⚠️ The Dangers of Residing Amongst the Disbelievers⚠️

Sheikh Yahya ḥafidhahullāh wrote:

“...Residing amongst the disbelievers contains [many] harms and dangers, the most significant of which are as follows:

1- Resembling them, as the saying goes:
مَنْ جَالَسَ جَانَسَ

And the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever resembles a people, then he is one of them.”

Likewise, in the two Saheeh (Bukhāri & Muslim) from the hadeeth of Abu Mūsā raḍhiyallāhu ’anhu, the Prophet ﷺ said: “The example of a good companion and a bad companion is like the carrier of misk and the one who blows the bellows…” to the end of the hadeeth.

It has occurred from some of those who sit with the disbelievers that they have taken them as intimate friends, meanwhile our Lord says (translated meaning): “You will not find a people who believe in Allāh and the Last day making friendship with those who oppose Allāh and His Messenger even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their tribe...(to the end of the Āyah)” [Al-Mujaadilah: 22]

2- Residing amongst the disbelievers weakens the ghayrah (protective jealousy) within many people towards the true Deen of Allāh; that is because evil is so manifest that it seems normal to him.

3- The disbelievers control the Muslims and force them to refer to their laws of disbelief for judgement; this is seeking judgement from Tāghūt (i.e. Man-made laws).

4- The disbelievers believe they have done the Muslims a favour by giving them refuge and extending a helping hand to those who are unable to earn a living, meanwhile the Prophet ﷺ said: “The upper hand (the one that gives) is better than the lower hand (the one that takes).”

Even though they capitalise (financially) from this thorough other means, like taxes and the like, and they gain certain things, such as (1) degrading the Muslim and (2) feeling a sense of might and having done him a favour.

5- Increasing the masses of the disbelievers, although increasing the masses of the people of falsehood is prohibited. That is why the Muslims
would make hijrah to Madeenah in order to increase the masses of the Muslims and support them.

6- The disbelievers taking advantage of the Muslims by employing them in jobs that are not legislated, gradually stripping then of their religion and wasting their children. Many Muslim children in the west who have separated from their native lands have become Christians and have fallen into the most repulsive of abominations as we have pointed out in our aforementioned treatise (i.e. What I witnessed in Britain).

7- Taking away their Arabic language and their Islamic traits such that the easiest of Islamic sciences becomes difficult for them; because they educate him using a different language; since they are the ones who assign the curriculum.

8- Some of the Muslims have died in the lands of the disbelievers and left behind infants who open their eyes amongst the disbelievers so they too become disbelievers as we have mentioned in the aforementioned treatise, meanwhile Allāh says (translated meaning): “O you who believe, protect yourselves and your families from a fire whose fuel is people and stones.” [At-Tahreem: 6]

And the Prophet ﷺ says: “Each one of you is a shepherd and each one of you is responsible for his flock.”

And he ﷺ said: “There is not a slave who Allāh makes responsible for a flock then he dies while being insincere towards his flock except that he does not enter paradise…” to the end of the hadeeth.

9- Oppression of the Muslims especially when wars occur between the Muslims and the disbelievers or when something that does not please them occurs from some Muslims. You see the disbelievers oppressing the Muslims and rejoicing over their mishaps and violating their honor. And they send forward the Muslims to fight their Muslim brothers in other lands, as they did in the Iraq war and others.

🇺🇸 Ruling on Taking Citizenship of non-Muslim Countries 🇬🇸

Ash Shaykh Al-Allamah Yahya ibn Ali Al Hajoori

14-Safar-1438 H (Yaum-ul-Ithnain)

📥 Question:

Is it permissible (for the citizens of Muslim countries) to take the citizenship of countries of disbelief to take advantage of it in traveling (around the world) and not to live in those countries?

📤 Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبع هداه أما بعد ..

The majority of the scholars are upon prohibition of taking the citizenship of disbelievers to avoid

• being their supporters/helpers

• increasing their numbers

• getting influenced by their ways

• being from them

This is based on various proofs, from them:

Allah’s saying:

“Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliya (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allah in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them. And Allah warns you against Himself (His Punishment), and to Allah is the final return.” (Aal Imran – 28)

And Allah said:

“Those who take disbelievers for Auliya (protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honour, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all honour, power and glory. And it has already been revealed to you in the Book (this Quran) that when you hear the Verses of Allah being denied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that; (but if you stayed with them) certainly in that case you would be like them. Surely, Allah will collect the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in Hell,” (An-Nisa – 139-140)

What to take note from this ayah is: “do they seek honour, power and glory with them?” and “then sit not with them”

So in this, there is prohibition of being with them under any situation.

For this Allah has made it obligatory to separate from them. So Allah said,

“Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): “In what (condition) were you?” They reply: “We were weak and oppressed on earth.” They (angels) say: “Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?” Such men will find their abode in Hell – What an evil destination! – (An-Nisa – 97)

And Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi and Al Hakim have narrated and Al Hakim declared it to be Sahih the hadeeth of Samurah ibn Jundub (Radiallahu anhu) from the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) that he said : “Anyone who associates with a polytheist and lives with him, then he is like him.”

And his (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) saying : “I am free from every Muslim that lives among the idolaters.” They said: “O Messenger of Allah, How is that?”. He said: “They should not see each other’s fires”. (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Graded as Sahih by Al Albani)

And the narration of Bahz ibn Hakim from his father then from his grand father that the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said : “Allah -Azza wa Jall- does not accept any deed from an idolater after he becomes a Muslim, until he departs from the idolaters and joins the Muslims.” (An Nasaaii, Ibn Majah)

An Nassaii has reported on the authority of Jareer that he said, I pledged to the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), to perform the Salah, pay the Zakah, be sincere toward every Muslim and forsake the idolaters.

And in Sahih Muslim, from the hadeeth of Buraidah that the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), if dispatch a commander from an expedition or an army he used to advise them with few matters and from them, call them to migrate from their lands to the land of Al Muhajireen.

💠Striving for Jannah💠

16 Jan, 05:18

So taking their citizenship can make a person fall into these prohibited matters, may be directly from the person who takes the citizenship or from those whom he left behind after his death.

And taking the citizenship make him to be a citizen of that country and he has to obey their constitution and their laws. And that person becomes one of the citizens of that country and what applies to them applies to him and he have to follow their personal laws, and he cannot control his children -both males and females- if they reach a particular age as per their laws. So because of this seeking the citizenship of countries of disbelievers is prohibited.

And the advantage (ease in traveling around the world) that was mentioned is not from the necessities that make the prohibited matters permissible and this is whether taking their citizenship involves submitting to their constitution and to their laws or not because it is prohibited to increase their numbers.

And from the evils of this:

The fear on the children that they will be wasted. Taking of their citizenship may result them (the children) being citizens of the country of disbelievers so they will be wasted. And one might prevent his children from taking the disbeliever’s citizenship while he is alive, but it is not sure that they will not search for that citizenship (because of worldly desires) after his death.

And in this, imitating the disbelievers, it is established in the hadeeth that “whoever imitates a people then he is from them”.

Shaykh-ul-Islam told in Iqtida Siratul Mustaqeem, “Imitating in outward appearance will result a kind of love, affection and loyalty inside, as the love inside result imitation in outward appearance. And this is something witnessed by what we sense and experience”.

