You can revise your choice of specialty and/or university from January 10 to 16, 2024, since the application system will remain open and active for these domains on the stated dates.

Announcement to ERMP 2024 Examinees

We would like first to congratulate all candidates who took the ERMP 2024 MCQ exam which was conducted nationally on December 31, 2024 in 15 hubs. Of the 1985 eligible candidates, 1811 were able to sit for the exam, and 1 candidate was disqualified.

The ERMP team collected the results of all 1810 examinees from all 15 exam hubs and compiled them together. Thus, you can check your exam results across your user ID. If you have any complaint about your result, you can call the Ministry’s Hot Line (952) from January 10-16, 2024 during working hours notifying your name, User ID, result, and exam hub.

For those who took ERMP and planning to join residency at Addis Ababa.

“ ሀኪሞች ከፍተኛ የሆነ የኢኮኖሚ ችግር አለባቸው፤ ኩሽና ተከራይተው ነው የሚኖሩት ” - የኢትዮጵያ ህምክምና ማህበር

የኢትዮጵያ ህክምና ማህበር (EMA) በየዓመቱ ሰኔ 25 ቀን የሚከበረውን “ 7ኛውን የሀኪሞች ቀን ” በጥቁር አንበሳ ሆስፒታል ተከብሮ ነበር።

በዚህም በዘንድሮው ' የሀኪሞች ቀን ' ከጌራ የቤት ለቤት ህክምናና የሀኪሞች ቢሮ ተቋም ጋር በመሆን 2,000 ለሚጠጉ የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች የቤት ለቤትና የጎዳና ላይ ነጻ የህክምና ለመስጠት ማቀዱን አመላክቷል።

ይኸው የነጻ ህክምና ከሐምሌ 1 /2016 ጀምሮ ነው የሚሰጠው።

ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በዘርፉ ላይ የሚስተዋሉ ችግሮችን በተመለከተ፣ ከ34 ዓመታት ጀምሮ በአጥንት ቀዶ ህክምና እያገለገሉ የሚገኙትን የማኀበሩ የቦርድ አባልና የአባላት ጉዳይ የሚከታተሉት ዶ/ር በሀሩ በዛብህን ጠይቋል።

እሳቸው በሰጡት ቃል፣ “ ሀኪሞች ከፍተኛ የኢኮኖሚ ችግር አለባቸው፤ ኩሽና ተከራይተው ነው የሚኖሩት። ቤት እንኳ የላቸውም። በአውቶብስ ተጋፍተው ነው መጥተው የሚሰሩት ” ብለዋል።

“ ይህ ችግር የጤና እከል የደረሰበትን ማህበረሰብ ከማገልገል አልከለከላቸውም ” ያሉት ዶ/ር በሀሩ፣ “ ያን እያደረጉ ግን ሲታመሙ እንደ ሞያተኛ ሳይሆን ለምነው ነው የሚታከሙት ” ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።

“ መብራት ኃይል ለአባላቱ መብራት፣ ቴሌ ለአባላቱ የአየር ሰዓት፣ ውሃና ፍሳሽ ለአባላቱ ውሃ ይሰጣሉ። የእኛ ጤና ሲታወክ እንኳ ምንም አይሰጥም። በህግም የተቀመጠ ነገር የለም ” ሲሉ አማረዋል።

“ የሥራ ሁኔታዎች ራሱ አልተመቻቹም ፤ ከሌላ አገር ጋር ሲገጻጸር እየሰራን የሚከፈለን እራሱ ውስን ነው ” ብለዋል።

“ መሬት እንኳን ቢሰጠን ምን ችግር አለው ? መኖር ነው ያቃተን። የሚከፈለን ገንዘብ በጣም ውስን ነው ” ሲሉ አክለዋል።

በዘርፉ የበዙ ችግሮች ከመኖራቸው አንጻር በርካታ ሀኪሞች ከአገር ለመውጣት እየተገደዱ መሆኑን ገልጸው፣  መንግስት ልቦና ሰጥቶት ለሚስተዋሉ ችግሮች ሁሉ መፍትሄ እንዲሰጥ በማኀበሩ ስም ጠይቀዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ህክምና ማኀበር / EMA ከተመሠረተ 75 ዓመታትን እንዳስቆጠረ፣ በኢትዮጵያ ከ15,000 እስከ 20,000 ሀኪሞች እንዳሉ ተመላክቷል።

በ2016 ዓ/ም በጤና ሚኒስቴር #በጅማ_ዩኒቨርሲቲ  ተመድበው በሆስፒታሉ ሥራና ስፔሳላይዜሽን ስልጠና የሚወስዱ 70 የአንደኛ ዓመት ሬዚደንት ሀኪሞች የ3 ወራት ደመወዝ እንዳልተከፈላቸው ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት ቃል ቅሬታ አቅርበዋል። 

“ የ3 ወራት ደመወዝ አልተከፈለንም። ከፍተኛ ችግርና ስቃይ ውስጥ ወድቀናል ” ያሉት ቅሬታ አቅርቤዎቹ፣ ጉዳዩ የሚመለከተውን አካል ቢያነጋግሩም ‘ መፍትሄ እየፈለግን ነው ፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በጀት የለውም ’ እንደተባሉ ገልጸዋል።

መጀመሪያ 100 ሬዚደንት ሀኪሞች እንደነበሩ ፤ በኋላ ግን ለቀው ለመሄድ በመገደዳቸው አሁን ላይ የቀሩት 70 ብቻ መሆናቸውን አስረድተዋል።

