📌 Registration Discordance issues

We would like to inform you that the request for a solution regarding the registration discrepancies faced by the 2010 (Graduating Class), 2011, and 2012 E.C. entry Medicine and Dental Medicine students—stemming from the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and interruptions in the Grade 12 examination schedule—has been accepted by the School Academic Committee (AC).

The matter is currently under review for amendment in collaboration with the 6 Killo Registrar's office.

🔴Due to the small number of students in our batch, we won't be divided into three groups. Instead, all of us will first take Public Health, then Dentistry & Medical Ethics. Afterward, we will be divided into two groups for the Ophthalmology and Dermatology attachments.

It was very evident that certain irregularities compromised the integrity of the previous electoral process.

In response to the challenges and inconveniences experienced during the election, it is with a commitment to transparency and fairness that we announce the decision to hold a reelection.

The voting is rearranged to be conducted on Friday Morning 8:30am to 11:00am. It is online on the portal like before and it will be working for all registered students unlike last time.

‼️‼️‼️Important Announcement Regarding Student Council Election

Firstly, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who participated in the recent student council elections. Your enthusiasm and dedication to shaping our school community through active participation are truly appreciated.

However, it has come to our attention that a technical glitch occurred during the voting process, which has affected the results of the election. Regrettably, due to a system error, Many students of the college were unable to cast their votes. Consequently, many students forwarded complaints regarding the issue on how it has put a significant impact on the fairness of the election.

We are sorry for the delay in communication with you all and we know that you all have been waiting to hear from us. We want to inform you that we are actively addressing this issue and that we have reported the glitch to the college as well as university administration, who are now investigating the matter. Continuous discussions are being made regarding the situation to determine the appropriate course of action on moving forward.

Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in the election process. We will keep you informed of any developments and decisions made regarding the matter.