🏮 Innovations in the Month of Rajab🏮

🥥 Fasting All of the Month of Rajab🥥

◆Shaikh Bin Baz-may Allah have mercy on him- was asked:

📥السـؤال :
• لقد سمعت عن صيام شهر رجب كاملاً، فهل هذا بدعة، أو أنه من العمل الصحيح؟

📥 The Question:
I have heard about fasting all of the month of Rajab. Is this action an innovation in the religion or is it from the good righteous actions?

📤 The Response:
This has not been legislated (in the religion),  this is from the acts of ignorance. It has not been legislated to fast (the entire month), this is disliked. But if one was to fast some of Rajab, like Mondays and Thursdays or the White Days (13,14 &15 of the Hijri month), this is good, there is no harm in that. But as for specifying Rajab with fasting alone then this is blameworthy.

🚫 Vowing as an Act of Worship in the Month of Rajab

◆ Shaikh Saleh bin Fawzan al-Fawzan -May Allah preserve him- was asked:

📥 السـؤال :
• يقول فضيلة الشيخ وفقكم الله : يعتقد كثير من الناس أفضلية العبادة في رجب وبناء عليه فإنهم ينذرون في رجب أنواعا من الطاعات فهل يلزم الوفاء على اعتبار أنهم يعتقدون اعتقادات جاهلية أم يكون ذلك من نذر المعصية ؟

📥 The Question:
It has been said, oh our Noble Shaikh,-may Allah grant you success- that many of the people believe that there is a great superiority in doing acts of worship in the month of Rajab, and so they vow to perform different acts of worship in it. Is it necessary to fulfill (these vows) considering that  they believe in the beliefs  of ignorance or is that from the sinful type of vowing?

📤 The Response:
This is an act of innovation. Specifying the act of vowing in the month of Rajab, this is an innovation, it's not permissible to hold to the vows containing innovations, this enters into the impermissible types of vowing.
it is not permissible. Charging them with innovation is correct. This is from the vowing that is forbidden, because verily innovation is forbidden in the religion. It has not been confirmed in the month of Rajab with any proofs to single it out for specific acts of worship, or that preforming them in Rajab is more virtuous than other months. Nothing has been confirmed concerning this matter.

🔶 Series from the Lesson of the book Kanz-ul-Atfal (Treasures for the Children) in the Basics of Aqeedah, Tawheed, Fiqh and Seerah 🔶

🖌Written by: Tabeeb Faisal bin Masfar al-Wadi (حفظه الله)

                      📋 Lesson 65 📋

Book of Tawheed and Aqeedah The Chapter of Eemaan and the Levels of the Religion

🔸 321. Who is more deserving of the Prophet's intercession?

🔹 321. The one who says that 'there is no deity worthy of worship (in truth) except Allaah' sincerely from his heart.

💠And the evidence is the hadith of Abu Huraira: I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Who will be the most deserving person who will gain your intercession on the Day of Resurrection?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Abu Huraira! I have thought that none will ask me about this Hadith before you, as I know your longing for the (learning of) Hadiths. The most deserving person who will have my intercession on the Day of Resurrection will be the one who said, 'None has the right to be worshipped (in truth) except Allah,' sincerely from the bottom of his heart." [Sahih Bukhari No. 6570]

🔸 322. How will the believer take his Book on the Day of Resurrection?

🔹 322. With his right hand.

💠And the evidence is the statement of Allah the Most-High:

﴿فَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِيَمينِهِ فَيَقولُ هاؤُمُ اقرَءوا كِتابِيَه ۝ إِنّي ظَنَنتُ أَنّي مُلاقٍ حِسابِيَه ۝ فَهُوَ في عيشَةٍ راضِيَة ٍ۝ في جَنَّةٍ عالِيَةٍ﴾ [الحاقة: ١٩ – ٢٢]

That which translates to:

"So as for he who is given his record in his right hand, he will say, "Here, read my record! ۝ Indeed, I was certain that I would be meeting my account. ۝ So he will be in a pleasant life ۝ In an elevated garden."[Al-Haqq:19-22]

🔸 323. How will disbeliever take his Book on the Day of Resurrection?

🔹 323. With his left hand behind his back.

💠And the evidence is the statement of Allah the Most-High:

﴿وَأَمّا مَن أوتِيَ كِتابَهُ بِشِمالِهِ فَيَقولُ يا لَيتَني لَم أوتَ كِتابِيَه ۝ وَلَم أَدرِ ما حِسابِيَه ۝ يا لَيتَها كانَتِ القاضِيَةَ﴾  [الحاقة: ٢٥ – ٢٧]

That which translates to:

"But as for he who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, "Oh, I wish I had not been given my record ۝ And had not known what is my account. ۝ I wish it [i.e., my death] had been the decisive one." [Al-Haqq:25-27]

🔸 324. In which chapter is the statement of Allaah سُبحانه وتعالى: “How will it be when We bring forth each nation a witness and We bring you O' Muhammad as a witness against those people” found?

🔹 324. Surah An-Nisaa, verse 41

🔸 325. Mention some of the descriptions of the Prophet's Lake (حوض):

🔹 325. Its distance and its width is a month, its water is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey, its drinking vessels are as numerous as the starts in the sky, and whoever drinks from it will never be thirsty.

💠And the evidence is the hadith of Abdullah bin Amr: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "My Lake (حوض) is (so large that it takes) a month's journey to cross it. Its water is whiter than milk, and its smell is nicer than musk (a kind of Perfume), and its drinking cups are (as numerous) as the (number of) stars of the sky; and whoever drinks from it, will never be thirsty." [Bukhari No. 6579 and Muslim No. 2292]

🎊 BIDAH IN THE MONTH OF RAJAB 🎉

🎙️ Sh. Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān (حفظه الله تعالى) was asked the following:

📥 Question:
There are those who single out the month of Rajab with fast; hence, is [there] anything that is confirmed [in the Sunnah to support this]?

📤 Answer:
The Shaikh had responded with the following:

"There is nothing that is confirmed from worship that is specific to the month of Rajab; no fasting, no salāḥ, no 'Umrah-absolutely nothing at all specific to it."

"[As for] those who are singling it out with worship, then they are the innovators since they introduced into the deen that which is not from it."

"Thus, Allah and His Messenger did not legislate any specific form of worship in Rajab; no 'Umrah, no animal sacrifice, no standing [in salāḥ] in any specific night and no fasting in any specific day. Rajab is simply like any other (sacred) month."

The month of al-Muḥarram ([like Rajab) is sacred, since it is from the four sacred months.

As for singling it out with worship, then this from innovation.

🎉 "New Years” The Festival Of Disbelievers Not Muslims.🎊

Allāh says in Qur'ān:

{والذين لا يشهدون الزور}

“And those who do not witness falsehood..” • [al-Qur'ān 25:72]

Mujāhid and other than him from the Salaf said that falsehood (Zoor) refers to the festivals of disbelievers.

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Whoever imitates a nation then he is from amongst them.”
● [رواه أبو داود]

قال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه : اجتنبوا أعداء الله في عيدهم.

