What You’ll Do:💼 Manage the daily operations of the testing center, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
📊 Oversee and conduct certification exams for Pearson VUE, as well as other vendors such as Prometric, Kryterion, PSI Services, and Certiport.
📝 Handle registrations, documentation, and ensure compliance with testing standards.
🤝 Provide administrative support to instructors and students throughout the testing process.
🔧 Maintain and troubleshoot testing systems to ensure optimal performance.
What We’re Looking For:✅ Multilingual Excellence: Fluency in Hebrew and English is required; knowledge of Russian is a significant advantage (both verbal and written).
✅ Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and keep operations running seamlessly.
✅ Relevant Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in education or testing, is highly valued.
✅ Tech Savvy: Familiarity with testing systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
