In case you didn't notice...just three months to 2025! 2025!!! Which used to seem so far away during the preparation days a decade back.

The owner of a large steel factory was crossing through one of his mills one day at noon when he came across some of his employees smoking.
Immediately above their heads was a sign that said "No smoking."
If you are that owner, what would you have done?
Probably said, "Can't you read!?"
Think about it once, before reading what the owner did.
Well the owner just walked over to the men. Handed each one a cigar, and said, "I'll appreciate it boys if you will smoke these on the outside."
Result:
The employees knew that the owner knew they had broken a rule. And they admired him because he said nothing about it and gave them a little present instead and made them feel important.

One of my friends made it to the CSE final list this time...and AIR 32 in Forest Service results today!
Would highly recommend watching his talk (even if at 1.25x). How to face failures, build upon them..and keep going, there are many things to gain.
