💫The Great Reward and Immense Virtue in Showing Kindness to People – Even Animals💫

🔹Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"A man was walking along the road when he became extremely thirsty. He found a well, so he went down into it, drank, and then came out. As he did, he saw a dog panting and eating moist soil out of thirst. The man said, ‘This dog has suffered the same level of thirst I had.’ So, he filled his shoe with water, held it in his mouth, climbed up, and gave the dog a drink. Allah thanked his deed and forgave him.”

The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah, is there a reward for us in showing kindness to animals?"

He replied: "There is a reward in every living creature with a moist liver (i.e., every living being)."

📔 Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim

🔹Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"A dog was once circling around a well, on the verge of dying from thirst. A prostitute from the Children of Israel saw it, removed her shoe, drew water from the well, and gave it to the dog to drink. Because of this act, she was forgiven."

✏️Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

▫️"If Allah, the Most High, forgave someone for quenching the thirst of a dog in its extreme need, then how much greater will be the reward for one who provides water to the thirsty, feeds the hungry, and clothes the destitute among the Muslims?!"

💫 The High Prophetic Guidance and Noble Conduct in Dealing with Those Who Cut Ties with You from Relatives, Friends, and Colleagues 💫

🔸 On the authority of Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is not permissible for a Muslim to shun his brother for more than three nights, so that when they meet, each turns away from the other. The better of the two is the one who initiates the greeting of peace."
(Agreed upon)

🔸 On the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The one who maintains ties is not the one who does so only reciprocally, but the one who maintains ties is the one who reaches out when his kin have severed ties with him."
(Reported by Al-Bukhari)

🔸 On the authority of Abu Hurairah, a man said:
"O Messenger of Allah, I have relatives whom I maintain ties with, but they cut me off. I treat them kindly, but they treat me badly. I show patience with them, but they act ignorantly toward me."
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied:
"If you are as you say, it is as if you are feeding them hot ashes. And you will continue to have a supporter from Allah against them as long as you remain in that state."

🔹 O seeker of honor, dignity, and elevation, you will find these in adhering to the Prophetic Sunnah and the noble Islamic teachings.

🔹 Initiating peace and connection with those who have severed ties with you—be they relatives, friends, or colleagues—is not an act of humiliation, weakness, or inferiority. Rather, it is a true mark of honor and elevation before Allah and the righteous among His servants. This is based on the hadith:
"The better of the two is the one who initiates the greeting of peace."

🔸 On the authority of Abu Hurairah, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Allah only increases a servant in honor through forgiveness, and no one humbles themselves for the sake of Allah except that Allah raises them in rank."
(Reported by Muslim)

▫️ Allah Almighty says:
"If they had only done what they were instructed, it would have been better for them and more affirming."
[Surah An-Nisa: 66]

🔹 Do not let pride, arrogance, or self-importance prevent you from doing good and being humble. Do not be deceived by the whispers of Satan.

▫️ Allah Almighty says:
"Satan only wants to cause enmity and hatred between you."
[Surah Al-Ma'idah: 91]

▫️ And He says:
"Indeed, the believers are but brothers. So reconcile between your brothers and fear Allah so that you may receive mercy."
[Surah Al-Hujurat: 10]

🔹 Scholars, students of knowledge, and those who call to Allah—whether men or women—are the ones most deserving of acting upon these teachings, as they are the role models for others.

▫️ Allah Almighty says:
"The only response of the believers, when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, is to say: 'We hear and we obey.' It is they who will be successful."
[Surah An-Nur: 51]

▫️ And He says:
"Is it not sufficient for them that We have sent down to you the Book which is recited to them? Indeed, in it is mercy and a reminder for people who believe."
[Surah Al-Ankabut: 51]

▫️ And He says:
"These are the verses of Allah, which We recite to you in truth. Then in what statement after Allah and His verses will they believe?"
[Surah Al-Jathiya: 6]

💫 A Noble Benefit: Whoever treats others with a certain quality, Allah Almighty will treat him with that same quality in this world and the Hereafter. Allah deals with His servant in accordance with how the servant deals with others. 💫

✏️ IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"Indeed, He -Allah-, glorified and exalted be He:
▫️Is Merciful and loves those who are merciful, and He only shows mercy to His merciful servants.
▫️He is Concealing and loves those who conceal the faults of others.
▫️He is Forgiving and loves those who forgive.
▫️He is Pardoning and loves those who pardon.
▫️He is Gentle and loves those who are gentle among His servants, and He detests those who are harsh, cruel, and arrogant.
▫️He is Kind and loves kindness.
▫️He is Forbearing and loves forbearance.
▫️He is Benevolent and loves benevolence and its people.
▫️He is Just and loves justice.
▫️He accepts excuses and loves those who accept the excuses of others.

