Offer Voluntary Prayers At Home

Sheikh ibn ’Uthaymīn raḥimahullāh said:

“It is from wisdom that a person performs his voluntary prayers at home, so his children can see and learn from him and so the womenfolk can follow his example. Also, this is so his house does not become a grave wherein no prayers are offered.”

لا تصفو الأيام لك كما تُحبُّ، ويُهوّن ما تكره فيها أن تكون لله كما أحب، فمن ابتغى رضاه أرضاه، ومن استهداه هداه.

Advices for who wants to memorise the Qur'an:

١- قلل المقدار
1- Decrease your portions

‏٢- وأكثر التكرار
2- Increase in repetition

‏٣- وداوم على الاستمرار
3- Stay consistent

‏٤- ولازم الاستغفار
4- Hold on to istighfār

‏٥- وخفف الأوزار
5- Relief yourself from burdens (sins)

‏٦- وصاحب الأخيار
6- Befriend the righteous

What A Salaf Said Regarding Fasting, SubḥānAllāh!!

Sufyān b. ‘Uyaynah Raḥimahullāh said: “When on the Day of Resurrection a slave is being taken into account and from amongst all of his actions are sins, and all that remains is that person’s fast, Allāh will take from him all of the sins and enter him into Jannah with his fast.”
