ተጎጂዋ በትዳር 12 ዓመት ከባለቤቷ ጋር የቆየች ሲሆን የሶስት ልጆች እናት ናት። ባለቤቷ ለውትድርና ከቆየበት አራት ዓመታት በኋላ  ወደ ቤቱ ሲመለስ በተደጋጋሚ  ይደበድባት እና በመካከላቸው ግጭት ይፈጠር እንደነበረ እና ወደ ቤተሰቦቿ ትሄድ እንደነበረ ተረጋግጧል ። ሽማግሌዎች   ወደ ባለቤቷ እንደትመለስ በነገሯት ሰዓት  ይገድለኛል በማለት አልመለስም በማለቷ የሽማግሌ  ትዕዛዝ አላከበርሽም በሚል  ታስራ እንድትገረፍ ትዕዛዝ በማስተላለፍ  ዛፍ ላይ አስረው  ልጇ እያለቀሰ እና  ሰዎች በተሰበሰቡበት   ድርጊቱ እንድተፈጸመባት ተረግጧል ።ለሳምንት ያህል  ህክምና ሳታገኝ  የቆየች መሆኑ የተገለጸ ሲሆን ከቀናቶች በኋላ   በኤረር እና በያቤሎ እንዲሁም በሃዋሳ ህክምና   እንድትከታተል ተደርጓል። 

ፖሊስ ገዳዩን በማጣራት  ለዓቃቢ ህግ ያቀርባል ። ዓቃቢ ህግ ክስ በመመስረት መረጃ በማሰባሰብ  በከባድ የሰው መግደል ሙከራ እና  የአካል ማጉደል ወንጀል በሚል ክስ ይመሰርታል  ። ክሱን  የተመለከተው የቦረና ዞን ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት  ህዳር 19 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በዋለው ችሎት   1ኛ ተከሳሽ ገልገሎ አርዮ፣ 2ተኛ ተከሳሽ የሀገር ሽማግሌ ጃርሶ ቡሩ ላይ  6  ዓመት ከ4 ወር እስራት የተወሰነባቸው ሲሆን  3ተኛ ተከሳሽ ጃርጀሮ ባሌ   ግለሰቧን በገመድ በማሰር  ስትገረፍ  ሰው እንዳይጠጋ በመከልከል  ወንጀል 7 ዓመት ከ2 ወር እስራት ሲቀጣ 4ተኛ  ኢባ ጉልቻ   በ4 ዓመት  ከ5 ወር እስራት እና 5ሺህ ብር የገንዘብ ቅጣት እንዲቀጣ ውሳኔ የተላለፈባቸው መሆኑን  ኮማንደር በቃሉ በለጠ ጨምረው ለብስራት ሬዲዮ እና ቴሌቪዥን  ተናግረዋል።

It has come to our attention that most people misunderstood the statement about the reestablishment of setaset power group and movement.
In result Some of you questioned and some are still questioning the position of the orginal founders of this group and movement.
Betelehem Akalework, Yordanos Bezabih and Abigail Medhanit are the founders of setaset power and will reamin to be until the end of time.
The idea of Abigail leaving setaset power is false. She remains the co-fouder and a dedicated member of setaset power.
At the moment Setaset power is under management, organization and logistics re-establishment. Which means soon we will be able to register members, map out resources within the group and assigne different departments and department heads to lead with logistics.
