ဘွဲ့ကြိုဒီဂရီပြီးမြောက်ရန် စာသင်ကာလ(Semester)တစ်ခု သို့မဟုတ် နှစ်ခုခန့်သာ ကျန်ရှိသော ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများသည် ယခုဘွဲ့ယူစာတမ်း(Capstone Project)တွင် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခြင်းဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီရရှိနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အစီအစဉ်အသေးစိတ်ကို အောက်တွင် ဆက်လက်ဖတ်ရှုပါ။

▫️ဘွဲ့ယူစာတမ်းအစီအစဉ် (Capstone Project) အကြောင်း

ယခုအစီအစဉ်သည် Lund University, Sweden၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်လေလှိုင်းတက္ကသိုလ်(VFU)၊ ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်ကောင်စီ (UYUIC)နှင့် အခြားမိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံတကာတက္ကသိုလ်များ ပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်သည့် ဘွဲ့ယူစာတမ်း Degree Completion Program (Capstone Project) ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဤဘွဲ့ယူစာတမ်းအစီအစဉ်(Capstone Project)တွင် ပါဝင်ခြင်းဖြင့် စာသင်ကာလ(Semester) အနည်းငယ်ခန့်သာ ကျန်ရှိနေသည့် ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့၏ ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီကို အောင်မြင်ပြီးမြောက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ယခုအစီအစဉ်တွင် ဘာသာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာအတန်းများတက်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ သုတေသနဆိုင်ရာနည်းနာသင်တန်းများတက်ရောက်ခြင်း၊ သုတေသနပြုလုပ်ခြင်း စသည့် အစီအစဉ်များ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ဤအစီအစဉ်သည် USAID Development and Inclusive Scholarship Program ၏ အထောက်အပံ့ဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

● ၂၀၂၁ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုမတိုင်မီ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ တက္ကသိုလ်/ဒီဂရီကောလိပ်/ကောလိပ်အသီးသီးတွင် အဆင်မြင့်ပညာဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်တစ်ခုခုတွင် နောက်ဆုံးနှစ်၊ စတုတ္ထနှစ် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် CDM ပြုလုပ်ထားသော ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများ။

● ၂၀၂၁ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုမတိုင်မီ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ တက္ကသိုလ်/ဒီဂရီကောလိပ်/ကောလိပ်အသီးသီးတွင် အဆင်မြင့်ပညာဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်တစ်ခုခုတွင် တတိယနှစ် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် ကြားကာလပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ သင်တန်းတို/သင်တန်းရှည်/ဒီပလိုမာပရိုဂရမ်များတွင် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့/နေသော CDM ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများ။

▫️လျှောက်လွှာတင်ရန်

ယခုဘွဲ့ယူစာတမ်းအစီအစဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်လျှောက်ထားလိုပါက အောက်ဖော်ပြပါလျှောက်လွှာဖောင်လင့်ခ်တွင် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၃၁) ရက် (အင်္ဂါနေ့) နောက်ဆုံးထားပြီးလျှောက်လွှာဖောင်ဖြည့်ပါ။

အစီအစဉ်ပြီးဆုံးသည်အထိ တက်ရောက်အောင်မြင်သော ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားများသည် Lund University, Sweden မှ Program Participation Certificate အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ် ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်ကောင်စီမှ ချီးမြှင့်မည့် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ အောင်မြင်ပြီးဆုံးကြောင်း ဘွဲ့လက်မှတ် (Bachelor Degree Certificate) နှင့် Degree Transcript များကိုလည်း ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

““ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်များ၏ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့် (ဒုတိယအကြိမ်) ခေါ်ယူခြင်း”
၁။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှ စတင်၍ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းခဲ့ခြင်းကြောင့်အခြေခံပညာ ပြီးမြောက် ထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူအမြောက်အမြားသည် ယနေ့အချိန်အထိ တရားမဝင် စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ ယန္တရားကို ဆန့်ကျင်လျက် စီဒီအမ်ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိကြသည်။
၂။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနသည် နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းလုံးရှိ ပညာသင်ယူခွင့် ရပ်တန့်နေသော ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ၏ ရှေ့ဆက်ပညာသင်ယူနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်ကောင်စီများ၊ ပညာရေးဘုတ်အဖွဲ့များ နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ အစဉ်တစိုက် အလေးထား ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။
၃။ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ အောက်တိုဘာလအတွင်းတွင် ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ် (၁၆) ခု၏ (ပထမအကြိမ်) ဝင်ခွင့် ကို ခေါ်ယူခဲ့ပြီးလည်းဖြစ်သည်။
၄။ ယခု ဒုတိယအကြိမ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့်ကို ကြားကာလ တက္ကသိုလ် (၂၀) ခုတို့က ဘာသာရပ်နှင့် ပညာရပ် နယ်ပယ် (၅၉) ခု အတွက် စုပေါင်းခေါ်ယူကြခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
၅။ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် “ပြည်သူ့ဘက်တော်သားများ” အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည့် “ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်များ၏ ၂၀၂၄ - ၂၀၂၅ ပညာသင်နှစ် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့်” ကို ဝင်ရောက် လျှောက်ထား နိုင်ကြပါသည် -
(က) ဤတက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့်လျှောက်လွှာ‌ စတင်ခေါ်ယူသည့်နေ့တွင် အသက် (၁၈) နှစ် ပြည့်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
(ခ) ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်နှင့် ယင်းနှစ်မတိုင်မီ အခြေခံပညာအထက်တန်း အောင်မြင်ထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ
(ဂ) နိုင်ငံတကာအသိအမှတ်ပြု အောင်လက်မှတ် ရရှိထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ (ဥပမာ- IGCSE, GED, SAT, …)
(ဃ) တိုင်းရင်းသားဒေသအသီးသီး၏ ပညာရေးအစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် အခြေခံပညာ ပြီးမြောက်ထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ

(င) အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ပြည်သူ့ကျောင်းသားများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ဆောင်ရွက် ပေးသော အခြေခံပညာပြီးမြောက်ကြောင်း စစ်ဆေးအကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း “Basic Education Completion Assessment (BECA)” လက်မှတ်ရရှိထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ
(စ) နယ်စပ်ဒေသအခြေစိုက် ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် နယ်စပ်ဒေသများသို့ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းအခြေချ နေထိုင်ကြရသည့် ရွှေ့ပြောင်းလုပ်သားများနှင့် ရွှေ့ပြောင်းမိသားစုဝင်များအတွက် ဆောင်ရွက်နေသည့် ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ (ရိုဟင်ဂျာပညာရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ မြန်မာ-ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်၊ မြန်မာ-အိန္ဒိယနှင့် မြန်မာ-ထိုင်းနယ်စပ် စခန်းများရှိ ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ) မှ အခြေခံပညာ အထက်တန်း အဆင့် ပြီးမြောက်ကြောင်း အရည်အချင်းစစ်စာမေးပွဲ ဖြေဆိုအောင်မြင်ထားသည့် ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများ (သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးသည့် ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အထောက်အထားများ တင်ပြ နိုင်ရမည်)
(ဆ) သက်ဆိုင်ရာတက္ကသိုလ်များ၏ ဝင်ခွင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီသူများ
(လျှောက်ထားသူတိုင်းသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရေး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ပေးသည့် ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အထောက်အထားများ တင်ပြနိုင်ရပါမည်။)
၆။ ကြားကာလတက္ကသိုလ်များ၏ ဝင်ခွင့်လမ်းညွှန် (ဒုတိယအကြိမ်) တွင် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့် လက်ခံဆောင် ရွက်မည့် တက္ကသိုလ် (၂၀) ခုတို့၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တက္ကသိုလ်များအလိုက် ပေးအပ်မည့် ဘွဲ့၊ ဒီဂရီများ၊ လက်ခံသင်ကြားပေးနိုင်မည့် ကျောင်းသားဦးရေ၊ တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုချင်းစီ၏ ဝင်ခွင့်လက်ခံရေးသတ်မှတ် ချက်များနှင့် ဝင်ခွင့်စတင်ခေါ်ယူမည့်အချိန်တို့ကို အသေးစိတ်ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
၇။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများသည် ၂၀၂၄ - ၂၀၂၅ ပညာသင်နှစ်၊ ကြားကာလ တက္ကသိုလ် များ၏ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့်လမ်းညွှန်တွင်ဖော်ပြပါရှိသော တက္ကသိုလ်အလိုက် ဝင်ခွင့်ခေါ်ယူသည့် အကြောင်းအရာ၊ အချက်အလက်အသေးစိတ်တို့ကို ကြိုတင်လေ့လာပြီး သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်ခွင့်ကို အချိန်မီ တင်သွင်းလျှောက်ထားကြပါရန် တိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။
