" ባለቤቷን ጨምሮ ታስራ እንድትደበደብ ውሳኔ ያሳለፉ ሽማግሌዎች የፍርድ ውሳኔ ተላልፎባቸዋል " - የወረዳው አቃቤ ሕግ
በምስራቅ ቦራና በውጫሌ ወረዳ የ3 ልጆች እናት የሆነችውን ገበያ መሀል አስረው ግርፋት የፈጸሙ ግለሰቦች በእስራት መቀጣታቸው ተገልጿል።
ወ/ሮ ኩሹ ቦናያ በገበያ ቦታ ላይ ከዛፍ ጋር ታስራ በባለቤቷ በአሰቃቂ ሁኔታ ስትደበደብ የሚያሳይ ቪዲዮ ከታየ በኋላ በርካቶችን ማስቆጣቱ ይታወሳል።
ይህ ግርፋት የተፈጸመው ደግሞ በአካባቢ ሽማግሌዎች ትዕዛዝ ሲሆን፣ የታሰረችውም በርካታ ሰዎች ቆመው በሚያዩበት የገበያ ስፍራ ነበር።
ጉዳዩን ሲመለከት የቆየው የዋጪሌ ወረዳ ፍርድ ቤት ድርጊቱን በመፈፀም እና በመተባበር የተከሰሱ አራት ግለሰቦች ላይ ሕዳር 19 /2017 ዓ.ም. በዋለው ችሎት ከ7 እስከ 4 ዓመት የሚደርስ እስራት ወስኗል።
የወረዳው አቃቤ ሕግ የሆኑት አቶ ጉያ አሬሮ ምን አሉ ?
" ጥቃቱን በመፈጸም የመጀመሪያ ተከሳሽ ሆኖ የቀረበው ድብደባውን የፈጸመው ባለቤቷ ጋልጋሎ ዋሪዮ ነው።
ሁለተኛ እና ሦስተኛ ተከሳሾች ታስራ እንድትደበደብ ውሳኔ ያሳለፉ ሽማግሌዎች ናቸው።
በዚህም መሰረት አንደኛ እና ሁለተኛ ተከሳሽ በ6 ዓመት ጽኑ እስራት እንዲቀጡ ተወስኗል።
ሦስተኛው ተከሳሽ የሆኑት የአካባቢ ሽማግሌ ከዛፍ ጋር ታስራ እንድትገረፍ ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ ከግርፋቱ በኋላም ታስራ እንድትቆይ በመወሰናቸው 7 ዓመት ከ2 ወር እስራት ተፈርዶባቸዋል።
አራተኛው ተከሳሽ የቃቃሎ መንደር የሰላም እና ሚሊሻ ጽህፈት ቤት ኃላፊ ናቸው።
ሽማግሌዎቹ በግርፋት እንድትቀጣ ሲወስኑ ሚስትየው ወደዚህ ግለሰብ ሄዳ ጣልቃ እንዲገባ እና እንዲያስቆም ብትጠይቅም ኃላፊነታቸውን ለመወጣት ፈቃደኛ ሳይሆኑ ቀርተዋል።
ተበዳይ በወቅቱ ኃላፊውን ' አንተ የሕግ ሰው ነህና አስቁምልኝ ' ስትል ብትጠይቃቸውም ' በፍርዳቸው ጣልቃ መግባት አልችልም ' በማለት መልሷል።
ድብደባ ከተፈጸመባት በኋለ ' ሚሊሻዎቹ ሴትዮዋን ይዘው ወደ ማቆያ ጣቢያ እንዲወስዷት አዟል ' በሚል በሁለት ወንጀል ተከሷል።
በግለሰቡ ላይ ፍርድ ቤት የ4 አመት እስራት እና 5ሺህ 500 ብር እንዲከፍል የቅጣት ውሳኔውን አስተላልፏል " ብለዋል።
ተበዳይ አሁን በምን ሁኔታ ላይ ትገኛለች ?
