Near to the house there is a pharmacy, despar (5 min by walk), and a beautiful Antico Forno coffeshop

The contract is done with an agency and should be at least 10 months.

The contract is done with an agency. Paying rent, the check in etc. all worked without any problems.
2) The room is fully equipped with a bed (1,40m), desk, chair, wardrobe, blanket, pillow, lamps etc. It‘s very modern and in good condition as seen on the pictures. In total 6 people live in the apartment, all very friendly. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Those are shared with 5 people, as one room has a private bathroom. The kitchen is also fully equipped and modern with an induction stove and both 2 fridges and freezers.
3) Either starting 15/02 or 1/03. Minimum rent is until 31/08 with the possibility to stay longer.
4) Via Ospedale Civile 69, 10 minute walk to both the city Center and Porta Portello. The area is very safe and not loud.
5) Rent is 655€ with all bills included.

2) Single room, furnished. I have 6 roommates. There is a big kitchen which is fully equipped. There are 4 bathrooms. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and cleaning material. There is a heating in every room (also in each bathroom). The “living room” consists out of one big table and 7 chairs.
