🌟 Embracing Life's Unexpected Turns 🌟

HI EVERYONE,

Today, as I share this message, my heart weighs heavy with a mix of emotions. The journey I embarked upon, with hopes soaring high towards the RBI Grade B 2024 examination, has reached its conclusion in a way I never foresaw.

Missing the age eligibility cutoff by a mere day feels like a cruel twist of fate. For nearly six years, I poured my soul into preparing for this opportunity. It was more than a goal; it was a dream nurtured with dedication and resilience. Yet, despite my unwavering efforts, this path is not meant for me.

Life, as we all know, has its own way of steering us. It grants us moments of triumph and challenges us with setbacks that test our spirit. Today, I stand at a crossroads of emotions, grappling with the question of why certain dreams are placed in our hearts if they aren't meant to materialize.

But amidst this whirlwind of feelings, I find myself in the profound lessons learned along this journey. It taught me resilience, perseverance, and the profound ability to embrace life's uncertainties with grace. Through the highs and lows, I discovered facets of myself that would have remained unexplored otherwise.

This setback, though heart-wrenching, is not the end of my story. It is a chapter that has shaped me into the person I am today. From someone who once knew little about economics to achieving milestones like one of the highest marks in Phase-1 and in ESI in Phase-2 in 2022, that once seemed beyond reach, I have learned that every effort we invest leaves an indelible mark on our journey.

To all of you who have walked alongside me, offering support and encouragement, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your belief in me fueled my determination and softened the blows of disappointment. Know that your presence in my life is a gift I treasure dearly.

As I move forward, I carry with me a renewed faith in life's unfolding. I choose to cherish the lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the resilience gained. My journey doesn't end here; it evolves into new avenues where I will continue to grow, learn, and inspire.

To anyone facing their own battles, I offer this reflection: never doubt the significance of your efforts, even if the outcomes diverge from your expectations. Each step forward shapes our character and enriches our understanding of life's complexities.

Thank you for being a part of my journey. Let us continue to uplift each other, embody hope, and embrace the beauty of resilience.

With heartfelt gratitude and unwavering hope, all the very best to everyone attempting this year!!🙏🏻

Years of countless mock tests, early mornings, late nights, and a nagging voice in my head asking "what if?" But today, that voice is drowned out by the roar of triumph! I cracked the IBPS PO exam and I'm ecstatic to be joining the Central Bank of India!
This journey wasn't easy. There were days filled with self-doubt, moments when giving up felt like the only option. Every rejection felt like a punch to the gut, but somehow, I found the strength to get back up. This is proof, friends, that hard work, no matter how long it takes, does pay off. I wanna thank each and every one of you, who gave me strength at every stage and believed in me.
To anyone out there chasing a dream that feels impossible, this is for you. Don't let the hardships break your spirit. Dig deep, keep your faith alive, and never give up on what truly matters to you. Time is indeed the best healer. We have to give our ultimate best no matter what the situation is. Leniency is not an option. I'll try to make a new journey from Central Bank of India to The Central Bank, if I get a chance. #NeverGiveUp

Hi y'all!! I penned this poem from the depths of my own journey, a journey etched with the ink of aspirations and the weight of countless exams. I've felt the burn of the midnight oil and tasted the bitter pill of rejection. The emotional and physical toll, the echoes of laughter from the sidelines – they are all too familiar.

This is for every aspirant out there, battling in the corridors of uncertainty. I understand the pain, the solitude, and the longing for success. It's a testament to our shared struggles.

But remember, in these trials, there's a strength that only the determined comprehend. So, I share this not just as a poem but as a voice, a resonance of our collective journey. Let it be a reminder that your persistence and dedication will carve a path through the challenges. The struggles may feel insurmountable, but trust me, the dawn of success awaits.

Keep forging ahead, y'all. This too shall pass, and your story of triumph will resonate louder than the echoes of doubt. #SharedStruggles #PerseverancePrevails

In the dim glow of midnight lamps,
Where shadows dance on sleepless dreams,
Aspirations sprout from weary hearts,
An endless quest, it seems.

Through the corridors of knowledge,
A labyrinth of tomes untold,
The aspirant treads with heavy steps,
In pursuit of futures bold.

Days bleed into nights,
In the silence of hard-bound books,
Each chapter etches a story,
Of the battles fought with unseen crooks.

Aching muscles, tired eyes,
Strain of knowledge, weighty burdens,
Yet, resilient spirits forge ahead,
Through deserts vast and uncertain.

Mocking whispers of the clock,
Tick-tocking on relentless walls,
Time, a merciless adversary,
In the caverns where ambition calls.