🌟 He rewards His servant based on the presence or absence of these attributes in him.

🔸So whoever pardons, Allah will pardon him.
🔹Whoever forgives, Allah will forgive him.
🔸Whoever shows leniency, Allah will show leniency to him.
🔹Whoever contends with Allah's servants, Allah will contend with him.
🔸Whoever is gentle with His creation, Allah will be gentle with him.
🔹Whoever shows mercy to His creation, Allah will show mercy to him.
🔸Whoever does good to them, Allah will do good to him.
🔹Whoever overlooks their faults, Allah will overlook his faults.
🔸Whoever is generous to them, Allah will be generous to him.
🔹Whoever benefits them, Allah will benefit him.
🔸Whoever conceals their faults, Allah will conceal his faults.
🔹Whoever seeks out their flaws, Allah will expose his flaws.
🔸Whoever dishonors them, Allah will dishonor him.
🔹Whoever denies them goodness, Allah will deny him goodness.
🔸Whoever opposes Allah, Allah will oppose him.
🔹Whoever deceives, Allah will deceive him.
🔸Whoever betrays, Allah will betray him.

✨ Whoever treats others with a certain quality, Allah will treat him with that same quality in this world and the Hereafter. Allah deals with His servant based on how the servant deals with others.

📙 This is why it is narrated in the hadith: "Whoever conceals (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will conceal him in this world and the Hereafter. Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship from the hardships of this world, Allah will relieve him of a hardship from the hardships of the Day of Resurrection. And whoever eases (the burden) for one in difficulty, Allah will ease his account for him." (1)

💫SEEKING KNOWLEDGE IS ONE OF THE BEST GOOD DEEDS THAT EXPIATE SINS💫

✏️ IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"Seeking knowledge is one of the best good deeds, and good deeds erase bad deeds. It is therefore fitting that seeking knowledge for the sake of Allah should expiate past sins, as the texts indicate that following up a bad deed with a good deed erases it. How much more so when it comes to something that is among the best of good deeds and the greatest of acts of worship!"

🟢 To you whom Allah has guided to the Sunnah and the Salafi methodology,

🟡 And to you whom Allah has blessed with seeking beneficial knowledge,

🔴 Do not abandon seeking knowledge, nor weaken in acquiring it, until your death.

🔵 Knowledge is unmatched by anything for one whose intention is sound.

⚫ Stay with your inkpot until your reach the grave.

🟣 Strive for beneficial knowledge, seek Allah's help, and never despair.

🟠 For the path of knowledge is the way to Paradise, the greatest means to continuous uprightness, which is the highest honor.

✨ “Whoever treads a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make the path to Paradise easy for him.”

💫 A Glad Tidings and Consolation for the Sick Who Are Sincere, Diligent, and Devoted to Righteous Deeds During Good Health 💫

💧 We ask Allah for pardon and well-being for us and for any Muslims who were negligent in good health. Truly, our Lord is Most Generous and Forgiving!

✏️ Here is a summary of authentic, established hadiths on this matter based on our findings:

1️⃣ - Abu Musa’s Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant becomes ill or travels, the same reward is written for him as for what he used to do when he was healthy and at home."

📙 Narrated by Al-Bukhari: Chapter on Rewards Written for a Traveler as They Were in Residence.

Although its chain includes Ibrahim ibn Abdul Rahman al-Sakaski, who is weak, Al-Bukhari specifically chose this hadith, so it is considered authentic as affirmed by the verifier of Musnad Ahmad. This is also corroborated by other hadiths, especially concerning the sick.