‘Umar b. al-Khaṭṭāb رضي الله عنه said: “Avoid the enemies of Allāh during their festivals.” and in one narration with addition “.. for the Wrath of Allāh descends upon them during it.”

‘Abdullāh b. ‘Amr رضي الله عنه said: “Whoever settles in the land of the non-Arabs and celebrates their new year and festival and imitates them until he dies while he is in that state, will be gathered with them on the Day of Resurrection.”
● [أخرجه البيهقي في الكبرى]

Ibn Taymīyyāh said: “Muslims should not celebrate any festival of the disbelievers.”
‎● [مختصر اقتضها أسصراط المستقيم ١٧-١٨]

‎Shaykh-ul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah Raḥimahullāh said:

‎“And whosoever inclines towards religious festivals of polythiests and of Jews and Christians then it is a MUST that the sanctity of the Islamic 'Eīds will DIMINISH from his heart.”

Benefit from the Allamah:

Shaykh Salih Al-Fawzan

▪️ Keeping away from participating in the celebrations of the disbelievers▪️

[Q] Noble shaykh, with the entering of this month of the (supposed) birth; Christmas greetings and celebrations of the Nasāra (Christians) have commenced.

What’s the ruling in participating in their celebrations, whether it be through action, or attending and exchanging gifts, or offering greetings?

[A] All of this is not permissible, it’s not permissible to participate with them and to attend it.

Allah the Mighty and Majestic said:

{وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ}

"And those who do not witness falsehood."

Meaning, they don’t attend the days of celebrations of the disbelievers, because attending is an approval of it and it’s being pleased with this evil, this is impermissible.

Likewise also not to greet them regarding it in this, all of this is impermissible. Their celebrations itself are innovations, even in the religion of the Nasāra it’s not legislated.

🎉 Ruling on Joining Celebrations of Disbelievers like Christmas or Halloween and Congratulating Them on Those Occasions 🎊

It is not permissible to join the Christians in their celebration even if those who claim knowledge join them, because this increases their numbers and is a kind of support to them in sin and transgression.
Allah (Exalted be He) says (what means):

*وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِۚ*

"Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwâ (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression." [Al-Ma'idah, 5:2]

The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta'.

Source https://bit.ly/2ONaEra

Ash-Shaykh al-Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:

“Congratulating the kufaar for the holiday of Christmas or other than it of their holidays is haraam based upon the consensus of the scholars, as has been quoted by Ibnul Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, in the book ‘Ahkaam Ahlil Dhimmah’,…it is as if he is congratulating him for his prostration to the cross…”

Ash-Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzan, may Allah preserve him said:

“…The Christians innovated this birthday and other than it into their religion, while the Prophet Esaa, alayhi as-salaam, did not legislate for them to celebrate his birthday rather they just merely innovated it…”

A Reply to a Doubt

There are some who claim that if the Christians congratulate the Muslims for their Islamic celebrations then it is upon the Muslims to congratulate them back during their celebrations, which is totally wrong and incorrect because congratulating them upon that is actually congratulating them upon their falsehood, rather Islam calls to opposing the kufaar in that.

A Side Benefit:

Ash-Shaykh Yahya al-Hajooree, may Allah preserve him, said:

“For the Nasaara (i.e. the Christians) is their own calendar; called the christian calendar (i.e. the western calendar), they began the year upon the birthday of the Prophet Esaa, as they claim and they refer to it as the Christian year, while the Persians have their own calendar (i.e. the Jalaali Calendar) and the Roman have their own calendar (i.e. the Julian calendar)…”

🎊 A Muslim who "respects" Christians by celebrating Christmas or congratulating them on Christmas, in reality, is:🎉

1. Blaspheming against Allah:

"And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." Surely you have made a monstrous statement." Quran 19:88-89

2. Lying against the Quran:

"And say, "Praise to Allah , who has not taken a son and has had no partner in [His] dominion and has no [need of a] protector out of weakness; and glorify Him with [great] glorification."" Quran 17:111

3. Disobeying RasulAllah ﷺ:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Medina during two days in which its people were celebrating. The Prophet said, “What are these two days?” They said, “We used to celebrate these two days in the time of ignorance.” The Prophet said, “Verily, Allah has replaced these two days with two better days: Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr.” [Abu Dawud]

4. Disrespecting the Prophet Issa عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ:

"And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allah?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen." Quran 5:116

5. Showing contempt for all of creation:

"The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation that they attribute to the Most Merciful a son." Quran 19:90-91

6. Turning his back on the Ummah and the Believers:

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever imitates a people is one of them.” [Abu Dawud]

7. Leading Christians to the fire:

"And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers." Quran 3:85

Don't destroy yourself with ignorance or obstinance. O Allah, guide us all.

🌅 We Ask Allāh for a Good Ending🌅

Khālid Al-Kindi (rahimahullah) — A Story and a Lesson

He (rahimahullah) said:
"Three days ago, I was listening to a lecture by Sheikh Sabir Al-Lahji—may Allāh have mercy on him—about death. Exhausted, I fell asleep while listening. Suddenly, I felt movement near me, and I woke up startled, searching for my phone, fearing it might be stolen. It was my brother Salah's phone—may Allāh have mercy on him—a precious trust he had left with me. Turning around, I saw the nurse holding my phone, listening to Sheikh Sabir’s lecture, deeply moved by the words. He didn’t hear me when I asked him to return my phone.

This nurse was a Buddhist with a some knowledge of the Arabic language. When he saw me move to take the phone, he noticed my reaction, his eyes filled with tears, and he said to me: 'This is very comforting. I have never heard anything like it before.'

Since then, during his breaks, he would come to me every day, asking me to play more of what I was listening to that day. I pray that Allāh Almighty opens his heart to Islam. Please include him in your prayers."

Khalid (rahimahullāh) continued:
"For the past few days, I have been sharing sermons and lectures about Islam with him from scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah. However, I refrained from directly asking him to revert to Islam, fearing he might not accept it from me. Every day, he would approach me and say, 'Let me hear more of what you shared that day.' I would then play the Qur'ān for him, and he would weep, saying, 'This is so comforting.'

When I was taken into surgery, I prayed earnestly to Allāh to guide this young man to Islam. He was in tears, visibly distressed about me. Later, he surprised me by entering my room, crying, and said, 'I was afraid you might die, and I would lose the path you opened for me.'

I replied, 'Embrace Islam, and Allāh will not forsake you. If I die, do not fear for me. Perhaps my death will be a mercy by which I will be admitted to Paradise. But if you die outside the fold of Islam, who will save you from the fire?'

He fell to his knees, weeping, and asked me, 'What should I say?' I was overwhelmed with emotion, unable to open my eyes from crying. Māzin, my translator during my illness, told him, 'Say: I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allāh and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allāh.'

He repeated it while weeping, holding my knees tightly, and I felt chills throughout my body. By Allāh, my heart nearly stopped from the joy. I wished to write to you all with tears and a heavy heart, not knowing whether to cry from joy, pain, or gratitude to Allāh.

O Allāh, to You belongs all praise as befits the majesty of Your countenance and the greatness of Your sovereignty. If I die today as a Muslim, I am content, declaring the oneness of Allāh and glorifying Him in all my states."

