ሊከፈለን የሚችል) = ለሌሎች አገልግሎት መስጠት ልብን ያሞቃል ነገር ግን ለሥራው ፍቅር ከሌለለን ወደ መሰላቸት ሊያመራ ይችላል።

ማጠቃለያው!

ኢኪጋይ/𝗜𝗞𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗜 በምንወደው ነገር ላይ ጎበዝ ሆነን፣ ይህንንም ጉብዝናችንን አለም የሚፈልገው እና ለአለም ያለስስት የምንሸጥበት ጣፋጭ ፅንሰ-ሀሳብ ነው። ይህንን በአንድ ጀንበር ሳይሆን፣ እራሳችንን በማወቅ እና እራሳችንን በመስራት ጉዞ ውስጥ የምንደርስበት ደረጃ ነው።

ምክንያቱም ሚዛናዊ እና የተሟላ የእርካታ ሕይወትን ለመፍጠር እነዚህን አራት ማእቀፎች በጊዜ ሂደት ማዋሃድ የግድ ነው!