2️⃣ - Abdullah ibn Amr’s Hadith:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"No person suffers a bodily affliction without Allah commanding the angels guarding him: Write for my servant every good deed he used to perform daily and nightly while in My restraint."

📙 *Narrated by Ahmad and others, deemed authentic according to Muslim’s standards as noted by the verifier of Musnad Ahmad.

3️⃣ - Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As’s Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant is on a righteous path of worship and then becomes ill, the angel assigned to him is instructed: Record for him the same deeds he used to perform while healthy until I release him or take him back to Me."

📙 Narrated by Ahmad and others. Its chain was graded sound by Al-Albani, Al-Wadi’i, and the verifier of Musnad Ahmad. It is further authenticated through corroboration.

4️⃣ - Anas ibn Malik’s Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"When a servant is afflicted with a bodily ailment, Allah commands the angel: Write for him the righteous deeds he used to do. If I heal him, I cleanse and purify him; if I take him back, I forgive and have mercy upon him."

📙 Narrated by Ahmad and others. Verified as authentic by Al-Wadi’i and graded sound by the verifier of Musnad Ahmad. It is considered authentic by corroboration.

5️⃣ - Uqbah ibn Amir’s Hadith:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"No daily deed is sealed except in favor of the believer. When a believer falls ill, the angels say: O our Lord, Your servant so-and-so is now detained. Allah replies: Seal his deeds as they were until he recovers or dies."

📙 Narrated by Ahmad and others. Al-Albani verified its chain, and the verifier of Musnad Ahmad graded it sound through corroboration. Although Ibn Lahi’ah is in the chain, Abdullah ibn Mubarak narrates from him, and the hadith is corroborated.

💫 The Greatest and Most Beneficial Remedy for Hearts and Bodies: The Qur’an 💫

🌟 The condition for a patient to benefit from medicine is to accept it and believe in its effectiveness by the will of Allah.

✏️ Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

"However, there is an important matter that must be clarified: one of the conditions for a sick person to benefit from medicine is to accept it and firmly believe in its healing properties. When the body accepts it, it aids in repelling the illness…

Consider this in relation to the greatest and most effective remedy—the most beneficial for hearts and bodies, for life and the Hereafter, for this world and the next—the Qur’an, which is a cure for every disease. How can it benefit hearts that do not believe in its healing power and effectiveness? Rather, it only increases them in sickness upon their sickness.
There is no remedy more beneficial for the healing of hearts than the Qur’an, for it is their complete and perfect cure that leaves no illness except that it removes it. It preserves their health in an absolute sense and protects them entirely from anything harmful or damaging.

Despite this, most hearts turn away from it, failing to hold an unwavering belief—free of doubt—that it is truly as described. Instead, they neglect its use and resort to medicines created by their fellow humans. This has prevented them from attaining healing through it.
Customs have prevailed, heedlessness has intensified, chronic illnesses have taken root in hearts, and both patients and doctors have become accustomed to seeking treatment from human-devised methods established by their elders and those they revere and place their trust in.

As a result, the affliction has worsened, the disease has become entrenched, and new illnesses and ailments have emerged that baffle their attempts at treatment. The more they attempt to cure them with modern treatments, the more severe they become and the stronger they grow. The reality itself cries out to them:

*وَمِنَ الْعَجَائِبِ وَالْعَجَائِبُ جَمَّةٌ ... قُرْبُ الشِّفَاءِ وَمَا إِلَيْهِ وُصُولُ*

*كَالْعِيسِ فِي الْبَيْدَاءِ يَقْتُلُهَا الظَّمَا ... وَالْمَاءُ فَوْقَ ظُهُورِهَا مَحْمُولُ*

"Among the wonders—of which there are many—
Is that healing is near, yet remains out of reach.

Like camels in the desert dying of thirst,
While they carry water upon their backs."

📚 Zaad al-Ma’ad 4/92-93

OUR LORD ALLAH SUBHANAH SAYS:

🌿"وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَا يَزِيدُ الظَّالِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًا" [الإسراء : 82]

🔷"And We send down from the Qur’an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism and act on it), and it increases the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers) nothing but loss."


