HTS-led rebels are trying to encircle Hama. They captured Al-Mubarakat and Sheikh Helal, cutting the Hama-Salamiyah road. They also captured As Sa'en, Rasm Al-Baghl, Awija, Al-Ayur, Kasoun Al-Jabal, Al-Shir, Soubin, Zour Al-Jadeed and Khirbet Al-Hijama. Rebel forces are now entering Hama from the north.
