Reasoning - Critical Reasoning (Assumptions and inferences).

Relevance- Just like course of action type questions, almost every year, 1-2 questions (1-2 marks) are asked in the phase l exam.

Generally, the accuracy may not be 100% in these questions. But, with due practice, you can get 2/3 questions correct.

The level of question is generally moderate to difficult.

Practice is needs to get good at it.

Again, this topic generally helps you clear the sectional cut-off when other sections (puzzles, input output etc) are difficult.

Quant- Probability

Relevance- Almost every year, 01 questions (1 mark) is asked in the phase l exam.

Sometimes, a set of 03 questions is also asked.

If you are able to master the topic, you can solve all the questions in the exam.

The level of question is generally moderate.

Can be asked in table based DI questions as well.

Candidates generally avoid this topic as it's a little off the track as compared to other arithmetic topics.

However, it's easy to understand and with good practice, it can give you an edge in the quant section.

The level of question is generally moderate.

The questions are doable. But, there is a need to keep recurring calculations and numbers handy.

(There are certain recurring numbers for 02, 03 and 04 years of Compound interest).

Question also asked in quantity comparison type of question.

Practice is needed to avoid calculation mistakes.

Relevance:- 03-04 questions are asked almost every year.

(Considered a counterpart of Input/Output based questions. )

At times, asked with syllogism and inequalities instead of being asked directly.

Background: BCOM hons. 2020 pass out;
Working as SBI PO since April’ 22. 23 years old.

"*Additional Qualification:** JAIIB (June 2022); NISM series (mutual fund distributor)
I was the 7th person to go in.

Q. Why not higher education? Don’t you think it’s important?
A. It is really important sir, but I think that joining an organisation at an early age and understanding its core values and principles help one to be an asset for the organisation. I will surely pursue higher education in the coming years, and use my skill sets in order to utilise it for the betterment of the organisation and increase my efficiency.

Q. What is a lead bank?

A. The genesis of the Lead Bank Scheme can be traced to the Study Group headed by Prof. D. R. Gadgil.
