የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ወደ ኤርትራ የሚያደርገውን በረራ ከነገ ጀምሮ እንደሚያቋርጥ አስታወቀ

ሰመራ-ነሐሴ 27/2016 (አፋ.ብ.መ.ድ)

የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ወደ አስመራ ኤርትራ በየቀኑ የሚያደርገውን በረራ ለመቀጠል ከአቅም በላይ የሆኑ ችግሮች አስመራ ውስጥ ስላጋጠሙት ከነገ ነሐሴ 28 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ወደ አስመራ የሚያደርገውን መደበኛ በረራ ማቋረጡን ለደንበኞቹ ገልጿል።

አየር መንገዱ ወደ አስመራ ለመጓዝ ቀድመው ትኬት ለቆረጡ ደንበኞቹ ያለምንም ተጨማሪ ክፍያ በሌሎች አየር መንገዶች የሚጓጓዙበትን ሁኔታ እንደሚያመቻች አስታውቋል።

አለያም እንደአማራጭ በደንበኞቹ ፍላጎት ለትኬት የከፈሉትን ገንዘብ ሙሉውን ተመላሽ አደርጋለሁ ብሏል።

በደረ-ገጹ www.ethiopianairlines.com አልያም ወደ ዓለም-አቀፍ የጥሪ መቀበያ ማዕከሉ በመደወል ተጨማሪ መረጃ ማግኘት እንደሚቻል ነው አየር መንገድ ማምሻውን በማኅበራዊ ትሥሥር ገጹ ያስታወቀው።

በዚህ አጋጣሚ ከአየር መንገዱ አቅም በላይ በሆነ ሁኔታ በተፈጠረው የበረራ መቋረጥ በደንበኞዱ ላይ ለሚፈጠረው መጉላላት አየር መንገዱ ከልብ ይቅርታ ጠይቋል።