ስለ ወቅታዊ ሁኔታ የተጠየቀው የወረዳው አቃቤ ሕግ በሀዋሳ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ሕክምና እየተደረገላት መሆኑ አሳውቀዋል።
" አሁን በሕክምና ሕይወቷን ማትረፍ ተችሏል " ብለው በጥሩ ጤንነት ላይ መሆኗን እና ብይኑ ሲሰጥም በችሎቱ ላይ መገኘቷን ተናግረዋል።
የ3 ልጆች እናት የሆነችውን ሴት የሽማግሌዎችን ትዕዛዝ አላከበረችም በሚል ዋጪሌ ገበያ ላይ አስሮ የመግረፉ ድርጊት የተፈጸመው መስከረም 9/ 2017 ዓ.ም. ነበር።

" በተፈጸመባት ግርፋት ክፉኛ ተጎድታለች፤ የአካሏ ግራ ክፍል አይሰራም። የራስ ቅሏ ተሰብሯል " - የቤተሰብ አባል
በኦሮሚያ ክልል ፣ በምስራቅ ቦረና ዞን ዋጪሌ ወረዳ ' የሽማግሌዎችን ትዕዛዝ አላከበረችም ' በሚል ከዛፍ ጋር ታስራ በባለቤቷ ክፉኛ የተደበደበችና የተገረፈች የ3 ልጆች እናት በአስጊ ጤና ሁኔታ ላይ እንደምትገኝ የቤተሰብ አባሏ ተናገሩ።
በአሁኑ ወቅት በሐዋሳ ሆስፒታል በህክምና ላይ የምትገኘው ኩሹ ቦናያ የተባለችው እናት በደረሰባት ግርፋት ክፉኛ ተጎድታ " የአካሏ ግራ ክፍል አይሰራም። የራስ ቅሏ ተሰብሯል " በማለት የቤተሰብ አባሏ ገልጸዋል።
የአካባቢው አቃቤ ሕግ በበኩላቸው ግርፋቱን መፈጸማቸው የተጠረጠሩ ባለቤቷን ጨምሮ 8 ግለሰቦች በቁጥጥር ስር ውለው ምርመራ መካሄዱን ተናግረዋል።
በቁጥጥር ስር ከዋሉ ግለሰቦች መካከል የቅጣት ውሳኔውን አስተላልፈዋል የተባሉት ሽማግሌዎች የዋስትና መብታቸው ተከብሮ ሲለቀቁ ባለቤቷ ግን አሁንም በቁጥጥር ስር እንደሚገኝ ገልጸዋል።

" ኩሹ ቦናያ የ3 ልጆች እናት ናት።
ገበያ ላይ አስሮ የመግረፉ ድርጊት የተፈጸመው ባለፈው ወር መስከረም 9/ 2017 ዓ.ም. ነው።
ግርፋቱ የተፈጸመባት ባለቤቷ ገልገሎ ዋሪዮ ይባላል።
ኩሹ እና ባለቤቷ ገልገሎ በትዳር 12 ዓመት ቆይተዋል
በኑሯቸው ችግር ውስጥ ሲወድቁ ባለቤቷ ወደ ውትድርና ይገባል። በውትድርና 4 ዓመት ያህል ቆይቷል።
እሷ ልጆቿን ለማሳደግ ብቻዋን ስትጥር ነው የቆየችው።
ገልገሎ ከውትድርና ከተመለሰ በኋላ ግን ባለቤቱን መደብደብ ይጀምራል።
በተደጋጋሚ ወደ ቤተሰቦቿ እየሸሸችም ሁኔታዎች ሲረጋጉ ወደ ቤቷ ትመለስ ነበር።
ገልገሎ ከውትድርና ከተመለሰ በኋላ ከባለቤቱ ጋር መስማማት አለመቻሉም ፤ ዘወትር ባለቤቱን እና ልጆቹን ይደበድብ ነው።
በአገር ባህል መሰረት ሽማግሌዎች በባለትዳሮቹ መካከል የተፈጠረውን ችግር ለመፍታት በተደጋጋሚ ለሽምግልና ተቀምጠዋል።
ችግሮች ሳይፈቱ ሲቀሩ ወደ አባቷ ቤተሰብ ሸሸች። ሽማግሌዎች ተነጋግረው ባለቤቷ ጠባዩን እንዲያሻሽል እርሷም ወደ ቤቷ እንድትመለስ መከሯት።
እርሷ ግን ነገሩን በደንብ እንዲያጤኑት ወደ ቤቷ ብትመለስ አንደሚገላት’ ተናገረች።
የሽማግሌዎቹን ቃል አላከበረችም በሚል ሽማግሌዎቹ ታስራ እንድትገረፍ ወስነውባታል።