🌿"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ" [يونس : 57 - 58]

🔷"O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Quran, ordering all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things, etc.) for the believers."
"Say: "In the Bounty of Allah, and in His Mercy (i.e. Islam and the Quran); -therein let them rejoice." That is better than what (the wealth) they amass."

🌿" قُلْ هُوَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هُدًى وَشِفَاءٌ وَالَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ فِي آذَانِهِمْ وَقْرٌ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِمْ عَمًى أُولَئِكَ يُنَادَوْنَ مِن مَّكَانٍ بَعِيدٍ"[فصلت : 44]

🔷" Say: "It is for those who believe, a guide and a healing. And as for those who disbelieve, there is heaviness (deafness) in their ears, and it (the Quran) is blindness for them. They are those who are called from a place far away (so they neither listen nor understand).

🌟THE BEST DAY FOR A SERVANT IS THE DAY OF HIS REPENTANCE TO ALLAH🌟

✏️ IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

_"This serves as evidence that the best and most virtuous day in a servant’s life, in absolute terms, is the day of their repentance to Allah and the acceptance of their repentance by Him. This is based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) - as in the story of Ka‘b ibn Malik’s repentance (may Allah be pleased with him)-: 'Rejoice in the best day that has ever passed over you since your mother gave birth to you.'

If it is asked: How can this day be better than the day of his Islam?

It is said: It is a completion of the day of his Islam and part of its perfection. The day of his Islam marks the beginning of his happiness, while the day of his repentance marks its completion and fulfillment. And Allah is the One whose help is sought."_

⚪ Allah, the Most High, says:

"وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ" [النور : 31]

"And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, so that you may succeed."
[Surah An-Nur: 31]

🚫The Ruling on Congratulating Disbelievers on 🎄Christmas🎄🚫

❓ A question was posed to the esteemed Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on him:

1️⃣ What is the ruling on congratulating the Disbelievers on Christmas?

2️⃣ How should we respond if they congratulate us?

3️⃣ Is it permissible to attend celebrations they hold for this occasion?

4️⃣ Does a person sin if they do any of these actions unintentionally, out of politeness, shyness, or pressure?

5️⃣ Is it permissible to imitate them in this regard?

✏️ The Sheikh responded:

🚫 "Congratulating Disbelievers on Christmas or any of their religious festivals is prohibited by consensus.

✏️ This was mentioned by Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, in his book "Ahkam Ahl al-Dhimma", where he said:

🚫 "As for congratulating them on their religious rituals that are specific to them, it is prohibited by consensus. For instance, saying to them: 'Blessed holiday to you' or 'Congratulations on this holiday,' and similar phrases.
Even if the one saying this escapes committing disbelief, it is still prohibited. It is on level of congratulating them for prostrating to the cross; indeed, it is a greater sin in the sight of Allah than congratulating someone for drinking alcohol, committing murder, or engaging in illicit sexual acts. Many people who have no regard for their religion fall into this without realizing the gravity of their actions. Whoever congratulates a person for their sin, innovation, or disbelief exposes themselves to Allah’s anger and wrath." end of his speech may Allah have mercy on him.

🚫Thus the congratulation of Disbelievers on their religious festivals became forbidden, and it is in the same level as what Ibnul-Qayyim mentioned, because it implies approval of their rituals of disbelief and pleasing that for them, even if one does not personally approve of such disbelief for himself. A Muslim is forbidden to express approval or congratulate others for rituals of disbelief, as Allah does not approve of disbelief, as stated:

⚪"إِن تَكْفُرُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنكُمْ وَلَا يَرْضَى لِعِبَادِهِ الْكُفْرَ وَإِن تَشْكُرُوا يَرْضَهُ لَكُمْ" [الزمر : 7]

"If you disbelieve, then verily, Allah is not in need of you, He likes not disbelief for His slaves. And if you are grateful (by being believers), He is pleased therewith for you"[Surah Az-Zumar 39:7]

And Allah also said:

⚪"الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا " [المائدة : 3]

“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have pleased for you Islam as your religion.” [Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:3]

🚫 It is prohibited to congratulate them regardless of whether they are colleagues in their jobs or not.

