☠️☠️☠️ biting the bullet on Blast:
Pacman onboarded me for the next iteration of the ponzy and I think smol subset of readers here with similar background like me should at least think about it.
Blast obviously has been very disappointing and probably my biggest miss thus far...
That being said I have:
- big stack of Blast i rather hold to zero than sell here
- big stack of stables earning 5-10%
So since I am not selling my Blast anyways and its absolutely unproductive and I am getting 10x yield in the ponzy i shifted all my Blast into this in order to earn at least abit more than 5-10%
I would NEVER buy Blast in order to do this but for the case you missed your exit on Blast and you have some low yielding stables I think it's worth thinking about deployment here.
In general I am looking for exits on Blast but for the meanwhile might as well put the capital to work

main issue is Trump seems to always come out late on fridays talking about tarrifs. Nuking stonks which did quite ok all week into the close and also nuking crypto but crypto stays open and we suffer bc of it.
Yday we pumped bc of non farm payrolls and looked actually quite good before trump singlehandedly send us down again

⚠️ personal strategy going forward:
For me basically 2 options, 92k holds and we gucci or we get artur hayes mini bear market down to 70-80k.
I give first scenario slightly more weight.
If 2nd scenario plays I think IF 2nd scenario plays out most likely price tested is 73.5k for the breakout retest of the Trump election. That would be 33% from top, extremely painful and all alts basically ded.
If we test this BO I would expect a strong bounce back into 90+ at the least and also this scenario would imo give us a line in the sand where we can give up and call the cycle over with some confidence.
So lets say we test 73.5k, pump to 94 and then move down again I think I would go flat if we get weekly close sub 73.5k again.
Just my personal playbook.
I sold another 2.5% or so BTC yday and am sitting on 18-20% cash now

- establish ourselves around 5 eth up from 3.7eth
- last 2 days insane amounts of eth account switching to milady picture and milady signature
- vitalik signing most posts milady and remilio
- price slowly climing and floor thinning out
stage is set perfectly. just would need a smol spark here to make a big fire imo
but should be good either way
given where we are in the cycle i think you should prepare for the case this is going to pop unless you want to hold milady forever

👀👀 Hypio had their reveal and still a floor of 0.35. i sold my final one at 0.25 and no intention to get back in.
in the peak it was 0.5 which is a cl33n 25x on mint. those collections which get good hype are still an excellent way to make money.
just keep in mind it doesnt always work like this:
Normilio 2.0 did nothing
Hypio went to 25x
nothing fundamentally different in both apart from one having had alot more hype around it

since there has been some discussion about stonks better than real estate yadayada wanted to elaborate abit:
I mainly make my money with crypto now these days which probably is the highest risk form to make money.
If you dont have much, crypto likely ur best place to be bc it's the only area where you could make "lifechanging money" in short period of time. not possible in stonks to the same degree and also you wouldnt even have money for real estate if you only have 20k to ur name anyways.
For me personally since I make most of my money in the highest risk sector I want to realize gains into what I consider the lowest risk sector. stonks are much safer than crypto but even stonks drop 50%++ from time to time. This would mean that if you are holding at the wrong time you can half ur nw in a couple of days being all in stonk+crypto
Something which doesnt happen w real estate usually. Covid was a blackswan and while some areas in Manila which relied on chinese investment got nuked 50% my real estate was quite stable and maybe was down 15% at one point if at all.
Also for me it's much easier from a kyc standpoint to buy RE compared to getting "size" on a brokerage account.
Alot of this stuff is personal preference. For me I just enjoy RE which comes with fairly low volatility and stable yields. Downsides are abit more work than just holding stonks even though alot of this work can be sourced out via management companies/assistants, etc
Bottom line of all this is: if you made enough money in crypto to not being forced to work anymore I think it's very important to secure this money out of crypto. can be stonks, real estate, other investments, a mix of all those etc. Numbers here will differ from country to country.
For Manila for instance if you realized 500k usd you could buy 4-8 studios which would give you enough yield to never again work in ur life while having a modest lifestyle. For other countries this number might be a million or 2. Depends on your country and your lifestyle.
But as being said I think you should think about what is that magical number for you and how you would realocate once you hit it. Overarching goal for me was always early "semi retirement" where you can and most often will continue to work in order to make more but you dont really have to.