የሽማግሌዎቹ ውሳኔ የቦረናን ባሕል አይወክልም ፤ ይህ የጥቂት ሰዎች ውሳኔ ነው።
በሚኖሩበት አካባቢ ባለ ዛፍ ላይ አሰሯት። ይህንን ያደረጉት ልጇ እያለቀሰ፣ ሌሎች ቆመው እያዩ ነው።
በስፍራው ተገኝተው የነበሩ በሙሉ ፎቶ እንዳያነሱ፣ ቪድዮ እንዳይቀርጹ ተከልክለው ነበር።
ስትገረፍ ከዋጪሌ ዱብሉቅ አንድ መኪና በድንገት መጣ።
አንድ ልጅ ከመኪናው ወርዶ ቪድዮ መቅረጽ ጀመረ ፤ በዚህም የተፈጸመውን ወንጀል ሌሎች ሊያዩት ይችለዋል።
የሦስት ልጆች እናት የሆነችው ኩሹ በዛፍ ላይ ታስራ በባለቤቷ ግርፋት ከደረሰባት በኋላ ክፉኛ ተጎድታለች።
የአካሏ ግራ ክፍል አይሰራም። የራስ ቅሏ ተሰብሯል።
የቤተሰብ አባላቶቿ የደረሰባትን ወድያውኑ አልሰሙም ነበር። ለሳምንት ያህል ሕክምና ሳታገኝ ቆይታለች።
ወንጀሉ አንደተፈጸመ ወድያውኑ ቪድዮው አልተለቀቀም ነበር። ከሳምንት በኋላ ነው ሰው ያየው። ወላጆቿም የሆነውን ያዩት ከቪድዮው ላይ ነው።
መጀመርያ በአሬሮ ሆስፒታል በኋላም ወደ ያቤሎ ሆስፒታል ሄዳ ሕክምና የተከታተለች ቢሆንም የተሻለ ሕክምና በማስፈለጉ ወደ ሐዋሳ ሆስፒታል ተልካለች። "
የዋጪሌ ወረዳ አቃቤ ሕግ ኃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ ጉዮ አሬሮ ጥቃቱ በቃቃሎ መንደር መፈጸሙን እና ከተፈጸመ ከሳምንት በኋላ ሪፖርት መደረጉን ተናግረዋል።
" መረጃው እንደደረሰን የምርመራ ቡድን በማዋቀር መረጃ መሰብሰብ ጀምረናል " ብለዋል።
ተጠርጣሪዎቹ በቁጥር ስር ውለው ፍርድ ቤት ከቀረቡ በኋላ ሽማግሌዎቹ የዋስትና መብታቸው ተከብሮ ሲለቀቁ ባለቤቷ ግን አሁንም በእስር ላይ እንደሚገኝ ጨምረው ተናግረዋል።
" ክስ ለመመስረት የሕክምና ማስረጃ እንፈልጋለን። አሁንም የሕክምና ክትትል እያደረገች በመሆኑ መረጃው ገና ተጠናክሮ አልቀረበልንም። ሕጋዊው ጉዳይ ግን ሂደቱን ጠብቆ ይቀጥላል " ሲሉ ተናግረዋል።
ይህ መረጃ ባለቤትነቱ የቢቢሲ አማርኛው አገልግሎት ነው።

ችግሮች ሳይፈቱ ሲቀሩ ወደ አባቷ ቤተሰብ ሸሸች። ሽማግሌዎች ተነጋግረው ባለቤቷ ጠባዩን እንዲያሻሽል እርሷም ወደ ቤቷ እንድትመለስ መከሯት።
እርሷ ግን ነገሩን በደንብ እንዲያጤኑት ወደ ቤቷ ብትመለስ አንደሚገላት’ ተናገረች።

በስፍራው ተገኝተው የነበሩ በሙሉ ፎቶ እንዳያነሱ፣ ቪድዮ እንዳይቀርጹ ተከልክለው ነበር።
ስትገረፍ ከዋጪሌ ዱብሉቅ አንድ መኪና በድንገት መጣ።
አንድ ልጅ ከመኪናው ወርዶ ቪድዮ መቅረጽ ጀመረ ፤ በዚህም የተፈጸመውን ወንጀል ሌሎች ሊያዩት ይችለዋል።
የሦስት ልጆች እናት የሆነችው ኩሹ በዛፍ ላይ ታስራ በባለቤቷ ግርፋት ከደረሰባት በኋላ ክፉኛ ተጎድታለች።
የአካሏ ግራ ክፍል አይሰራም። የራስ ቅሏ ተሰብሯል።
የቤተሰብ አባላቶቿ የደረሰባትን ወድያውኑ አልሰሙም ነበር። ለሳምንት ያህል ሕክምና ሳታገኝ ቆይታለች።
