Hi dear members,

I am quite emotional writing this post to you. It has been a long and tiring journey, from planning this initiative to scheduling and rescheduling it again. Framing questions to the entire mock of 29th Dec getting deleted, many hardworks, heartbreaks, shattering of expectations and gaining a self-believe were part of this journey.

Never had I imagined that one day, I would be able to organise this screening test at such a mass level for a private group.
Irrespective of the result, we all are champions. We had self-believe , we had junoon, we had madness to do something and we didn't do it because we had to but because we loved doing it. We have been united by a shared dream and can dare to say that we are the craziest and most passionate group out there.
I am not sure if you can fully see the emotions on my side but you all are so close to my heart.....each one of you.

I am not qualified enough to judge you, I am not talented enough to mentor you, I am not smart enough to be as hardworking as you and for that I wish to apolgise. Apologise, if you think you were judged unfairly, if you think the result could have been other way round but that's the fate....a fate that most probably we can't challenge.
I am more than grateful to meet such kind people like you making this initiative a success.. MY heart is filled with joy and tears, I can't thank lord enough for making me meet such awesome human beings who taught me many things in this short journey.
I never intended to hurt anyone, never believed to judge as me being an admin that's what my role was.
You all are heroes of your life, I wish you all a bright journey, tons of joy and many more success in coming years.
Blessings blessings blessings.
Love you all

(Those who are part of the public group will be treated fairly and equally)

And here, yet another year kisses our tail and bids farewell. It's already been more than three months since we have given RBI Pre and it feels like nothing has happened. A newborn baby born on 8th of September would have already started recognising the faces by now. Time is powerful, it doesn't stop, it flows incessantly and we often fail to realise it until we find ourselves battling against it.

Time is akin to a strong tidal wave of a river that we attempt to cross, challenging its flow until we slowly and steadily reach the other shore. One won't truly realize the flow until they plunge into the water. This is life, we often fail to realise the importance of time until we find ourselves up against odds, a deadline and then must fight against it.

Another winter of our lives is passing away and we are still unaware of its departure. Late year brought happiness to some, they experienced the fragrance of life; others remain hopeful, while some are simply waiting for miracles to happen.
But do miracles happen? When do they happen?

If we turn back the clock to our school days, with white sleeves and black shoes, each day was enthusiastic; we cherished each moment, every period, every evening felt like a new life.
Can't we revive it? Can't we relive it? What's the key to happiness? What's the key to finding our true aspirations? And how do we identify if the soul of each one of us is not dead yet and we have not become walking dead bodies?

These are skeptical questions. Maybe I can't answer them; perhaps you can't answer them; maybe none of us can. Then who will speak? Who will answer to our fate, our dreams, our ambitions and the hope that once rested in our tired eyes and weary faces?

Are you still tired? Have you already given up? The answer is probably not. A new day of a new year is welcoming you with open arms, urging you not to let it slip away again. This is the moment, this is the month where we will write the fate of our journey.

We stand here because of our will. We will continue to dream and fight for it because of our will. We are not a loser and this is not the last chapter of our life. We have faith, confidence within ourselves; the fire still burns within our heart and it will never dampen until we achieve the fortune for which we are willing to turn day and night into one.

Say this to yourself that this is my life, my journey. I have dreamed it and I will accomplish it. There will never be a moment when I give up and accept a dead fate. I am the warrior of my own life and I will conquer it. Dreams never die; when they do, you become nothing but a living corpse.

At last Happy New year to all the WLH members

"One final round of discussion for the WLH Pvt Group.

I’ve been hearing a few speculations such as:
a) The policy is too rigid and members will be removed if tasks aren’t completed.
b) I haven’t prepared for GA, so I probably won’t qualify.
c) I’m a beginner and don’t know anything.
d) I’m doubtful about everything.

Let me assure you, none of these concerns are true. If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to communicate with the admins or share your queries below before taking the test.

The aim is to create a community where members can support and uplift one another.

Alone we are strong, but together we are stronger."

Difference Between a Private and Public Group

1. Public Group: Open for all, where we share practice descriptive questions and engage with evaluators like Sphurthi and others who bring valuable insights.
2. Private Group: A dedicated space for collective efforts by serious aspirants. Participation is mandatory, with daily answer writing and submissions. From this year, we’re expanding the scope to include Quant and Reasoning in the daily tasks.

Collective Initiatives in the Private Group

- Task Sharing: For example, creating mind maps of flagship schemes or summarising key reports. With 50 members, splitting tasks makes it manageable and efficient.
- Quizzes: Daily quizzes covering reports, schemes and static topics in Finance and mgt were a success last year.
- Mock Tests: Starting this year, we will begin collaboratively design mock tests, conduct them fortnightly, publish ranks and aim to push everyone toward *Grade B*.

Regarding sharing the fortnightly mocks in the public group: it’s up to the private group members. After all, we believe in democracy!

Why Does This Work?

It’s not miraculous, it’s discipline and teamwork. Anyone can create a focused group of like-minded aspirants. These initiatives drive consistency, determination and focus.

