👍Compound Microscope parts and functions

1️⃣Eyepiece (ocular lens) have a magnification between 5x & 30x.

2️⃣Monocular support that holds & connects the eyepieces to the objective lenses.

3️⃣Arm: Supports the microscope head and attaches it to the base

4️⃣Nosepiece: Holds the objective lenses & attaches them to the microscope head.
5️⃣Base: Bottom base of the microscope

6️⃣Objective lenses: each with different magnification levels. 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x

7️⃣Specimen or slide: The object used to hold the specimen

8️⃣Stage adjust on most compound microscopes.

9️⃣Stage clips hold the slide in place on the mechanical stage.

1️⃣0️⃣Condenser:  condenses the light

1️⃣1️⃣Coarse and fine adjustment : Adjusts the focus of the microscope.

✅Parts of the ear

⭐️The three main parts of the ear include the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear. Your tympanic membrane (eardrum) separates your outer ear and middle ear.
1️⃣.Outer ear (external ear)
Outer ear is the part of your ear that’s visible and contains glands that secrete ear wax.
✔️Its funnel-shaped canal leads to your eardrum, or tympanic membrane.
2️⃣.Middle ear
The middle ear contain three tiny bones in this area — the malleus, incus and stapes. They transfer sound vibrations to eardrum
✔️The  middle ears also contain eustachian tubes, which help equalize the air pressure .
3️⃣.Inner ear
The inner ear contains two main parts: the cochlea and the semicircular canals.
✔️ Cochlea is the hearing organ. This snail-shaped structure contains two fluid-filled chambers lined with tiny hairs. When sound enters, the fluid inside of your cochlea causes tiny hairs to vibrate, sending electrical impulses to your brain.