🚫 If they congratulate us on their festivals, we do not respond, because these are not our festivals, and because they are not pleased by Allah. These festivals are either innovations in their religion or have been abrogated by Islam, which Allah sent with Muhammad (peace be upon him) to all mankind, as stated:

⚪"وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ" [آل عمران : 85]

"And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers." [Surah Aal-E-Imran 3:85]

🚫It is forbidden for a Muslim to attend their celebrations for such occasions, because it involves greater participation in their rituals than simply congratulating them.

🚫 Similarly, it is forbidden for Muslims to imitate Disbelievers by holding celebrations for these occasions, exchanging gifts, distributing sweets, or preparing food, or by ceasing work in observance of these festivals. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever imitates a people is one of them.”

✏️ Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah stated in "Iqtidha’ al-Sirat al-Mustaqim Mukhalafat Ahl al-Jaheem":

🚫 “Imitating them in some of their festivals brings joy to their hearts over their falsehood, and may even embolden them to seize opportunities and subjugate the weak.” end of his speech may Allah have mercy on him.

🚫 Whoever engages in these acts is sinful, whether they did so out of politeness, friendliness, shyness, or other reasons, as it constitutes compromising the religion of Allah and strengthening the disbelievers’ pride in their religion.

We ask Allah to honor the Muslims through their religion, grant them steadfastness upon it, and grant them victory over their enemies. Indeed, He is All-Powerful and Almighty.

💫GUIDING HUMANITY TO AWARENESS OF SEVEN OBSTACLES💫

🚫A SUMMARY OF SATAN'S STRATEGIES🚫

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Praise be to Allah, abundant, good, and blessed praise, as our Lord loves and is pleased with. I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, alone without partners, and I testify that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. May Allah's blessings and peace be upon him, his family, and companions.

To proceed:
Among the beneficial sciences for mankind is understanding divisions that simplify comprehension and aid memorization. By Allah’s grace, I came across a valuable insight highlighted by Imam Ibn al-Qayyim in several of his beneficial works. It encapsulates the essence of Satan’s evil, his obstacles, tricks, and methods for inflicting harm and misguidance on this weak human—except for those whom Allah protects through strong Imaan, obedience, remembrance, gratitude, and good worship.

Whoever recognizes the schemes of this clear enemy will discern the path of this accursed disbeliever, the source of all evil and the leader of criminals. Allah, the Exalted, says in His noble Book:

⚪((وَكَذَلِكَ نفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ وَلِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ)).

⚪"And thus do We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail, that the way of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners), may become manifest.
." (6:55)

🌟Here are the seven obstacles in summary:

1️⃣ The Obstacle of Polytheism and Disbelief

2️⃣ The Obstacle of Innovations (in religion)

3️⃣ The Obstacle of Major Sins

4️⃣ The Obstacle of Minor Sins

5️⃣ The Obstacle of Preoccupation with Permissible Matters, Distracting from Worship

6️⃣ The Obstacle of Focusing on the Lesser Over the Better

7️⃣ The Obstacle of Inflicting Harm through Enemies and Adversaries

If you reflect—may Allah have mercy on you—on what Islam’s enemies are doing today to Muslims and their lands, you will find these seven obstacles manifested in their schemes, plots, tricks, and methods to harm and oppress the followers of Islam.

No wonder, for they are the brothers of devils and soldiers of the accursed Iblis, from among both humankind and jinn, as Allah describes them:

⚪((وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نِبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا شَيَاطِينَ الإِنسِ وَالْجِنِّ يُوحِي بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى بَعْضٍ زُخْرُفَ الْقَوْلِ غُرُورًا وَلَوْ شَاء رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ))

⚪ "And so We have made for every prophet an enemy—devils from humankind and jinn—whispering to one another with delusions of decorated speech. And had your Lord willed, they would not have done it, so leave them and what they fabricate." (6:112)

⚪((إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء لِلَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ))

⚪ "Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe." (7:27)

⚪((إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ))

⚪ "Indeed, they took devils as allies instead of Allah and thought they were guided." (7:30)

🚫However, what is astonishing is the widespread heedlessness among many Muslims concerning both the apparent and hidden enemies and the traps laid to ensnare them through these destructive paths and perilous obstacles.

May Allah protect and grant us well-being.

✏️Sheikhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said:

  "And the Foundation of Islam is:

أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله.

