🎉 We are happy to announce the launch of a new project aimed at facilitating job placement for refugees!
In December, the Sales Assistant course by Generation Italy and Intesa Sanpaolo will start as part of the “Youth and Work” program, developed in collaboration with UNHCR and Fondazione Conad ETS, and aimed at young refugees aged 18 to 39 across the country.
💼 Free course and guaranteed interview: At the end of the training, all participants will be guaranteed at least one job interview with Conad stores in their area, opening the door to a concrete employment opportunity.
📅 Course date: Starting on December 2, 2024, the program includes 15 training days (9:00-14:00), with 2-3 additional days in January for specific training.

🎉 Siamo felici di annunciare l’avvio di un nuovo progetto che punta per facilitare l’inserimento lavorativo per i rifugiati!

A dicembre partirà il corso per Addetto/a vendite supermercato di Generation Italy e Intesa Sanpaolo nel quadro del programma “Giovani e Lavoro”, sviluppato in collaborazione con UNHCR e Fondazione Conad ETS e rivolto a giovani rifugiati tra i 18 e i 39 anni su tutto il territorio nazionale.

💼 Corso gratuito e colloquio garantito: Al termine della formazione, tutti i partecipanti avranno la garanzia di poter sostenere almeno un colloquio di lavoro con negozi Conad della propria zona, aprendo le porte a un’opportunità concreta di assunzione.

📅 Data del corso: In partenza il 2 dicembre 2024, il programma prevede 15 giornate formative (9:00-14:00), con 2-3 giornate aggiuntive a gennaio per un training specifico.

👏👏 Here we go! Communication training “Comunicare da Protagonisti”. The course will be held on December 11 and 12, 2024, in Milan. Refugees and Stateless persons living in Italy who wish to explore their role as active players in communication can join the training. We will address effective communication techniques for dealing with interviews, public presentations and the use of social media, as well as the dynamics of public opinion and the Italian media. 👏👏 Ci siamo! Anche quest'anno ci sarà il corso di formazione sulla comunicazione "Comunicare da Protagonisti". Il corso si terrà l’11 e il 12 dicembre 2024 a Milano, è rivolto a rifugiati e apolidi in Italia che desiderano approfondire il loro ruolo di protagonisti attivi della comunicazione. Affronteremo tecniche di comunicazione efficaci per affrontare le interviste, le presentazioni pubbliche ed l'utilizzo dei social media, oltre alle dinamiche dell’opinione pubblica e dei media italiani. Two figures are being sought: a stable assistant and a stable technician. Le figure ricercate sono due: Assistente di Scuderia e Tecnico di Scuderia.
