📣A New Dual Master's Degree in Digital Law at RULE📣

RULE Dual Degree Department is delighted to announce the creation of a new dual LLM in Digital Law, effective now, with the Aix-Marseille Université (AMU), a leading French public university specializing in digital technologies and law.

This LLM in digital law will lead to the award of two master’s degrees:
👩‍🎓the Cambodian master’s degree of law from RULE
🧑‍🎓the LLM in digital law from AMU.

The objective of this dual LLM degree in digital law is to provide unique expertise and competences to young professionals involved in the legal and digital sectors based on both Cambodian and European rules governing:
👉the protection and exchange of personal data and privacy,
👉cybersecurity,
👉e-government,
👉e-commerce and digital markets,
👉digital financial transactions,

The faculty is composed of both Cambodian and European high-profile academics and practitioners in the field of digital law, with several professors of digital law from AMU intervening to teach specialized courses.
🗓 Year 1 focuses on the Cambodian legal framework, taught fully in Khmer;
🗓Year 2 focuses on the European and international legal frameworks, taught in English and Khmer;

⏰Deadline to submit your application is on Sunday, November 3rd, 11.59pm. The entrance exam will take place on November 7th, 6.30-8.30pm. at RULE. Classes will begin on November 18th.
