Another victory for Uzbekistan is an important sign for companies seeking to leverage their competitiveness through looking for affordable talents.

The international summit “Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week” opened with exciting news.

The Presidential School in Tashkent won 1st place in the “Global Middle Schools” nomination, highlighting global recognition of Uzbekistan’s rapidly advancing education system.

In recent years, Uzbekistan has seen remarkable reforms in education and innovation. Over the past seven years, the coverage rate in preschool education has increased from 27% to 72%, while in higher education, it has risen from 9% to 42%.

All schools are connected to broadband. To prepare youth for the digital world, initiatives like “One Million Uzbek Coders” were launched.

Uzbekistan ranks #1 globally on Coursera, with 6.25% of the workforce actively learning—far above the global average of 0.73%. The number of IT education centers in the country has increased from 78 to 500, and currently, 25,000 young people are receiving education in future-oriented IT professions each year at these institutions.

The number of higher education institutions specializing in IT has reached 110, with 60,000 students currently enrolled in these programs. The number of freelancers earning income in the ICT sector has reached 86,000.

At present, a total of 38,000 skilled IT specialists are employed in active IT companies across the country.

In 2024, 79,000 young people received training in foreign languages and obtained C1-level or higher certifications. The educational and certification expenses of 2,400 young people for obtaining international IT certifications were reimbursed. Currently, these professionals with IT certifications are earning $1,000 or more per month.

Now, Uzbekistan, in partnership with the UAE, is launching a bold initiative to train 1 million AI prompters, making prompt engineering a key skill of the future.

These efforts are transforming Uzbekistan into a talent pool for the global IT market, equipped with future-forward skills.

Together with Coursera, we are working on massive upskilling of our youth. In addition to comprehensive reforms at all levels of education, Uzbekistan will be an excellent source of affordable talent for ITES companies for the years to come.

Uzbekistan is systematically improving it's position in e-Government ranking! +24 for the past two rankings!

In the last report our country is moved to the group of counties with very high EGDI.

We are committed to make people's life easier through digitization and aiming to be in TOP-30 countries in this ranking in our Strategy 2030!

⚡️Yaxshi xabar: O‘zbekiston Elektron hukumat reytingida 6 pog‘onaga yuqorilab, indeksning juda baland (Very High EGDI) guruhiga qo‘shildi. Avvalgi reytingda 18 pog'ona ko'tarilganini inobatga olsa 2 ta reytingda umumiy 24 pog'onaga ko'tarildi.

🌐 BMTning Ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy masalalar departamenti (UNDESA) tomonidan BMTga aʼzo 193 davlat elektron hukumatining rivojlantirish holatini taqdim etuvchi "UN E-Government Survey"ning 2024-yilgi natijalari "Barqaror Rivojlanish uchun Raqamli Transformatsiyani kuchaytirish” nomi ostida e'lon qilindi.

📈Avvalgi 2022-yil natijalariga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston mazkur reytingda 0,7265 qiymat bilan 69-o‘rinni egallagan bo‘lsa, 2024-yilda 0,7999 indeks hisobiga 6 pog‘onaga yuqorilab, 63-o‘ringa chiqdi.

✅ O‘z navbatida, ilk marotaba O‘zbekiston baland elektron hukumatni rivojlantirish indeksi guruhidan (High EGDI) dan juda baland (Very High EGDI) guruhiga qo‘shildi.

🇺🇿 Ushbu natija “Raqamli O‘zbekiston — 2030” strategiyasining maqsadli ko'rsatkichlarida 2025-yil uchun belgilangan 0,75 qiymatdan ham oshdi.

Мамлакатимиз мустақиллиги, айниқса, охирги йиллардаги ўзгаришлар ёшларимизга ўзларининг салоҳиятларини намоён қилиш учун жуда катта имкониятлар очиб берди. Хусусан:

1. Аввал пахта ва қишлоқ хўжалиги экинлари учун мажбурий меҳнат оддий ҳол эди, унга тўлиқ барҳам берилди ва натижада барча ижтимоий соҳа ходимлари ўзининг бевосита иши билан шуғулланишига имконият яратилди;

2. Оддий кундалик эҳтиёжлар учун зарур бўлган нарсалар ҳам доим дефицит ҳолатида бўлар эди, ҳозир эса барча нарсаларни бемалол дўконлардан ёки онлайн харид қилиш имконияти пайдо бўлди;

3. Чет элликлар билан мулоқот қилиш ёки четга чиқиш худди давлатга қарши жиноят қилгандек баҳоланадиган шароитдан, барча учун очиқ бўлган мамлакатга айландик;

6. Бутун дунёдан юртимизга туристлар оқими ҳам кенгайиб, қўшимча ишчи ўринлари яратилишига имкониятлар очилди. Халқимизда ҳам нафақат юртимиз ичида туризм масканлари кўпайиб, уларда дам олиш имкониятлари кенгайди, балки чет эл давлатларига турист бўлиб келишлари учун ҳам имкониятлар очилди;

7. Хорижий инвестициялар ва чет эл капитали иштирокидаги компаниялар сони ортиб бормоқда;

8. Пахта яккаҳокимлиги натижасида қуриган Орол денгизи тубида ўрмонлар барпо этилди, тоза ичимлик сувига эга бўлмаган миллионлаб аҳоли учун ичимлик суви тизими яратилди. Бу каби муаммолар ёпиқ бўлиб келган ҳудудларни обод қилиш ва аҳолининг турмушини яхшилаш бўйича тизимли ишлар йўлга қўйилди.

Натижада, замонавий касблар ва хорижий тилларни ўрганган ҳамда доим ўз устида ишлаб, ҳаракат қиладиган ёшлар ўз истеъдодларини рўёбга чиқариш учун кундан кунга кўпроқ имкониятларга эга бўлмоқда. Ушбу имкониятлардан фойдаланиб, мамлакатимиз мустақиллигини мустаҳкамлаш ва унинг обрўсини ошириш йўлида доимо ҳаракатда бўлайлик!