ወንጀሉ አንደተፈጸመ ወድያውኑ ቪድዮው አልተለቀቀም ነበር። ከሳምንት በኋላ ነው ሰው ያየው። ወላጆቿም የሆነውን ያዩት ከቪድዮው ላይ ነው።
መጀመርያ በአሬሮ ሆስፒታል በኋላም ወደ ያቤሎ ሆስፒታል ሄዳ ሕክምና የተከታተለች ቢሆንም የተሻለ ሕክምና በማስፈለጉ ወደ ሐዋሳ ሆስፒታል ተልካለች። "
የዋጪሌ ወረዳ አቃቤ ሕግ ኃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ ጉዮ አሬሮ ጥቃቱ በቃቃሎ መንደር መፈጸሙን እና ከተፈጸመ ከሳምንት በኋላ ሪፖርት መደረጉን ተናግረዋል።

የ2026 የአሜሪካ ዳይቨርሲቲ ቪዛ (DV) ማመልከቻ ከዛሬ ጀምሮ ክፍት ተደርጓል።
ለ2026 DV ለማመልከት https://dvprogram.state.gov/ ይጠቀሙ።
ለማመልከት ምንም አይነት ክፍያ አያስፈልግም።
ማመልከቻው እስከ ህዳር 5 /2024 ድረስ ክፍት ሆኖ ይቆያል።
ከፍተኛ የመሙላት ፍላጎቶች ድረገጹ ላይ መዘግየቶችን ሊያስከትል ስለሚችል ለመሙላት እስከ የምዝገባው ጊዜ የመጨረሻ ሳምንት ድረስ ባይጠብቁ ይመከራል።
ዘግይተው የሚገቡ ማመልከቻዎች ተቀባይነት አይኖራቸውም።
ህጉ ለአንድ ሰው አንድ ጊዜ ብቻ እንዲያመለክት ነው የሚፈቅደው። የአሜሪካ ውጭ ጉዳይ መስሪያ ቤት የሚጠቀመው የተራቀቀ ቴክኖሎጂ ደጋግሞ የሚገቡ ማመልከቻዎችን የሚለይ ነው። ከአንድ ጊዜ በላይ አንድ ሰው ካመለከተ ሁሉንም የዛን ሰዎች ማመልከቻዎች ይሰርዛል።
ያልተሟላ ማመልከቻም ተቀባይነት የለውም።
ዳይቨርሲቲ ቪዛ (DV) ከቪዛ አማካሪዎች ፣ ' እንሞላለን ' ከሚሉ ወኪሎችና ከሌሎች አካላት እገዛ ሳይጠይቁ ራስዎ እንዲሞሉ ይመከራል።
ማመልከቻውን እንዲሞላሎት የሰው እርዳታ ካስፈለገ ጥያቄዎችን በትክክል ለመመለስ በሚሞላበት ስፍራ መገኘት ያስፈልጋል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪም የ ' ልዩ ማረጋገጫ ቁጥሩ ' ን ለመያዝ በስፍራው መገኝት ያስፈልጋል።
አንዳንድ የሚሞሉ ሰዎች ይህን ቁጥር ይዘው በመቀየር ተጨማሪ ብር የሚጠይቁ ስላሉ እንዳይታለሉ መጠንቀቅ ያስፈልጋል።
የማረጋገጫ ቁጥሩ እጅግ ወሳኝ በመሆኑ በጥንቃቄ መያዝ አለበት።
ለ2026 የፊስካል ዓመት እስከ 55,000 የሚደርስ የዳይቨርሲቲ ቪዛ (DV) ተዘጋጅቷል።

ዳይቨርሲቲ ቪዛ (DV) ከቪዛ አማካሪዎች ፣ ' እንሞላለን ' ከሚሉ ወኪሎችና ከሌሎች አካላት እገዛ ሳይጠይቁ ራስዎ እንዲሞሉ ይመከራል።
ማመልከቻውን እንዲሞላሎት የሰው እርዳታ ካስፈለገ ጥያቄዎችን በትክክል ለመመለስ በሚሞላበት ስፍራ መገኘት ያስፈልጋል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪም የ ' ልዩ ማረጋገጫ ቁጥሩ ' ን ለመያዝ በስፍራው መገኝት ያስፈልጋል።
