🎯የበጎ ፈቃድ አገልግሎት 4 ጥቅሞች

1. የአእምሮ ጤናን ያዳብራል ፦

በጎ ፈቃደኝነት ጭንቀትን ፣ድብርትን በመቀነስ ደስታን ለመጨመር ይረዳል። እንደ ኦክሲቶሲን እና ዶፓሚን ያሉ "የጥሩ ስሜት" ሆርሞኖች እንዲለቀቁ ያነሳሳል, አጠቃላይ የአእምሮ ደህንነትን ያሻሽላል እና ጥሩ ስሜት እንዲሰማን ይረዳናል ::

2. ማህበራዊ ግንኙነቶችን ያጠናክራል : -

በጎ ፈቃደኝነት አዳዲስ ሰዎችን ለመገናኘት፣ ማህበራዊ ግንኙነታችን ለማስፋት እና የማህበረሰብ ቁርኝታችን ለማዳበር ጥሩ መንገድ ነው። በጐ ፍቃደኛ ስንሆን ተመሳሳይ እሴቶችን ከሚጋሩ ሰዎች ጋር ጠንካራ ግንኙነት ለመፍጠር ይረዳናል።

3. ችሎታዎቻችንን ለማዳበር እንዲሁም የተለያዩ የስራ እድሎችን እንድናገኝ ይረዳናል :-

በጎ ፈቃደኝነት እንደ አመራር፣ ግንኙነት፣ የቡድን ስራ እና ችግር መፍታት የመሳሰሉ አዳዲስ ክህሎቶችን ለመማር እና ለመለማመድ እድሎችን ይሰጣል። እነዚህ ችሎታዎች የስራ ልምድ እና የስራ እድል ከፍ ሊያደርጉ ይችላሉ፣በተለይ በተዛመደ መስክ ልምድ የማግኘት እድል ከ ተገኘ በቂ የሆነ ልምድ ለመጨበጥ ይረዳናል።

4. አካላዊ ጤንነትን ያሻሽላል :-

ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት በጎ ፈቃደኞች ብዙውን ጊዜ የተሻለ አካላዊ ጤንነት ያገኛሉ። በጎ ፈቃደኝነት የደም ግፊትን ይቀንሳል፣ የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴን ይጨምራል፣ እና በማህበራዊ ተሳትፎ በአጠቃላይ ረጅም ዕድሜን ይጨምራል።
