હાલ હું સરકારી જોબ (SGST) માં છું તેથી આસીટન્ટનું DV કરવા જવાનો નથી.

Waiting list માં રેવું અને એમનો wait કરવો એ પરિસ્થિતિ થી ખુબ જ વાકેફ છું જ્યારે PGVCL માં મને ફર્સ્ટ Government Job લાગી હતી. તો આપ સૌની પરિસ્થિતિ ની મને સારી રીતે ખબર છે.
આપ સૌ ભાવી ASSISTANT મિત્રોને મારા વતી ખૂબ ખૂબ શુભેચ્છાઓ. સરકારી નોકરી માં આપ સૌનું અંત:કરણ થી સ્વાગત છે.

✍️જે લોકો ના પ્રમાણપત્ર ચકાસણી યાદી માં નામ આવ્યા છે એ બધાને ખુબ ખુબ અભિનંદન અને જેમના નામ નથી આવ્યા એમને નાસીપાસ થવાની જરૂર નથી મેહનત કરો આગળ વિપુલ તકો મળશે, મહેનત ક્યારેય વ્યર્થ જતી નથી.

✍️હવે અગત્યની વાત એ કે આ પરીક્ષામાં કોઈ Opt Out એટલે કે વિડ્રો સિસ્ટમ નથી તેથી જેમના DV માં નામ છે એમાંથી કેટલા પણ બીજી જોબ માં હસે અને ખુશ પણ હશે તો એમને એટલી જે વિનંતી કે DV કરાવતા પેહલા વિચારજો કે શું તમને ખરેખર આ જોબ ની જરૂર છે ના હોય તો ALREADY જોબ કરતા બીજી હાઇકોર્ટ આસિસ્ટન્ટ ની સલાહ લઈ લેજો જેથી અનુમાન આવે કે DV કરાવું કે નહીં અને ત્યારબાદ વિવેકબુદ્ધિ થી નિર્ણય કરજો.🙏

✍️આપનો આ એક નિર્ણય જે ૫-૬ વર્ષ થી તૈયારી કરી રહ્યા છે અને જેમના પેહલી જોબ છે એવા જરૂરીયાતમંદ વ્યક્તિ ની જીંદગી સુધારી દેશે તો એક વાર વિચાર કરવા વિનંતી... ભગવાન તમને વધુ આગળ વધારે એવી આશા.😊

NTA સાથે ટેલીફોનીક વાતચીત માં એવું કેહવામાં આવ્યું છે કે HC અમને સિલેબસ અને પરીક્ષા ની તારીખ આપશે પછી જ અમે સિલેબસ જાહેર કરી શકીએ.....જો એ પરીક્ષા ના 10 દિવસ પહેલા સિલેબસ આપશે તો અમે 10 દિવસ પહેલા જાહેર કરીશું..
એટલે તમારે સિલેબસ બાબતે કઈ રજૂવાત કરવી હોય તો HC માં કરો....🙏

▪️ આવતીકાલે 28/11/2024 ના રોજ હાઇકોર્ટ આસિસ્ટન્ટના પરિણામ બાબતે ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા રજૂઆત કરવા માટે હાઇકોર્ટની રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત લેવાનું આયોજન કરેલ છે તો જે ઉમેદવાર આવતીકાલે હાઇકોર્ટ અમદાવાદ પહોંચી શકે તે 10.30 વાગ્યે ત્યાં આવી જાય અને CCE ની પરીક્ષા દેવા આવેલ બધા હાઈકોર્ટ આસિસ્ટન્ટના ઉમેદવારો આજે પરીક્ષા આપી એક દિવસ અમદાવાદ રોકાય તેવી વિનંતી. કાલે હાઇકોર્ટ જવાનું ફાઈનલ નક્કી કરેલ છે.

▪️હાઈકોર્ટ માં રજૂઆત કરવા માટે અંદર પ્રવેશ કરવા માટેની મંજૂરી દરેક ઉમેદવારોએ ઓનલાઇન લઈ લેવી.

હાઈકોર્ટ આસિસ્ટન્ટ ભરતી : “1.5 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ છતાં ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા વિલંબમાં."

હાઈકોર્ટ આસિસ્ટન્ટ નોકરીની આશા ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોમાં નિરાશા અને તણાવ વધી રહ્યો છે, કારણ કે ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાના ત્રીજા અને અંતિમ તબક્કા, ટાઇપિંગ પરીક્ષાના પરિણામો હજુ સુધી જાહેર થયા નથી.

