አዳዲስ የትምህርት ፖሊሲዎችና መመሪያዎች ለግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ማነቆ እንደሆኑባቸው ተገለፀ፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት እና ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ተቋማት ማህበር ጥቅምት 30 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም የ2017 ዓ.ም መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤው እና የ2016 ዓ.ም የስራ ገመገማውን በሆፕ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮሌጅ አካሒዷል፡፡ በዚህ መድረክም ከኢፌዴሪ ህዝብ ተወካዮች ም/ቤት የሰው ሀይል ሰምሪት፣ ድልድል እና ቴክኖሎጂ ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴ ፣ ከኢፌዴሪ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ዴስክ ፣ ከኢትዮጵያ መምህራን ማህበር፣ ከዕውቀትና የቴክኖሎጂ ሽግግር ማህበር ከፍተኛ አመራሮች የተገኙ ሲሆን የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ለሀገሪቱ ዕድገት ያበረከቱትን ሚና የትምህርት ጥራትን ለማምጣት በሚደረገው ርብርብም የድርሻቸውን እንዲወጡ መልዕከታቸውን አስተላለፈዋል፡፡

የማህበሩ የ2016 ዓ.ም የስራ አፈፃፀም በቀረበበት ወቅትም ከተቆፃጣጣሪ አካላት በየግዜው የሚመጡ ደራሽ ስራዎችና አስገዳጅ መመሪያዎች በማህበሩም ሆነ በአባል ተቋማት ላይ ከፍተኛ ጥድፍያና የስራ ውጥረትን የፈጠሩ እንደነበር፤ ይህንንም መሰረት በማድረግ በወጡት መመሪያዎች ላይ ምንም እንኳን ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር፣ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ባለስልጣን እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ባለድርሻ አካላት መድረኮችን ለመፍጠርና ለመወያየት የተሞከረ ቢሆንም ከዚህ በፊት እየተደረጉ የነበሩ ተፅዕኖዎችን ማስቀረት ያልቻለና ጫናዎች የበረቱበት ሁኔታ በመፈጠሩ የአባል ተቋማት ብዛትም የማሽቆልቆልና ከትምህርት ዘርፉ የመውጣት አደጋዎች እንደተጋረጡበት ተገልጧል፡፡
የኢፌዴሪ ህዝብ ተወካዮች ም/ቤት የሰው ሀይል ሰምሪት፣ ድልድል እና ቴክኖሎጂ ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴም ለግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ሊደረጉ የሚገባቸው ድጋፎች መቀጠል እንዳለባቸውና የሚወጡ ሕጎችና የአሰራር መስፈርቶችም ሆኑ ከመልካም አስተዳደር አኳያ የሚያነሷቸው ተግዳሮቶች ቋሚ ኮሚቴው ዕውቅና እንደሚሰጠው፤ ሕጎችና ስታንዳርዶች ሲወጡ ነባራዊ ሁኔታዎችን ያገናዘበ ሊሆን እንደሚገባው በዚህ ረገድ ከማህበሩ ጋር በመወያየት መድረኮችን እንደሚያዘጋጅ ገልጿል።

በመድረኩ ከትምህርት ሚኒሰቴር ከፍተኛ የስራ ሐላፊ በተገኘው መረጃ መሰረት በኢትዮጵያ ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተማሪዎች መካከል 41 በመቶዎቹ በግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት እየተከታተሉ የሚገኙ መሆናቸውን እንዲሁም እነዚህ የግል ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት ለዘመናት ለሀገሪቱ የተማረ የሰው ሃይል ከማበርከት አኳያ የድርሻቸውን ሲወጡ የቆዩና እየተወጡ እንዳሉም ጠቁመዋል፡፡

Graduation Ceremony of  East Africa College

October 27, 2024 the graduation ceremony for the Class of [2016/2024] was held at Adama, Geda special economic Zone hall, celebrating the achievements of students who completed their academic programs across various  programs PG, UG and TVET. The event was attended by graduates, faculty, family members, and honored guests, creating a festive atmosphere of pride and accomplishment.
The ceremony began with an opening address by mrs. Hiwot Giday EAC President and Molu Sallessa founder and managing director of the College who emphasized the importance of perseverance, dedication, and the commitment to lifelong learning. The gust of   honor HE. Dr  Alemu Sime, Transport and logistics Minister ministry, delivered an inspiring speech that encouraged graduates to embrace challenges and make meaningful contributions to society.
Graduates were then individually recognized as they walked across the stage to receive their diplomas, amid applause from the audience. Special awards and honors were given to outstanding students in recognition of their acad emic excellence and contributions to the College community.
