Prof. Bayile Damtie Delivers Virtual Lecture on Organizational Transformation to LDP Fellows

Bahir Dar, Ethiopia — November 16, 2024: Prof. Bayile Damtie, former President of Bahir Dar University (BDU) and the current Vice Chancellor of Kepler, delivered an insightful virtual lecture on ‘Organizational Transformation’ to the second cohort of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) fellows at College of Medicine and Health Sciences. 

The session was hosted by Prof. Yeshigeta Gelaw, CED of College of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Prof. Bayile shared his extensive experience in higher education leadership with the audience.

The LDP program, now in its second cohort, continues to empower fellows with the tools and insights necessary for tackling leadership challenges.

በባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሕክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ጥበበ ግዮን ስፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል ሕክምና ላቦራቶሪ አገልግሎት ክፍል በጥቅምት 30፣ 2017 ዓ.ም የአማራ ኅብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት (Amara Public Health Institute) ባዘጋጀው የ3ኛው ክልላዊ የጤና ላቦራቶሪ ፌስቲቫል ላይ በ2016 በጀት ዓመት ባስመዘገበው የላቀ አፈፃፀም የዋንጫና የእውቅና የምስክር ወረቀት ተበርክቶለታል።
