Responsibilities:
-Support the Senior Director of HR Operations and HR management to implement and drive day-to-day human capital operations and the successful implementation of human capital initiatives across all client's offices.
-Reporting on the progress of daily operations and HR data, as well as HR’s strategic plans and objectives.
-Ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to payroll, leave management, benefits and insurance administration, employment documentation, government relations, and facilities management across the offices.
-Manage recruitment processes and assist with interview planning, offer management and onboarding.
-Assist the talent development team in delivering career and succession planning programs including individual development plans, manage training programs and assist in managing the online learning platform.
-Assistance in improving and implementing digital solutions related to HR.
-Support the development of progress reports, memos and presentations to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
-5-7 years in HR; experience in banking/investment industry is a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
-A certification in HR.
-Fluency in English.
