i think when i first watched this movie i had to rewatch it again because of its dense work. and couldn't stop thinking about it ever since. it's subtle depiction of depression and complex love story without romanticizing them became the sole reason for each rewatch. there's something about this movie that makes you want to revisit it now and then. it also has one of my favorite soundtracks of all time, coupled with a beautiful cinematography. hands down its wes anderson's best work. and i urge you to watch the movie if you're reading this.