This was narrated by our brother Khālid Al-Kindi (rahimahullah).

A Buddhist man in India embraced Islam through the efforts of our beloved brother Khālid Al-Kindi—may Allāh cure him and grant him well-being. Khālid was overjoyed by this event, so much so that it affected his heart, leading to his admission into intensive care. Please pray for his speedy recovery.

Written by: Abu Hamza Issa Al-Musannaf

We later received the news of his passing the day after this story, on Friday, 19th Jumada Al-Akhira, 1446 AH. What a remarkable end it was—a man embracing Islam at his hands during his final days. Khālid rejoiced so much, despite his severe illness, that he passed away. His death was on a Friday, and the Prophet ﷺ testified that a Muslim who dies on a Friday is a martyr.

May Allāh have mercy on him. He was also the one who designed my book Safwat As-Safwa.

"Our Indian brother, the nurse Arhan, who embraced Islam through Khālid Al-Kindi's efforts, has now passed away beside Khālid due to a heart attack. Please pray for your brother, as he had embraced Islam and declared the Shahada. This was reported by our brother Māzin Al-Aidroos from India."

To provide some additional context to the story shared: Khalid, a Yemeni student of knowledge, had travelled to India for medical treatment. That is where the story unfolded.

Khalid rahimahullāh has arrived in Egypt on a private plane, and he will be buried after Fajr prayer. Please keep him in your du'as. Additionally, make du'a for brother Arhan (the Buddhist nurse who accepted Islam at his hands).

We also have request everyone to make du'a for Mazin (the translator), who has been detained by Indian authorities for intervening to prevent the cremation of brother Arhan, may Allāh have mercy on him, as he died a Muslim. Mazin’s documents and passport have also been confiscated. May Allah relieve his distress and protect him.

🎄🎁 The Reality of Christmas🎄🎁

Christmas is a festival of major  Shirk where Christians worship  'Ēsā who they call Jesus. They make him into a God and elevate him far above Allāh, Who sent him.

The name "Christmas" linguistically, is made up of two  words, "Christ", which comes from the Greek word, "Kristos" meaning "annointed" and "Mass". This Mass is
a ceremony resembling cannibalism which they perform  regularly in their churches,  especially now at Christmas time.

A priest lifts up a cup of wine  and says, "The blood of Jesus, shed for our sins." and then drinks from it before passing it around the congregation, until they all take a sip of this wine, now called the blood of 'Eesaa (which came out of his body when he was crucified).

Then the priest takes some bread, lifts it up, and says, "The body of Jesus, broken for us." He breaks the bread, eats from it, then everyone else takes a bite of 'Ēsā's broken body, killed for them and swallows it down.

Christians in their distorted and evil 'Aqīdah, say that 'Ēsā was the sacrificial lamb sent by Allāh, (and he was also Allāh Himself) who came to earth in the form of a human to be slain for them and his blood cleanses them from all their sins and they now go to heaven because 'Ēsā (or God accordingto them) died on the cross for them!

ولا حولى ولا قوة إلا بالله!
There is no power not might except with Allāh!

Allāh ﷻ said:
{وَقَوْلِهِمْ إِنَّا قَتَلْنَا ٱلْمَسِيحَ عِيسَى ٱبْنَ مَرْيَمَ رَسُولَ ٱللهِ وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ}
"And because of what they said in boasting, "We killed 'Ēsā, the Maseeh, son of Maryam." But they neither killed him or crucified him."' [An Nisā' 4:157]

As we well know, the Jews came to arrest 'Ēsā but Allāh rose him up into heaven before they could reach him and they captured another man, thinking him to be 'Ēsā and crucified him instead.

Was 'Ēsā born on the 25th December?

Nobody knows exactly when he was born. Many Christian scholars come to the conclusion that he took birth in the spring time which agrees with a song or carol they sing with the wording, "When shepherds watched their flocks by night..." One of their Christmas fables  tells them that some shepherds received a divine message that 'Ēsā had been born on earth and this was while they were  keeping awake out in the fields at night, guarding their sheep.  However, if 'Ēsā had really been born in December, which is winter time, these shepherds would have been at home keeping warm in their beds and their sheep would have been in their pens, huddled together to keep warm in the winter nights.

So why did they make
25th December to be his birthday?

25th of this month, falls close to the shortest day of the year, 21st December. When the early Christian missionaries came to Britain and Northern Europe, they found people worshipping at this time of the year as they were looking forward to the  coming of longer and soon to be warmer days. So to trick the pagan people living then into worshipping 'Ēsā instead of the coming of a change in seasons, they put 'Ēsā's birthday at that time. People also worshipped evergreen trees and see how they now have Christmas trees in their homes, places of work, shops etc.

And the people of the past also worshipped stars, angels and jinn, so you see how Christians now put stars on top of their Christmas trees, or an angel or a fairey (jinn). All these things are symbols of polytheism and disbelief.

Another trick Christian missionaries used to get people to worship 'Ēsā as well as his mother Maryam who they call Mary, was to paint or draw a halo which is a coloured circular ring behind the heads of whoever they wanted worshipped. The pagan people they were preaching to, used to worship the sun, so to get them to worship 'Ēsā or saints or Maryam (who the Catholics call the Mother of God!!), they painted these yellow halos around their heads.

💠Striving for Jannah💠

22 Dec, 07:41

(Many old paintings that hang in art galleries and can be found in older Christian churches or cathedrals, clearly show these bright yellow or gold or orange circles or halos behind the heads of 'Ēsā, Maryam and other their saints, they worship). If you look on Christmas cards today which they send one another you may still see these halos or circles around the head of pictures of 'Ēsā or Maryam.

'Ēsā always made it clear why he came to earth, which was to call the people of his time to worship Allāh alone.

When he was a babe in the arms of his mother, he spoke to the Jews, saying,

﴿إِنِّى عَبْدُ ٱللهِ ءَاتَىٰنِىَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَجَعَلَنِى نَبِيًّا﴾
"Truly I am a slave of Allāh. He has given me a scripture and made me a Prophet."

He said:
﴿وَإِنَّ ٱللهَ رَبِّى وَرَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُوهُۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ﴾
"And verily Allāh is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him Alone. That is the Straight and Correct Path." [Maryam 19:30, 36]

Christians ignore what is obvious, that 'Ēsā was only a prophet and that his mother was only a devout, chaste and  saintly woman and instead carry on in veneration and glorification of him and his mother, instead of making all these things for Allāh alone.

At this time of the year, Christians will hang mistletoe, a special leaf from a tree, under doorways or other places and an ancient pagan rite teaches them that they should kiss anyone they find under it. Another excuse for indecency and immorality at this time of the year.

They also hang wreaths or circular arrangements of holly leaves and their red berries on the outside doorways of their homes. These leaves have sharp pointed ends like thorns and along with the red holly berries, represent to them the crown of thorns supposedly placed on 'Ēsā's head when he was captured and tortured before he was crucified. The red berries symbolise the blood that flowed from his head. (The blood they say came from God's head, when He appeared in the form of 'Ēsā, to redeem them from their sins!)

لا حول ولا قوة إلا الله!
There is no power or might except with Allāh!