Enveloped in the cloak of solitude,
They weather storms of self-doubt,
As each rejection echoes louder,
A symphony of dreams devout.

Friends ascend on wings of triumph,
While echoes of laughter cascade,
Through the hollows of uncharted alleys,
Where dreams, in solitude, are laid.

Yet, amidst the cacophony,
A seed of hope, tenacious and true,
Takes root in the heart of the aspirant,
Whispering, "Your time will come, too."

For in the crucible of perseverance,
Where pain and dreams entwine,
A phoenix rises from the embers,
As resilience defines the line.

So, let the winds of despair howl,
And the storms of trials assail,
The aspirant, undeterred, shall prevail,
In the tale of dreams that never fail.

For in the tapestry of struggle,
Woven with threads of grit,
Success awaits its steadfast weaver,
In the crucible where aspirations meet.

Let the mocking voices dissipate,
Like shadows in the dawn's first light,
As the aspirant emerges, triumphant,
From the depths of the arduous night.

Hold on, dear aspirant, hold on tight,
For every trial shall shape your flight,
In the symphony of dreams unfurled,
The crescendo of success awaits the determined world.

Seven Years.
For seven years, I've been eagerly awaiting an opportunity like this, and it's finally arrived. These years have been filled with challenges and disappointments, but now, I've found a lifeline to escape the cycle of unemployment. I'm thrilled to share that I've been selected as an Assistant Manager at Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank after clearing all the phases of this exam. Immense gratitude to everyone who supported me through every exam I undertook. Words can't describe the relief I feel in securing a job. Thank you all so much for your constant support throughout this incredible journey. I'm motivated to aim higher, work harder, and achieve my goals and dreams. 🙏🏻🤗❤️

So we're about to wrap up the year 2023. As we approach to its conclusion, many of you may have encountered a myriad of emotions throughout the year. Some days may have been delightful, others challenging, some filled with motivation, and others disheartening, perhaps causing doubt in the preparation process for exams. Such fluctuations are inherent in life, and even if we achieve our goals, the roller-coaster of experiences persists.

The key is to focus on living in the present rather than fixating on an uncertain future, which remains unseen and unpredictable. Everything is unprecedented, and the only course of action is to engage honestly in the current moment. While these sentiments may sound clichéd, embracing this realization sooner rather than later can profoundly benefit us. It's about valuing the journey we are on rather than fixating solely on reaching a destination.

Reflecting on the lessons learned this year, I acknowledge my past failures. This year, the realization hit me hard as I faced the imminent failure of a cherished dream. If the exam notification didn't arrive before July, the 2023 attempt would be my last. Unfortunately, I failed. Many others may confront setbacks in various aspects of their lives—exams, relationships, family, friendships, and more. What I've come to understand is that the more challenges and failures I encountered, the more resilient I became. Regardless of what lies ahead in my journey, I must confront it with the strength acquired through these experiences.

As we conclude this year, let's choose to end it on a positive note, leaving behind the challenges we've faced and embracing the new adventures that life has in store for us. With that, I extend my heartfelt wishes for a HAPPY UPCOMING NEW YEAR 2024! May 2024 be a year of personal triumph in every aspect of life. Remember, An exam is just a fraction of our existence, it does not define our entire life.

Hi all

The result of the RBI Gr B exam was released today. It was a day full of joy and happiness for some whereas a sad & angry day for some others. It is a part and parcel of this process.

I would like to congratulate all those who made it to the list. Your hard work paid off. Enjoy your upcoming journey.

At the same time, my heart goes out for all those who couldn't make it through phase 1 or phase 2 or interview stage. I have gone through this process myself. I have failed myself. I know that pain, that feeling which sends chills down your spine. I know how a person doubts him/herself and how lost it feels at this stage. I can reassure what I have always said that just believe in the process.

You have to gather yourself. You have to pick the broken pieces, assemble them and restart. There is no other way. One has to show consistency, persistence and dedication. I was totally broken in 2019 after I got 15 in the interview and missed by meager 0.5. In 2021, I gave a half hearted phase 2. In 2022, I didn't appear due to severe health issues. You know 2023 was my last chance. I gathered myself and decided to try again. And there is one very good quality about reassembled things that they know about the process, they know how to rejoin again. I didn't want to disclose about my attempt because I have seen people who even made fun of my health issues. I didn't want to distract myself by hearing anything negative again. I decided to not tell anyone. I kept guiding people on the basis of my past experience and simultaneously kept preparing on the same lines too. My strategy has been an open book. This channel itself defines my strategy. I totally relied on self study. The simple thing I want to convey is that one should take 15-20 days before making any decision. My suggestion would be to gather yourself, plan again and implement. Believe in the process. It will help you succeed in life, let alone this exam. I can't give any other example now. You may analyse my case. Even if I was not selected, I would have moved on as it is just an exam. But at the same time, it is important to give your 200 per cent always. It is important to follow one plan with discipline and dedication. It is important to choose correctly. And all above things with a tinge of luck shall take you there. Focus on the controllables, leave the rest. Seek inspiration from wherever possible. You have to keep moving and that's it. All this may sound too philosophical and people may think it is easy to say when you have cracked the exam. But I have always conveyed the same message even when I failed. I am conveying the same message now because the process matters more than the results. It will help you in one way or another. It will surely help you crack the exam of life. Leaving you with these lines:

यूँ ही चला चल राही
यूँ ही चला चल राही
जीवन गाड़ी है समय पहिया
आँसू की नदिया भी हैं
खुशियों की बगिया भी हैं
रस्ता सब तेरा तके भैया
यूँ ही चला चल राही
यूँ ही चला चल राही

Just remember: The aspirants don't fail. Either we succeed or we learn.

Thanks for your wishes. Will share things in detail once marks are out. Will also post interviews of some selected candidates.

Good night.

We shall conduct a screening test in the first week of December for a closed group for 2024 RBI Gr B Prepration. The syllabus for the test : The basics of ESI & FM, One DI, One Reas puzzle, Phase 02 oriented CA - Oct & Nov (Only imp. news, you may skip sports, defense, environment, imp. days etc.)

A little gyan follows here

Posting gyan after 2-3 months or so. As I have posted about the screening test, some of you might be thinking that this is too early for 2024 prep. Some of you might be thinking that there are just 30 days and how shall they prepare for this test in just 30 days. Some others might be thinking that We Learn Here has gone berserk. Even the biggest of coaching doesn't conduct such tests. Just a stunt & all.

It is alright if you are also wondering something like this. But look, things do not happen the way you think. According to me, December is the best time to start one's prep. You will get enough time to prep for Phase 1 & Phase 2. Around 06 months shall be there and a dedicated prep can do the task.

Also, the closed group is like a push factor. When all others shall work on a daily basis and you will see them putting in effort, you will also get a push to work. There will be 06 months so people can take their time to match the pace as well. We give daily targets and people work on those targets. People volunteer to help each other and the group grows. So, we need dedicated people who can motivate others, not the casual ones who just join groups for the sake of joining. I have been removing many such candidates from the group. To get the dedicated ones, we conduct this screening test.

Now, the 30 days wala portion. This 30-day timeline may be less for some but what matters here is initiation. Once you initiate and put in effort, timelines do not matter. As this is not a test for your final selection, it is worth appearing for. It can give you a push to start things. The most difficult task is to initiate with a proper plan.

The gist is to initiate. You have enough time. If you have appeared earlier, it will be relatively easier for you. If 2024 will be your first attempt, just complete the basics.

Even if you don't clear the screening test, I will keep on posting the same targets on the main channel as well. You can follow those. It is all about your approach and attitude towards things. Tighten your buckles, start preparing. I have seen people who keep on thinking for months but do not act. There must be people who would have thought of appearing for this test, when I announced it in Aug/Sep and some of them have still not read anything. So, that's how things work. Out of 2/2.5 lakh candidates, there are not more than 10-15k who have put effort to a required level for real exam.

Some of you might have put effort last year but couldn't clear, that pain shall motivate you further. You are already ahead. We can't change what has happened. We can simply accept things & give our best. There are factors which are not in our hands and we can't do anything about them. We should do what we can do. It is too philosophical to say that we should focus on our actions and not on the results. It is very difficult to do so but let me tell you, that is the ultimate truth. Too much attachment to anything leads to disappointment.

There is one more concept of saturation. You might have seen people not able to clear exams for years and then they clear 4-5 exams in a span of 3-4 months. It is not a scientific theory but just a hypothesis. Your saturation shall come too. It may come during these exams or in some other exams or in life as such but it will come.

Believe in yourself and go for it.

Good morning.

I was truly shocked when several of you reached out to me on Telegram, informing me that my YouTube videos were no longer accessible. Upon verifying it myself, I discovered an empty channel. This is as surprising to me as it is to you, and I am completely in the dark about what transpired. I promptly contacted YouTube via email as soon as I noticed the issue and am currently awaiting their response. I will keep you all informed once my channel is restored. It's disheartening, as this channel has been the conduit for our entire journey together. I deeply appreciate the unwavering support from all of you.
