Reminder: New Exam Instructions and Important Guidelines

Dear Student,

As we approach the examination period, we would like to remind you of the following important exam instructions to ensure a smooth entry and participation in your upcoming assessments. Please read the details carefully and come prepared on exam day.

1. Strict Student ID Requirement:
- CAU Student ID is mandatory for entry into the exam hall. If you do not have your student ID, please visit the Student Services Office immediately.
- No written or signed allowances will be provided by the Student Services Office. If you do not bring your student ID on the exam day, you will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.

2. Entry and Exit from the Examination Hall:
- Students will be admitted to the exam hall no earlier than 15 minutes before the exam begins.
- Entry will not be allowed if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
- Once the exam begins, students are not allowed to leave the hall within the first 15 minutes.

3. Identification and Attendance:
- You must present your student ID card to the proctor for identity verification. If you refuse to show your ID or your face, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Attendance will be recorded for all students during the exam.

4. Bring Your Own Pen:
- Please note that no pens will be provided during the exam. You are required to bring your own pen for writing your answers.
