Student Etiquette 
1. If you have  severe cold, cough, or fever, please stay away from the class until you feel better.

2. Avoid wearing perfume in class.

3. Avoid bringing umbrellas and coats inside the yoga hall.

4. Avoid chatting with others in the yoga hall; you are encouraged to stay in shavasana or meditative posture until the teacher arrives.

5. Don't hold reservations for your pals.

6. Latecomers, do not resume the practice immediately after entering; you may relax in shavasana for two minutes before continuing the practice.

7. Change your clothes in the dressing room on the ground floor, not in the yoga hall.

8. Keep your phones on silent mode in the yoga hall.

9. Do not make noise in the lobby as you wait for class.

10. Always carry a tiny towel for personal use.

1. Если у вас сильная простуда, кашель или жар, не посещайте занятия, пока не почувствуете себя лучше.

6. Опоздавшие, не возобновляйте практику сразу после входа; вы можете расслабиться в шавасане в течение двух минут, прежде чем продолжить практику.

7. Переодевайтесь в раздевалке на первом этаже, а не в зале для йоги.

8. Держите телефоны в беззвучном режиме в зале для йоги.

9. Не шумите в вестибюле, ожидая занятий.

10. Всегда носите с собой маленькое полотенце для личного пользования.

Truth lies concealed by golden vessel., Do thou o Sun!, Open the entrance of that cover, So as the Truth you so concealed, be visible to me,a devotee, who by nature is truthful,in the light of your illuminating Grace.

Ambassador Smita Pant congratulates the people of Uzbekistan on this day of Uzbek language from the historic city of Bukhara.

Elchi Smita Pant O’zbekiston xalqini tarixiy Buxoro shahridan turib bugungi O’zbek tili bayrami kuni bilan muborakbod etadi.

Navratri festival was celebrated at Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture. The event featured Dandya performances and symbolic burning of Ravana.

Indian Embassy along with Indian diaspora actively participated in the UN day celebrations at Tashkent International School.

Cultural performances by the artists of Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Indian Culture, Indian Street food stall and Henna paintings were great attractions among international community.

A dance workshop was conducted by Ms. Nikita Singh, Kathak Teacher at Choreography Institute(School of Dance), Tashkent.
