You know what?

Before coming here, I was already somehow financially independent with my bro . It was never about the money. But living abroad independently right after graduating high school - trust me, that’s not easy.

Sometimes I think back and laugh - why did my mom always tell me to sleep early or ask for permission to go out? Now, it feels strangely nostalgic.

It’s amazing how life works. I’ve been in Korea for just 3.5 months, but it feels like I’ve lived through 4-5 years of growth already. Back in Uzbekistan, I was just a kid - dad’s big boy. I was taken care of, never truly realizing what independence meant.

Now? Everything’s different. I’m 18 and living life on my terms - good or bad. Some days I struggle, and yes, I even go hungry sometimes, but I have to admit, this is the real big life I’m experiencing.

And you know what? I love it. I’m learning, growing or wasting my whole days with scrolling and gaming. Truly living as I wanted.