The results speak for themselves:
- This Year: 12 members qualified for Mains and 4 are heading to interviews despite limited vacancies.
- Last Year: 22+ reached the interview stage, and almost 25% secured positions in RBI.

This initiative is free and we hope all members take it seriously. Remember, only the top 50 get selected—it’s the best among the best.

We will continue mentoring and sharing questions in the public group, supported by experts like Palash Jain and Kingsuk Sir.
Let’s make it count!
Best wishes.

Those who cleared Phase 2

All the best. You are sitting closest to your dream job and you need to give your 200 per cent now.

For others

Things didn't go your way. MCQ and conceptual static portion parts were dicey. You need to put more effort. That's the only way to accept this result. Take some time to ponder upon things and sort your future course of action. Just remember the following lines

गिर के सम्भलना और सम्भल कर फिर उठना ही जीवन है।

These lines hold true in all situations, professions and in every phase of life. We shall accept things, plan again and get on to our next task. The show must go on. Nothing can reduce your agony but acceptance might help in settling things down.

Just say it aloud. We, aspirants, do not fail. Either we succeed or we learn. We all are heroes in our own lives. I gave my 100 per cent and that's what mattered.

Good night to all. Sleep tight. Tomorrow shall start with new chapters, new beginnings.

Classic case of"Richa/Ruchi" scam
[A fake ID]

There is a FAKE ID circulating in the tg for a while now, It has been more than 2 years if I remember correctly, the story begins with a telegram group of selected IBPS candidates Batch 2022.

The account typically presents as a recently married woman having difficulties in her marriage, seeking advice on how to connect better with her husband. Interestingly he/ she reaches out to both men and women across various Telegram groups and channels. Many in this group , I am sure the count would be over 100 women, rest the ladies of the group can validate it.

Then slowly and steadily she starts gaining ur trust before shifting to more personal and sensitive topics, such as issues of intimacy, marriage etc and then that account ends up asking for personal details like your photos or phone number, risking your credentials.

You all are a genuine and hardworking aspirant. You might fall into such trap thinking the case might be serious and you might lend some help but you never know if you are being played, misusing ur personal infos.

Please exercise caution. Do not respond to unsolicited messages from strangers on Telegram. Protect your personal information, and remember, you are here to study, not to solve personal issues for others. Avoid trying to “be a hero.” Your safety is in your hands. Ignore random messages and prioritise your goals.

On this auspicious day of Deepawali, I would like to convey my sincere and heartfelt wishes to the aspirant fraternity who has been a great support to our fellows.

As the competition is increasing day by day, this fraternity has a very important role to play. The aspirants may have a mother, father, siblings, friends, boyfriend, girlfriend but it is difficult to share your overwhelming emotions with them. For that, one needs someone who is in the same boat. And there comes the role of this fraternity.

I also urge aspirants who find it difficult to share, please share your emotions under this feature of hidden identity on telegram. It will help you in navigating the emotional hurdles of preparation better.

Again a big shout out and thanks to all those who prepare and help others as well.

And a big congratulations to the new managing team of WLH for the good work.

Keep growing. Keep helping. Keep shining and always remember that we never fail. Either we succeed or we learn.

Once again, wishing you all a very happy and prosperous Diwali.
May Lord Ram give you strength and some of his qualities to help you sail smoothly through all the opportunities, threats and challenges.

आज फिर से तुम बुझा दीपक जलाओ ।

है कंहा वह आग जो मुझको जलाए,
है कंहा वह ज्वाल पास मेरे आए,

रागिनी, तुम आज दीपक राग गाओ;
आज फिर से तुम बुझा दीपक जलाओ ।

तुम नई आभा नहीं मुझमें भरोगी,
नव विभा में स्नान तुम भी तो करोगी,

आज तुम मुझको जगाकर जगमगाओ;
आज फिर से तुम बुझा दीपक जलाओ ।

मैं तपोमय ज्योति की, पर, प्यास मुझको,
है प्रणय की शक्ति पर विश्वास मुझको,

स्नेह की दो बूंदे भी तो तुम गिराओ;
आज फिर से तुम बुझा दीपक जलाओ ।

कल तिमिर को भेद मैं आगे बढूंगा,
कल प्रलय की आंधियों से मैं लडूंगा,

किन्तु आज मुझको आंचल से बचाओ;
आज फिर से तुम बुझा दीपक जलाओ ।

Classic case of RBI

The recent RBI Phase 2 exam left many aspirants surprised, if not shocked, by the unexpected nature of some questions that many of us failed to predict. This highlights an untold truth about this exam, it thrives on unpredictability. Over the years, one thing has remained constant- element of surprise. Beyond your knowledge, the exam is framed to evaluate your skills, adaptability and your decision-making abilities in difficult situations.

If we dig deeper the past trends, the exam’s unpredictability becomes even more evident. In 2019 the P1 cut-off stood at 122 and then in 2021 it dropped drastically to 66.75, something that no one would have imagined. Similarly, in 2023, the GA pattern changed unexpectedly and the level of QRE was taken up a notch. Many candidates expected the same pattern hence prepared accordingly, but in classic RBI fashion, the exam took an unpredictable turn. In Quant (Shift 1), the key wasn’t about solving complex questions but about maintaining composure and attempting 4-5 questions, relying on normalisation to carry you through. In GA (Shift 2), accuracy was more important than over-attempting.