A follower made me aware that you only get the physical card as a VIP which means you should deposit at least 100k or have quite high trading volume.
Overall the easiest to reach the VIP levels are just via deposits.
There might be a potential shortcut of getting the physical card thought via volume. Lets say you dont have 100k to deposit so you could try to reach one of the volume goals via trading back and forth, get upgraded, order the card and call it a day. this however is not without risk but i doubt they will take the card away from you when u fall under the treshhold. Or you pull money from your trezor, put it temporarily on Bybit that you have over 100k, order the card & cash out again. Multiple ways to do that.
it's an interesting tier system and way better than crypto.com bc you can hold any assets to qualify and dont need to buy their shitcoin for it.

my airbnb rates are down 33% this year, people booking much later, etc
for instance last year i was booked out for NYE 2 months in advance while this year NYE booking came in couple of days ago for 70% less what i made last year.
Still will be almost fully booked for the season but yeah.
Overall if running fulltime luxury airbnb can expect 90% occupancy at 800aed per night which brings you to around 260k aed yearly. after airbnb and management agency takes their cut you are left with around 180k. after cost for dues, internet, aircon, electric etc you will net around 150k aed per year which comes down to give or take 5% yield - pretty underwhelming.
if renting out the same unit longterm can expect to make 200-250k yearly with almost no extra cost for 6-8% yield.
long story short I think airbnbs are overrated and if investing in dubai better focus on longterm rentals

I think there will be a day when this chart will violently reprice.
If you are restaking your eth now is a good time to make urself familiar with liquidity of your tokens and the lockups.
lets say you want to sell eth at 7k and this chart sends to 7k in 3 days. your tokens will still be locked.
Most restaking protocols are around a week to unstake currently but i also saw some with 2 weeks.
also make urself familiar how easy it is to sell ur restaked token back into eth or usd.
I started unstaking most of stuff and will go 50 50 into steth and wbeth on Binance to still continue earning yield until i sell.
steth is fairly liquid on curve and also has very decent liquidity on bybit. on there for instance you can trade it like eth and just put in orders vs usdt
wbeth has good liquidity on binance vs eth. up to 500eth you be able to get with minimal slippage. usdt pair alot more thin.
but long story short those 2 tokens offer the advantage of still earning yield to me, while not being locked up and instantly liquid even on big amounts if eth does surprise candles later on.
as i said good time now to plan this stuff so you dont end up in a scenario where you really want to take profit but you are still locked for another couple of days.
alternative play would be to stay staked/locked until the very end and just sell via going short on perps, then you unstake and a week later you close the short and sell the tokens. this strat abit more stressful though and would require quite abit of collataral

this chart should be helpful to also time the top. as you can see we can easily fit a line at around 40% dominance when it has always been the bottom.
I put a box where I would expect everything coming to an end eventually.
currently imo we are still too high up for a major top and only had first glimpse of alt szn.

fascinating example of a chart that always works
I was looking at this beginning this year and even if you are a retard you can see that the major support basically always works. and not just a little bit but ALOT.
So I bought my first smol bag at the line and then bought abit more around the 1usd dollar mark when it seemed that this is going to work again.
However lacked conviction to properly size up. My main issue was in order to reach my target around 0.00003 this would need to go to 3 bucks while BTC staying around 90-100k. Was absolutely unimaginable to me given the last years. And in the end I was dead wrong.
I think moral of the story is if you have a 10 year chart like this and a bullmarket you need to just trust it even if yourself lack the imajinaaation...

I currently also think the yields you can generate via those stables (20%++) should let you keep this stable exposure over the coming months. i think currently makes zero sense to rotate into property while its very very easy and pretty safe to generate at least 10%+ just by holding stables

really think this is close to the bottom now and would buy more around 0.0325 and 0.03. also have smol lev trade open which i would further add on.
optimally this would flush abit to maybe really put in a bottom but i dont count on it.
overall this latest move took so much hope out of it that we might arrive at a stage "this rally will fail like all the others" which would be good

overall means you should always sell your btc first before thinking about selling your eth.
i included 2019 just for fun but even 2019 we saw 3 weeks delay
scam top in 2021 is the only real outlier & i am still of the opinion that without FTX crime i am not sure if this wouldve went down.
the most similar tops of 2017 and and early 2021 are literaly copies in timing and %
obviously those are only few datapoints but they give some hints and advice.
basically if past is any indication it makes no sense to sell your entire stack of eth and btc at the same time.
a potential 90% increase in the final 30 days is juge. but the table alone says more than a 1000 words from me so youll get the gist
overall means you should always sell your btc first before thinking about selling your eth.
