This is to inform that those groups who have received project materials from the faculty you are requested to return the project materials with the entire hardware prototype before process your clearance to Laboratory Store Man.

Transport Availability: Transport will be available starting at 5:30 AM (11:30 LT) in front of the student clinic.
Entrance Card Collection: Please remember to collect your entrance card during that time. We will be there to distribute them.
Family Entrance Cards: Family entrance cards will be returned in the afternoon.
Clearance Form and Cost Sharing: You must complete the Clearance form and cost sharing tomorrow afternoon.

Dear 5th Year Graduate Class,
I want to say congratulations again. In line today starting from 4:40 PM to 5:40 PM, I kindly request that you collect your entrance and family cards for the graduation hall from the respective chair holders.
Note: If you have already given the family cards to your family, please make sure they do not lose them, as a replacement card costs 500 ETB.