Many aspirants prepare their GA focusing just pre, assuming that covering the last 4-5 months will be sufficient. Many also avoid original sources like PIB, AffairsCloud and newspapers, instead relying on coaching materials. They just spoonfeed you, they do not help you develop your own critical thinking and analytical ability -skills that are important for the exams. If you are an officer, then act like one. Trust your ability to understand the core material and focus on authentic sources rather than shortcuts. Shortcuts just help you jump from one place to another, rather than helping you grow or stay competitive. The day you start relying on such notes is the one you start losing the competition. RBI demands deep, cumulative knowledge that is built over time.

For example, yesterday's exam tells you the same story. Aspirants who consistently followed newspapers and official sources found it much easier to attempt descriptive questions.
In yesterday’s paper, 16 marks questions were asked on the Millennium Development Goals and a SEBI circular. Most of the descriptive questions were directly taken from newspaper articles and editorials. If you analyse questions related to the budget such as the national industrial corridor (budget reference, newspaper articles) and technical innovations, those were mentioned in the original speech. Growth vs value investing was in an editorial of an economic times 30th sept). These types of questions should be in your slot and you should be capable enough to put them out of the boundary for a six. Such questions fall beyond the scope of standard coaching materials. To succeed, you need to reduce over-reliance on coaching and focus on independent thinking and preparation.
The takeaway is simple: success favors those who cultivate conceptual clarity and refresh their knowledge consistently.

Your preparation for the mains should start from day one. Clearing prelims is just a step not the goal. You must develop a strong grasp of static concepts from the very beginning. Merely focusing on prelims will not help you achieve anything. Even if you are currently unemployed, preparing diligently for RBI will also boost your chances in other exams, as the fundamentals remain the same. With the right foundation in QRE and GA nothing can stop you.

Trust the process, stay consistent

We often question our abilities, we often doubt the choices that have led us here. We blame ourselves, society and the systems around us for the failures we have had. A man, a common man always lives in silent agony, he just doesn’t show it anymore. But the searing fire within us reminds us of what could have been changed.

We often daydream and wonder if we could change the timeline and travel back to a moment when we could correct our mistakes and end the struggle.

Dear Chmapions, remember that every one of us is still fighting, still hoping. The hopeless don’t talk, don’t walk, don’t even breathe. They’re gone, inside and out. You are not. You are here, alive, holding on to that one chance waiting for the moment that will turn it all around. What if I told you that moment is already here? One opportunity can erase the sting of past failures and you won’t have to regret anything. That moment isn’t luck, it’s earned. You have made it to the mains not because someone handed it to you, but because your consistent hard work brought you here. This is your moment, the result of years of preparation.

When you enter that exam hall, believe that you are the best. If you need to raise a hand in the air and remind yourself, do it. You have fought for this, earned this opportunity. You have already taken down thousands of your competitors to get here and now you can do it again. This is not the time for doubt. The time for self-questioning is over. Now is the time to rise. You owe it to yourself, to your dreams and to everyone who has supported you.

As Eminem said,
"Look, if you had one shot or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted in one moment,
would you capture it or just let it slip?"*

Listen to this gem before going to bed, entering the hall (https://youtu.be/_Yhyp-_hX2s?si=1HU6D9Zzu2Tfb_Ih)

Now since you have been given that shot. Now it’s time to make it count.

Irrespective of the result we all are proud of you
Best of luck, champions!

Lady Justice in SC library now holds a Constitution with open eyes

⚖️ In an initiative shedding the colonial imprint and traditional attributes, the statue of Lady Justice, in the judges' library of the Supreme Court, now holds a copy of the Indian Constitution, instead of a sword, and the blindfold has come off to leave her with open eyes

बिखरने का मुझको शौक़ है बड़ा,
समेटेगा मुझको तू बता ज़रा।

Was listening to this song and it clicked me to write down a general gyan for aspirants.

In this digital world, we are underplaying the importance of socialisation. It is a very important aspect of an aspirant's life. We need someone who can push us when we try to procrastinate, someone who can understand us if we feel anxious, someone who can motivate us in the right direction. That someone can be our parents, siblings, cousins, friends, fellow aspirants or anyone. It is difficult to get comfort in online setup. We need someone who is there, who stays with us.

It is a very important aspect. When we feel alone in this right, there is a high chance that one will feel anxious or will lose momentum as we get trapped in this vicious thought process of doubting ourselves. Although the group is intended to help aspirants in such moments but still, it would be much better if you have a friend with whom you can share your problems. It would help even if that friend is just listening.

Socialise a bit. It helps. We need someone who can clear the mess for us. समेटने वाला होना is important.

It can be much better if two aspirants help each other as both will have similar goals and a better understanding.

Anyhow I am always here. We all are here. Just ping if you feel so.

For queries related to 2024, one is requested to please go through pinned messages of the channel. Even after this, one has an issue then feel free to ping me.

Just saying this because people have forgotten about the social animal which stays inside in the race of earning money and business. Social and mental help is more important than the 5000 pager content.