አንዳንድ የሚሞሉ ሰዎች ይህን ቁጥር ይዘው በመቀየር ተጨማሪ ብር የሚጠይቁ ስላሉ እንዳይታለሉ መጠንቀቅ ያስፈልጋል።
የማረጋገጫ ቁጥሩ እጅግ ወሳኝ በመሆኑ በጥንቃቄ መያዝ አለበት።
ለ2026 የፊስካል ዓመት እስከ 55,000 የሚደርስ የዳይቨርሲቲ ቪዛ (DV) ተዘጋጅቷል።

As a result, the festival has been passed down from generation to generation and has been celebrated for centuries.
It is known that when we celebrate the Cross Festival in our country, beyond religious rituals, it contributes to the strengthening of the social ties of citizens, the growth of tourist destinations and the development of the country's landscape.

⚜ JULSA is excited to announce the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Young Lawyers Initiative (YLI), an initiative of Metassebiya Law Group LLP - (MLG).
Ato Metassebiya Hailu Zeleke (LLB, MPA, MA) shared invaluable insights from his vast experience in the industry about how aspiring legal professionals can reach their full potential.
YLI is dedicated to empower law students and young legal professionals by enhancing their academic and professional development through various platforms and opportunities.
Representing JULSA at the MOU signing were Enas Mubarek (signed the MOU representing Abdulfettah Bushura), Abenezer Alemu and Rediet Birhanu.
🔅 The MOU has several key initiatives, and to mention some:
1. Seminars and Public Lectures; Featuring legal professionals
2. Trainings and Workshops
3. Webinars
4. Annual Debate Programme
5. Article Review Participation
This MOU is a milestone for JU law students to gain invaluable skills and knowledge for their future legal career.