ቤተሰብ ጭምር ይዘው ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሄዱ ሬዚደንት ሀኪሞችም እንዳሉ ፤ የሚተዳደሩት ከደመወዝ በሚያገኙት ገቢ እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

“ በጣም ከፍተኛ ችግር ውስጥ ነው ያለነው። ደመወዙ በዚህ ሳምንት ሊገባልን ይገባል ” ሲሉ አሳስበዋል።

ለተነሳው ቅሬታ ምላሽ እንዲሰጡ ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ጥያቄ ያቀረበላቸው የጅማ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፕሬዚዳንት ዶ/ር ጀማል አባፊጣ ፣ “ ጤና ሚኒስቴርን ነው የሚመለከተው። እኛን አይመለከትም ” የሚል አጭር ምላሽ ሰጥተዋል።

በጉዳዩ ላይ ምላሽ ለመጠየቅ ወደ #ጤና_ሚኒስቴር የተደረገው ሙከራ ኃላፊዎቹ ተደጋጋሚ የስልክ ጥሪ ለማንሳት ፈቃደኛ ባለመሆናቸው ለጊዜው ቃላቸውን ማካተት አልተቻለም።

“ በኢንተርን ምዘና የተጻፈ መስፈርት የለም ” - የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኢንተርን ሀኪሞች

“ ቢሮ መጥተው ይጠይቁ ” - ዩኒቨርሲቲው

የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የ2016/17 ዓ/ም ኢንተርን ሀኪሞች ፦
- በኢንተርንሽፕ ምን ያህል መስራትና መማር እንዳለብን፣
- ምን መስራትና ምን እውቀት ማምጣት እንዳለብን፣
- በኢንተርን ምዘና የተፃፈ ሰዓትና መስፈርት ባለመኖሩ መፍትሄ እንዲሰጣቸው ጠይቀዋል።

በተያያዘ በዩኒቨርሲቲዎቲው ተግባራዊ ሲደረግ የቆየው ለህክምና መስጫ ተረኛ አዳሪ እረፍት (Day off) እንዲሰጣቸው ኢንተርን ከመጀመራቸው ከሳምነት በፊት በደብዳቤ በመጠየቃቸው የ3 ወራት ደመወዝ እንደተቆረጠባቸው ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጸዋል።

“ ሥራ ከመጀመራችን ከ3 ቀናት በፊት በሥራና ትምህርት ገበታችን ላይ እንደማንገኝ በደብዳቤ አሳውቀን ከትምህርት ገበታችን ሳንገኝ ቀርተናል ” ብለው ፣ በዚህም የ3 ወራት ደመወዛቸው እንደተቆረጠና ሥራ ቢጀምሩም እንዳልተከፈላቸው አስረድተዋል።

ለተከታታይ 34 ሰዓታት ያለ እረፍት መስራት፣ በሳምንት ከ90 - 94 ሰዓታት መስራት፣ አለፍ ሲልም እስከ 118 ሰዓታት በመስራት አስቸጋሪና ከአቅም በላይ የሆነው አሰራር ካልተቀየረ፦
📌 የአእምሮ መዛል፣ የመንፈስ መቃወስ የሚስከትል
📌 የህክምና ስህተት የሚፈጥር
📌 ከሥራ በቂ እውቀት የማያስገኝ
📌 የእኩልነት መብት የሚጥስ መሆኑን በማስረዳት ሥራና ትምህርት ከመጀመራቸው በፊት ጠይቀው በሥራ ጫናና በሌሎች ምክንያቶቾ ጥያቄውን ክትትል ሳያደርጉበት እንደቆዩ አስረድተዋል። 

“ ሆኖም ግን በጥያቄው ዙሪያ ተወያይተን መፍትሄ እናገኛለን ብለን ስንጠብቅ ቅጣት ተጣለብን ” ብለው፣ ለ4 ቀናት ከቆዩ በኋላ ወደ ሥራ ገበታ ቢመለሱም የ3 ወራት ደመወዝ እንዳልተከፈላቸው ተናግረዋል።

የኢንተርን ምዘና መስፈርቱን፣ የሥራና መማሪያ ሰዓት ገደብ አለመቀመጡን በተመለከተ ለተነሳው ቅሬታ ምላሽ የጠየቅናቸው የጤና ሳይንሱ አካል ዶክተር ሙሉጌታ፣ “ ይህን ጥያቄ ካላቸው ቢሮ መጥተው ይጠይቁ ” ብለዋል።

“ ተገቢ ዶክሜንት አለ። ስርዓተ ትምህርቱ አለ። ይህን የሚያስፈጽሙ የትምህርት ክፍል ኃላፊዎች አሉ። በእነርሱ በኩል መልስ እንሰጣለን ” ሲሉ አክለዋል።

የደመወዝ መቆረጡን በተመለከተ በሰጡት ቃልም፣ “ ነገሩን ለማሳጠር ያህል ባለፈው ዶክተር አይንሸት የሰጠው መልስ ተገቢ ነው። የተለዬ መልስ ተጨማሪ መረጃ የለኝም ” ነው ያሉት።

ዶ/ር አይንሸት የደመወዝ ቅሬታውን በተመለከተ ከዚህ ቀደም ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት ቃል፣ የኢንተርን ሀኪሞቹ ጥያቄ አቀራረብ ልክ ባለመሆኑ የ3 ደመወዝ እንደተቆረጠባቸው ገልጸው ነበር።