You will find they sometimes bake cakes in the shape of a log of wood, called the Yule Log. This is another leftover from pagan rites or rituals that took place at this time of the year for those polytheists living in Northern Europe and Britain.

Is it permissible to celebrate the birthday of one of Allāh's Prophets and Messengers?

Even if 25th December was  really the birthday of 'Ēsā, it's still not permissible for anyone to make that day a day of celebration or 'Eid. If that was allowed, the noble Companions of Muhammad ﷺ would have been the first of people to make  his birthday a day of enjoyment, and of eating and drinking. Neither did Muhammad ﷺ allow this nor did any of the righteous believers from the past celebrate the birthdays of their Prophets. Christians invented this foolishness and disobedience themselves, along with all the other evils they perform now; the worst of them being Shirk with Allāh.

This time of the year between Christmas and New Year's Day witnesses the highest incidents of hit and run driving. More people get killed or seriously injured by drunken drivers who hit them in their cars and then take off.

Drunkenness, drug taking, homosexuality, fornication, these are all part of their merriment and enjoyment in this season.

As Muslims we are not allowed to reply to Christians or anyone else when they say to us "Merry Christmas!" or "Happy Christmas!" or "Happy New Year!"

These greetings are not to be responded to. We are not allowed to join in their celebrations or congratulate them or give them gifts or presents at this time of the year. Nor are we allowed to accept presents from them or accept  invitations to eat with them. Nor can we take gifts of the special  foods they eat during this festival of theirs. From them are mince pies, Christmas cakes, Christmas puddings, and walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts are all from the foods they especially take at Christmas time.

💠Striving for Jannah💠

22 Dec, 07:41

Even if some of these things are halaal, accepting and eating them is part of celebrating with them. We are ordered to oppose and be different from the disbelievers in all their customs, manners and social interactions.

As our prophet Muhammad ﷺ
said: "Whoever imitates a people, then he is from them."

Imitating Christians, Jews and others is from the major sins, so it's imperative that we Muslims stay far away from resembling  Christians in what they are doing at this time of the year.

This includes the second big celebration they have following Christmas; New Year's Day.

We Muslims follow the Hijriah calendar not the Christian calendar. Our first month of each year is Muharram, not January. With that said, we do not take the first day of Muharram to be a day of celebration.

Muslims have to stay far away from the disbelievers festivities of drinking, partying, eating and joining together for parties on this, their New Year's Day.

Composed by one in need of his Lord's forgiveness and mercy,
Aboo Daawood Ismaa'eel ibn George Gauron Al Injileezee

⚖️ Have Ahlus-Sunnah changed their stance on revolutions following the fall of Bashar al-Assad?⚖️

🎙️ Sheikh Salman Al-’Imad writes:

📍"Ahlus-Sunnah, at the onset of the Syrian uprising in 2011 during the so-called 'Arab Spring', which affected many Arab countries including Syria, maintained a clear and firm stance of rejection and rebuking. This position was well-documented and rooted in the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the Manhaj of the righteous predecessors, may Allāh be pleased with them.

The consequences of these revolutions brought great harm to all the countries where they occurred, including Syria. It is a firmly established principle among Ahlus-Sunnah that rebellion against a Muslim ruler is prohibited in all forms, as proven by the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the consensus of scholars. As for rebelling against a disbelieving ruler, Ahlus-Sunnah have outlined specific conditions, among them the necessity of capability and ensuring that the resulting harm does not outweigh the benefit.

Additionally, it is a point of unanimous agreement among Ahlus-Sunnah that the Alawites (Nusayris), including Bashar Al-Assad, are disbelievers. This ruling is not recent; rather, it has been known among Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama’ah for centuries. Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allāh have mercy on him) stated in 'Minhaj al-Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah' (7/415):
"For this reason, the Rafidah were among the greatest causes for the entry of the disbelieving Turks into the lands of Islam...Among them are those with the greatest hypocrisy, such as the Nusayris, Ismailis, and their likes, who harbour greater disbelief internally and greater enmity towards Allāh and His Messenger than the Jews and Christians." [End of quote]

Ahlus-Sunnah’s rulings are not pre-packaged fatwas with set production and expiration dates. When rebellion against Bashar Al-Assad’s regime initially failed to yield any tangible Islamic benefit for Muslims, it was met with rejection and criticism from Ahlus-Sunnah. This was due to the absence of conditions permitting rebellion against a disbelieving ruler and the overwhelming harms that resulted.

However, when a victory was achieved that brought benefit to Muslims, Ahlus-Sunnah rejoiced at this triumph. Their stance on revolutions and uprisings remains consistent and unchanged. Some individuals, harbouring malice in their hearts, attempt to portray this joy as a contradiction in the principles of Ahlus-Sunnah. They may hope to hear discontent or complaints from Ahlus-Sunnah in order to exploit such opportunities to attack them.

To such individuals, we say: O Muslim, we rejoiced and prostrated in gratitude to Allāh for the downfall of the tyrant of Syria and the removal of the Alawite Rafidi filth from the land. We also pray that Allāh appoints righteous Sunni Muslim leaders over the Syrian people who will establish their religion and worldly affairs.

Finally, Allāh the Almighty says (interpreted meaning):
"Alif Lam Mim. The Byzantines have been defeated in the nearest land, but after their defeat, they will triumph within a few years. To Allāh belongs the command, before and after. And on that day, the believers will rejoice in Allāh’s support. He supports whomever He wills, and He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful." [Surah al-Rum: 1-5]

Ibn Jarir, in his Tafsir, explains:
"The interpretation of the Āyah is that Persia defeated the Byzantines in the nearest land to the lands of Syria, but the Byzantines, who are Christians, would later defeat Persia within a few years. To Allāh belongs the command both before and after their victory, for He decrees as He wills. And on that day when the Byzantines defeat Persia, the believers will rejoice at Allāh’s victory, which He grants to whomever He wills, for He is All-Mighty, Most Merciful."

💠Striving for Jannah💠

19 Dec, 05:05

Muslims had hoped for the victory of the Byzantines over Persia because the Byzantines were people of the Book, in contrast to the polytheists. Thus, they rejoiced at this triumph, which Allāh described as a victory. Similarly, we ask Allāh to complete the joy for the Syrian people by appointing over them righteous leaders, removing from them the wicked, and keeping away all forms of evil. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all worlds.

⚰️ Building Domes on the Graves is not Spending in the Cause of Allah⚰️

---------------------------------

🎙️ Shaikh Muqbil Hadi Al-Wadi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

📍"The money that is spent to build domes on the graves is considered spending in other than the cause of Allah. Rather it is misleading the people. And the person that paid the money for it will carry the sin of it. For verily the Prophet ﷺ said, "The feet of the slave of Allah shall not move [on the Day of Judgement] until he is asked about four things: -and from them-, about his wealth and how he earned it and where he spent it on."

🥏 The Truly Foolish 🥏

🎙️Our Shaykh Abu Abdur Rahman Yahya Ibn Ali Al-Hajooree, may Allah preserve him, said:

📍"For a person to sacrifice his Hereafter and sacrifice his Jannah for this miserable worldly life and its enticements and embellishments, I swear by Allah it is truly (going to be) a foolish regret. We ask Allah for safety from this. And there isn't a better statement than that of Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) in his book Fawaid,
"The stupidest people are those who stray at the end of their journey when they are almost home."