ADVERTISEMENT NO. RC/1434/2022(II)માં દર્શાવેલ સમયગાળા પ્રમાણે, પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષા જૂન 2023માં, મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા ઓગસ્ટ 2023માં અને ટાઇપિંગ પરીક્ષા ઓક્ટોબર 2023માં યોજાનાર હતી, પરંતુ હકીકતે તે સમયપત્રક હેઠળ પૂરું પડાયું નથી.

ઓગસ્ટ 25, 2024ના રોજ ટાઇપિંગ પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થઈ ગઈ હોવા છતાં, પરિણામો હજુ પણ જાહેર થયા નથી. હાઈકોર્ટ ભરતી સેલે સૂચનામાં દર્શાવેલ શરતના આધારે સંપૂર્ણ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થવા સુધી માહિતી આપવાનું નકાર્યું છે. સેલને સંપર્ક કરવાના પ્રયત્નો કરવા છતાં, “કૃપા કરીને વેબસાઇટ ચેક કરો,” “વેબસાઇટ પર પરિણામો અપલોડ કરાશે,” અને “અમે ચોક્કસ માહિતી ન આપી શકીએ” જેવા મર્યાદિત જવાબો સાથે ટાળી દીધા છે.

આ પ્રકાશતા અને વિલંબના અભાવને કારણે હજારો ઉમેદવારો એક અનિશ્ચિત સ્થિતિમાં છે. લગભગ 3,848 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી ટાઇપિંગ પરીક્ષા માટે હાજર રહ્યા હતા. હવે, ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાનો છેલ્લો તબક્કો પૂર્ણ થયા પછી 1.5 વર્ષથી વધુ સમય પસાર થયા પછી, આ ઉમેદવારો એક નિરાશાજનક અને તણાવભર્યા સંજોગોમાં છે. આ અનિશ્ચિતતા તેમની ભવિષ્યની યોજનાઓ અને આશાઓને અસર કરી રહી છે.

આ લાંબા વિલંબે માત્ર ઉમેદવારોની આશાને જ નથી અસર કરી, પરંતુ હાઈકોર્ટ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાની કાર્યક્ષમતા અને પારદર્શકતા અંગે ગંભીર પ્રશ્નો ઉભા કર્યા છે. ટાઇપિંગ પરીક્ષાના પરિણામો અને અંતિમ પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયાનો ત્વરિત ઉકેલ લાવવો અનિવાર્ય છે. એનાથી ચિંતિત ઉમેદવારોને રાહત મળશે તેમજ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાની વિશ્વસનીયતા અને સત્યનિષ્ઠા જળવાશે.

હાઈકોર્ટે આ ચિંતાઓને ધ્યાનમાં લઈ તાત્કાલિક સુધારા લાવવો જોઈએ, સમયસર અપડેટ આપવી જોઈએ અને આશાસ્પદ ઉમેદવારો માટે એક યોગ્ય અને પારદર્શક ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવી જોઈએ. આ ઉમેદવારો અને તેમના પરિવારના ભવિષ્યનો પ્રશ્ન છે.

“હાઈકોર્ટે માત્ર પોતાના ભવ્ય મકાનમાં જ ન્યાય નથી આપી રહ્યા, પરંતુ જેમણે તે જ સ્થાન પર સેવા આપવા ઇચ્છા વ્યક્ત કરી છે, તેમના જીવનમાં પણ ન્યાય લાવવાનો સમય હવે આવી ગયો છે.”

Respected sir,

I am writing to bring to your esteemed attention a matter that requires your prompt consideration. Few months ago hon'Ble Gujarat Highcourt has conducted two distinct vacancies
1. Assistant, advt. No -
RC/1434/2022
2.assistant/cashier (advt. No-
RC(I/LC)/1434/2022(II)
that have yielded a noteworthy outcome, wherein a substantial number of candidates have passed both exams.

In light of this development, we are concerned about the selection process.
Common candidates will opt only one post out of two vacancies. And if they get the document verification done in both, then one post will remain vacant in other vacancy.
This will not only cause loss to the candidates but will also affect the recruitment as around 50 posts will remain vacant.
So we are requesting/invoking you to contemplate about this issue.
Our request is -
- The most appropriate methodology for managing the selection process for both vacancies