Narrated by Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Jibra'il came to me and said: "Indeed I had come to you last night, and nothing prevented me from entering upon you at the house you were in, except that there were images of men at the door of the house, and there was a curtain screen with imagines on it, and there was a dog in the house. So go and sever the head of the image that is at the door so that it will become like a tree stump, and go and cut the screen and make two throw-cushions to be sat upon, and go and expel the dog." So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did so, and the dog was a puppy belonging to Al-Husain or Al-Hasan which was under his belongings, so he ordered him to expel it. حكم الحديث: إسناده صحيح، رجاله ثقات رجال الشيخين.

Narrated by Abu Hurairah: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Jabril came and greeted the Prophet as he recognized his voice. So he said, Enter! Then jabril said, (I can not) in your house is a curtain on the wall that has images on it so cut the heads and make it into a cushion or a pillow and lay it down. For verily we do not enter houses where there are images. [Ahmad No. 8065] Imaam Muqbil graded it Sahih as the men in the chain are from the men of Bukhari and Muslim.

Pleasure of the Eye - Clarifying the Rights of the Spouses

by Shaykh Abu Abdur Rahman Jameel Ibn Abdou as-Sulwei (حفظه الله)

The First Chapter: The Rights of the Husband

تاسعاً: أن تحفظ زوجها في نفسها وماله:

The Ninth: To Preserve Her Husband in Herself and His Wealth

Allah the Most-High says:

{فالصالحات فاتنات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله}[النساء:٣٤]

That which translates to mean:

"So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allāh would have them guard." [Nisa:34]

And the hadith of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of women are the ones when you look at her she brings you pleasure, and when you order her with something she obeys you, and if you are not around she preserves you in herself and your wealth." [Ahmad]

And the meaning of: ( she preserves you in herself) She preserves him by preserving herself. She does not expose herself to strange men. And likewise she guards his secrets and the likes of that. And she preserves his wealth by not squandering it nor spending it in a manner that displeases him.

            بـسـم اللـــه الرحمـــــن الرحـيـم

🔶 Series from the Lesson of the book Kanz-ul-Atfal (Treasures for the Children) in the Basics of Aqeedah, Tawheed, Fiqh and Seerah 🔶

🖌Written by: Tabeeb Faisal bin Masfar al-Wadi (حفظه الله)

                      📋 Lesson 63 📋

Book of Tawheed and Aqeedah The Chapter of Eemaan and the Levels of the Religion

🔸 311. How will the people be gathered on the Day of Resurrection?

🔹 311. Barefoot, naked and uncircumcised.

💠And the evidence is the hadith of Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will be gathered (on the Day of Judgment), bare-footed, naked and ghulan (not circumcised)." He then recited:--'As We began the first creation, We, shall repeat it: A Promise We have undertaken: Truly we shall do it.' (21.104) (Bukhari No. 3349)

🔸 312. What is the meaning of ghulan?

🔹 312. Uncircumcised

🔸 313. How will the Prophet recognize his nation at the place of gathering?

🔹 313. They will have distinct marks from the affects of wudu.

💠And the evidence is the hadith of Abi Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) when he said: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: My people would come with bright faces and bright hands and feet on account of the marks of ablution, so he who can increase the lustre of his forehead (and that of his hands and legs) should do so. (Bukhari No.136 and Muslim No. 246)

🔸 314. From what will the people be resurrected after they have become dust?

🔹 314. From the tail bone.

💠And the evidence is the hadith Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The only thing in a man which would not decay would be one bone (tail bone) from which the whole frame would be reconstituted on the Day of Resurrection." (Bukhari No. 4935 and Muslim No. 2955)

🔸 315. How long will the Day of Judgment last?

🔹 315. It will be 50,000 years for the disbeliever and 1,000 years for the believer.

💠And the evidence is the statement of Allah the Most-High:

{تَعْرُجُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ إِلَيْهِ فِى يَوْمٍ كَانَ مِقْدَارُهُۥ خَمْسِينَ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ}
That which translates to:

"The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years." [Ma'arij:4]

💠And His statement:

{وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِٱلْعَذَابِ وَلَن يُخْلِفَ ٱللَّهُ وَعْدَهُۥۚ وَإِنَّ يَوْمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلْفِ سَنَةٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ}

Which translates to:

"And they urge you to hasten the punishment. But Allāh will never fail in His promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of those which you count." [Hajj:47]

Al-Shinqeeti mentioned this in his refutation of Iham Al-Iadtirab when Allah Almighty says,

{أَصْحَابُ الجنة يَوْمَئِذٍ خَيْرٌ مُّسْتَقَرّاً وَأَحْسَنُ مَقِيلاً}

"The companions of Paradise, that Day, are [in] a better settlement and better resting place." [Al-Furqan:24]

💎 All Goodness is What has been Confirmed upon the Companions💎

🎙️Imaam Ibn Katheer (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

📍"As for Ahlul Sunnah wa Jama'ah then they say every action and statement that has not been confirmed upon the Companions:
It is an innovation.
Because verily if it was any good in it they would have preceded us to it.
Verily they did not leave an aspect from the aspects of goodness except they were the first to it."

🛍️ The Ruling of Women Mixing with Men in Business🛍️

📥 Question:

In some situations a woman is obliged to mix with a male merchant in his shop for no other reason than purchasing her needs only. What is the legislated ruling on that?

📤 Answer:

It is not permissible for a woman to mix with a man that is not from her guardians (father, brother, uncle, son or nephews or her husband), not in buying and selling or other than that. Based on the statement of the Messenger of Allah, "A man is not alone with a (non-mahram) woman except that Shaitan is the third person."
And with Allah is all the success.

And Imam Adh-Dhahabi and others mentioned that Imam Ibn Sa'd has a book called Tabaqaat, and that this speech is accepted in Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel. Like this is what he said. And the people of knowledge haven't ceased, and amongst them Shaykh Rabee himself, in my refutation I have mentioned a number of areas where he mentioned the declaration of being Thiqqah by Ibn Sa'd, but when he turned to Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz then Ibn Sa'd became not qualified for Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel. So who is the one who opposed the people of knowledge? Who is the one who opposed his own statement before he opposed the people of knowledge? These are clear evident evidences, for this reason he himself was incapable to refute it, and his companions were incapable to refute it.

So this makes clear to you that those that say “who do we take from in what relates to defects, do we take the speech of Shaykh Rabee or the speech of Abu Hatim”, that the person who said this is either ignorant and has been deceived, or he is person of Baatil. Because if he was truthful in taking from the one who is more knowledgeable than why does he leave the statement of Imam Ibn Ma'een, and Imam Ibn Sa'd, and Imam Duhaym Ash-Shaami and he is an Imam in Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel and he is most knowledgeable of those in Shaam and Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is Shaami, and count and count all the Imams, and Imam Ibn Hibbaan and he stated Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is ‘Mustaqeem Al-Hadith’, and Ibn Hibbaan even though he is ‘Mutasaahil’ in declaring unknown narrators to be Thiqqah, but if he says regarding a narrator ‘Mustaqeem Al-Hadith’ then his statements doesn't exit the statement of the Imams, rather his declaration of Thiqqah here will be greater than many of the Imams as mentioned by Allaamah Al-Mu'ali may Allah have mercy upon him in "At-Tankeel", and this was agreed to by Allaamah Al-Albaani may Allah have mercy upon him.

So these are a number of Imams, all of them have opposed Shaykh Rabee, so is Shaykh Rabee more knowledgeable than them? The evidences are clear and manifest, and nothing remains except the likes of these deceptions that they deceive those that perhaps don't have knowledge of this field of knowledge.

And similarly regarding ‘As-Sabr’ (investigation), Shaykh Rabee came with an unprecedented statement in this, the Imams have investigated the Hadiths of Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz and concluded that he is Thiqqah. So how does Shaykh Rabee come after all of these many years and say that he is Da'eef and other than this?

And this ‘As-Sabr’ yes it could take place, but this is where the Hadiths of a narrator have been mentioned to be a certain number of other than this, or the Imams mentioned his narrating from so-and-so and with the exception of Hadiths and state this or to a certain book or other than this, here there can be ‘As-Sabr’ in what relates to the later comers, here one can say so-and-so followed up and investigated.

But the Hadith of the early comers like Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz who will surrender to Shaykh Rabee him saying that these Hadiths which are in the Sunnan, or Hadiths which are outside the Sunnan, and then he comes with ten Hadiths and says: “These are the Hadiths of Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz and our small children memorise more Hadiths than Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz”.

This is baatil speech! This is baatil speech! And it's lack of satisfaction with the speech of the Imams, as the Imams have declared Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz Thiqqah, and if the Imams declare a person to be Thiqqah especially, and not just one - but a number of them, and some have clearly stated that he is upright in Hadith and they did ‘As-Sabr’ (investigated) his Hadith because being upright in Hadith doesn't come except with this, and from them is Duhaym, and from them as preceded is Ibn Hibbaan and others, so if they say Thiqqah it means that they compared his Hadiths with the Hadiths of those that are Thiqqah and his contemporaries, and concluded that this narrator is Thiqqah, and other than this of affairs, and then he comes I have investigated the Hadith of Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz, i.e he is

with principles which are principles from Ahlul-Hadith.

Shaykh Rabee comes to the statement ‘Saalih Al-Hadith’ by Imam Ahmad and drops with it the declaration of being Thiqqah by those made the declaration, who preceded him in this?

Imam Adh-Dhahabi, stated that the word ‘Saalih’ if its comes together with a declaration of being Thiqqah, that it means that this person is Thiqqah but not of a high level in this. And this was stated by Imam Ibn Qattaan Al-Faasi.

Shaykh Rabee rejects this, so who do we take from? You're the one saying that the most knowledgeable is to be taken, so who do we take from? Who is more knowledgeable Shaykh Rabee or Adh-Dhahabi? Who is more knowledgeable Imam Ibn Qattaan Al-Faasi the author of Al-Wahm Al-Iyhaam, that Imam that expert, is he more knowledgeable or Shaykh Rabee?

I came to Shaykh Rabee with the speech of Imam Ahmad in roughly thirty biographies, saying regarding a narrator in one place ‘Thiqqah’ and in another ‘Saalih Al-Hadith’, this points to that the word ‘Saalih Al-Hadith’ if it comes together with a declaration of being Thiqqah, then it doesn't nullify it, but it means that this narrator is not of a high level of being Thiqqah - and this is what we have said regarding Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz, as the Imams have said.

Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is Thiqqah but the level of Thiqqah differs, from those that are Thiqqah are like Imam Shu'bah, and from those that are Thiqqah are like Hamaad bin Salamah, and there are many levels of difference between Shu'bah and Hamaad in memorisation, and this affair i.e this difference between the two, doesn't take him out of being Thiqqah.

Likewise Shaykh Rabee came with an affair he used to rebuke, and he rebuked what he used to do, he said “Ibn Ma'een if he says about a person ‘La ba'sa bihi’ then this is with him of the level of Thiqqah”, then he said rebuked this in the biography of Ibn Al-Ghaaz, and said that what was said about him was ‘La ba'sa bihi’ and that this isn't a declaration of being Thiqqah, and we relayed from his own speech what rebukes this, so this is Shaykh Rabee refuting Shaykh Rabee, rather Shaykh Rabee himself declared Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz as Thiqqah but now he declared him as Da'eef, when the Fitnah of Al-Adani came Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz became Da'eef, rather he came what the early ones didn't come with and said that “Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is under the feet!”. Saalih Ash-Shijari witnessed this from him, who is the leader of the front in Kitaaf, that he advised Shaykh Rabee on the topic of Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz and then Shaykh Rabee said “Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is under the feet” or “Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is with the Salaf under the feet!”, who preceded him in this? Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz is an Imam, how do you place him under the feet when he took knowledge from the Salaf?! And he is from the scholars of the Salaf!

And he also said, as found in his refutations, that Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz took this Hadith from the Raafidah and that this Hadith has infiltrated externally and other than this, who preceded him in that Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz took from the Raafidah?!

These affairs, I didn't bring anything from my pocket, for this reason Shaykh Rabee couldn't remain firm in the refutations, and this is a reality and the affair is not an affair of being old in age, we are not playing football for one to be bigger in experience, the affair is the Book and the Sunnah, whoever utters with it and produces the proofs from the Book and the Sunnah and the statements of the Salaf and the statements of Imams, it's this one whose statements are taken, and they are the ones that are big - even if they are little in age.

And this is stated to be an unanimous agreement, as Imam Ibn Rajab stated in his treatise “Al-Farq baynan-Naseehah wat-Ta'yeer”, he mentioned that the Salaf wouldn't make a difference between the big and the little if they produced evidences, and they don't prevent the little if they spoke with evidences, and they accept their speech.

And the Hadith which is in the two Sahihs, when Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari went to Umar bin Al-Khattaab may Allah be pleased with him and request entry thrice when he wasn't given entry he returned, after Umar said: “Didn't we hear the voice of Abdullah bin Qays grant him entry”, and when he came to know that he left, he requested for him, and when he came to him, Umar said to him: “What happened to you?”, i.e why do you leave after requesting entry? Abu Musa then said: “We used to be commanded to seek entry thrice”, i.e in the era of the Prophet ﷺ. Umar then said: “Bring me a witness or I will do...”, so Abu Musa went to the companions and found a group of them and informed them of what took place and they said: “None but the smallest of us will go with you”, so Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri got up and he was the smallest of the people radiallahu anhum. And he went to Umar Ibn Al-Khattaab and said: “We were commanded in the era of the Prophet to seek permission to enter thrice”. And it wasn't the case except that Umar may Allah be pleased with him submitted to this evidence which was produced by the small - from the smallest of the companions, and youngness of his age didn't prevent him from accepting the evidence rather he said that what prevented him (from knowing this) was business in the market. And count and count all of these occurrences, if we were to make the youngness of age a criteria or a scale (for rejection) we would reject many who of those who were called Imams in knowledge, for example in this era the Allaamah Al-Haafidh Al-Hakami! Al-Haafidh Al-Hakami was an Allaamah! An Imam! And he died whilst he was roughly thirty five and I am roughly thirty five - I am not comparing myself to Al-Haafidh Al-Hakami nor am I saying I'm like Al-Haafidh Al-Hakami in knowledge, but on the weighing scale of youngness of age, a person who was roughly thirty five and he was an Imam, rather if we looked at the early Imams like Imam Maalik and Shaykh-Ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah may Allah have mercy upon him, in the later times, Shaykh-Ul-Islaam's age was like eighteen and was an Allaamah! Count and count the amount of scholars that were described to have knowledge and being an Imam, whilst they are still in their thirties or in their twenties, the point of reference in this is - what we are commanded with, and this is the submitting to the evidences even if someone young in age produced it, as long the one who brought it was proficient in it. And is proficient in putting forth evidence from the Book and the Sunnah, it's obligatory to comply to this, by the statement of Allah the mighty and majestic:

(ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءَۗ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ)
"Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any Awliyaa"
[Al-A'raf:3]

Allah the mighty and majestic has commanded us with following that which has been revealed to us from the Book and similarly the Sunnah, and said don't follow other than Him any Awliyaa, and however high the level of those Awliyaa may be, and however high the level of their knowledge may be, as it's said:

If the river of Allah comes - the river of Ma'qil is rendered invalidated.

If the evidences comes, any proof which the opposer puts forth as proofs is invalidated.

And count all the affairs which I have mentioned there, and in the midst of this is that Shaykh Rabee in the past took the declaration of being Thiqqah by Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr of Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz, like it comes in his book "Tahqeeq Al-Madkhal ila As-Sahih lil-Haakim", then now he indirects Al-Haafidh that he wasn't uphold his condition regarding his biography or the likes of this, and similarly he turned to Ibn Sa'd, and Ibn Sa'd is an Imam, and he (Rabee') himself directed to him (Ibn Sa'd) in his book when he declared Ibn Al-Ghaaz Thiqqah in the book "Al-Madkhal Ila As-Sahih", so Imam Ibn Sa'd declared Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz Thiqqah, and his declaration is accepted especially since he isn't opposed by the Imams in this.

basically saying I exceeded the Imams, rather this is what he said, Shaykh Rabee may Allah guide him, himself said: “If Ibn Ma'een came across what I came across, he would've declared Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz to be Da'eef”. Ibn Ma'een who it was said regarding him, any Hadith that Ibn Ma'een doesn't know isn't a Hadith, Shaykh Rabee comes to him and says that he didn't come across what I came across, this is never surrendered to him, especially since not only Ibn Ma'een declared him to be Thiqqah, rather a numbers of Imams declared him to be Thiqqah and there is nobody from Ahlul Hadith who declared him to be Da'eef, the most that Shaykh Rabee has is the word ‘Saalih Al-Hadith’ by Imam Ahmad, and we clarified to him that this word by Imam Ahmad doesn't necessitate declaration of the narrator being weak, rather it means, rather it means that its from the wording of the lowest levels of appraisal, this level - the word which is of the lowest level of appraisal if you find a declaration of being Thiqqah either from Imam Ahmad or other than him, then this points to they are not from the high level of those that are Thiqqah as stated by Adh-Dhahabi and Ibn Qattaan, and other than these affairs which Shaykh Rabee didn't solve to being correct and I didn't come with unprecedented speech, rather I came with the speech of the people of knowledge who declared him to be Thiqqah, rather with what Shaykh Rabee himself was upon of declaring Hishaam bin Al-Ghaaz to be Thiqqah”. End of audio.

And all praise is to Allah lord of all that exists.

The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al-'Inaabi Al-Jazaa'iree:

Answer:
”بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Him applying these topics to what we have spoken about and put forward upon those that we refuted, in that these are affairs of Nawaazil, we don't surrender this to him, this is speech which is Baatil.

Is Hizbiyyah from the Nawaazil?

Hizbiyyah was present from the time that Iblees refused to prostrate to Aadam, and was fanatical and partisan to his type:

(ءَأَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طِينًا)
"Should I prostrate to one You created from clay?".
[Al-Isra':61]

From that then Hizbiyyah started and until this time it is present, so how is it then said that Hizbiyyah is from the Nawaazil?! And how is it said that these innovated principles that Al-Jaabari came with and Muhammad Al-Imam in ‘Al-Ibaanah’ or others from the people of Desires? How is said that they are affairs which are Nawaazil whilst there is in the Book and Sunnah and the Salafi Manhaj what refutes it? The affairs of Nawaazil are what doesn't have clear or manifest texts on, and requires Tahqeeq Al-Manaat. For example that the topic requires extrapolation, not that there are clear-cut or manifest verses. And the affairs which we discoursed is not from this angle, the affairs are either mentioned in the Book or the Sunnah, or fall under general verses, or what's apparent from the texts of the Book and the Sunnah refutes it, and there are statements of the Salaf which refutes it, and this isn't from the affairs of Nawaazil, the affairs of Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel aren't from the affairs of Nawaazil, because Al-Jarh wat-Ta'deel is depended upon the Qur'an and the Sunnah and what the Salaf were upon, and these are clear-cut manifest affairs.

Disparagements are either in what relates to memorisation or what relates to uprightness, and what is from the angle of uprightness is a must that's from the Book and the Sunnah, that this affair disparages a person's uprightness, either due to Innovation or Fisq other than this of affairs.

And these affairs are not from the affairs of Nawaazil because they are mentioned in the Book and the Sunnah, either a clear-cut text or the apparent of the text, meaning that the proof for this from the Qur'an and the Sunnah is present.

(فَإِن تَنَٰزَعْتُمْ فِى شَىْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ
"And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger".
[An-Nisa':59]

And this is the summary for them, that these affairs are to be returned to the texts of Book and the Sunnah, and in the statements of the Salaf is what strikes it precisely, so why do they make it from the affairs of Nawaazil?! So this firstly isn't surrendered to them.

The second affair, in what relates to defects in Hadith, for it to be said that “Shaykh Rabee is more knowledgeable than this Abu Hatim and how do you return to Abu Hatim?!”. Abu Hatim didn't come with speech from himself! I didn't come with speech from my self in the discoursing with Shaykh Rabee, rather I came to him with the speech of Imam Ibn Ma'een, and the speech of Imam Duhaym, and the speech of roughly fourteen Imams or more declaring Hishaam bin Ghaaz to be Thiqqah, and from them are contemporary scholars, like Shaykh Albaani and Shaykh Abdulmuhsin Al-Abbaad and Shaykh Al-Ethiyopee and others from the contemporary people of knowledge, and from the early scholars - those that I mentioned and a number of others, fourteen scholars all of them declaring Hishaam bin Ghaaz as Thiqqah.

So the one who rejects the speech of Shaykh Rabee it is not that he is more knowledgeable than him, we can flip this around to them! Is Ibn Ma'een more knowledgeable or Shaykh Rabee? Is Imam Duhaym more knowledgeable or Shaykh Rabee? And mention all the Imams that declared Hishaam bin Ghaaz to be Thiqqah, is Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr more knowledgeable or Shaykh Rabee? For sure you will say that they are more knowledgeable, then why don't you turn to the truth and why do you hold on the likes of these frail doubts? I didn't come with nothing from my pockets, I came