I testify that there is no diety worthy of worship except Allaah and Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is the Messenger of Allaah.

So, whoever seeks with his acts of worship to show off and seek fame, has not fulfilled the testimony that there is no diety worthy of worship except Allaah.

And whoever deviated from what the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم commanded from the Shariah (legislation) ,and worshipped with Bida'ah (Innovation) ,has not fulfilled the testimony that Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) is the Messenger of Allaah."

💫 The Scholar's Independence Through Allah's Provision 💫

✏️ Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
"If a scholar is granted wealth, he is supported in implementing his knowledge. But if he is made dependent on people, his knowledge perishes before his very eyes."

📚 I'lam Al-Muwaqqi'in

✨ May Allah have mercy on Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim and grant him abundant reward. His statement emphasizes the importance of a scholar’s independence from people in acquiring, practicing, and spreading knowledge. Relying on Allah’s provision empowers a scholar or preacher to disseminate and implement their knowledge freely, without constraints or feeling beholden to anyone. Conversely, dependence on others can diminish their influence, reduce their standing, and weaken their ability to convey the truth effectively.

⭐ We ask Allah to enrich our scholars, preachers, and students of knowledge with His bounty and make them a source of benefit to the Ummah in spreading goodness. Indeed, our Lord is Most Generous and the Bestower.

💫 The Heart Has Six Realms It Roams: Three Lowly and Three Lofty 💫

✏️ IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"The heart roams in six realms, and there is no seventh: three lowly realms and three lofty realms.

🚫 The lowly realms are:
1️⃣ A worldly life that adorns itself for it,
2️⃣ A self that whispers to it,
3️⃣ An enemy who instills evil thoughts into it.

⛔ These are the realms of base souls, constantly wandering within them.

✨ The three lofty realms are:
1️⃣ Knowledge that becomes clear to it,
2️⃣ Intellect that guides it,
3️⃣ A Deity it worships.

💫ATTAINING PARADISE BY OVERCOMING "AL-'AQABAH"💫

🔴 What is "AL-'AQABAH"?
AL-IMAAM AS-SAN’ANI said:
"It is the steep path up a mountain, and here it refers to difficult matters."
(Al-Tanweer, 4/569)

✏️ AL-IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM says in explaining the following verses:

✨{فَلا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ * وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ * فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ * أَوْ إِطْعَامٌ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي مَسْغَبَةٍ * يَتِيمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ * أَوْ مِسْكِينًا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ * ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ * أُولَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْمَيْمَنَةِ * وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِآيَاتِنَا هُمْ أَصْحَابُ الْمَشْأَمَةِ * عَلَيْهِمْ نَارٌ مُؤْصَدَةٌ}.✨

✨ "But he has not attempted the steep path. And what can make you know what is the steep path? It is freeing a slave, or feeding on a day of severe hunger an orphan of near relationship, or a needy person in misery. Then he becomes one of those who have believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion. They are those on the Right Hand (the dwellers of Paradise). But they who disbelieved in Our Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they are those on the Left Hand (the dwellers of Hell). they are the companions of the Left Hand (the dwellers of Hell). Over them will be fire closed in."
(Surah Al-Balad, 90:11-20)

IBNU-L-QAYYIM said:

"Man has not crossed the steep path that lies between him and his Lord, a path that cannot be crossed except by:

1️⃣ Doing good to others: By freeing a slave, which involves delivering them from bondage. In return, Allah will deliver the person from the bondage of their own self and from their enemy.

2️⃣ Feeding the needy and orphans: Especially during times of famine and hardship.

3️⃣ Sincerity to Allah: Through pure faith, which is the exclusive right of Allah upon His servants. This involves believing His messages and obeying His commands sincerely for His sake.

4️⃣ Advising others: Encouraging them to patience and compassion, while also accepting such advice. This makes one patient and compassionate within themselves and a source of support for others in these virtues, guiding them to the same path.

🚫 Whoever does not cross this "AL-'AQABAH" and perishes without doing so is cut off from their Lord, unable to reach Him, and remains veiled from Him."

🟢People are of two categories:

1️⃣ The successful: Those who have crossed the "AL-'AQABAH" and moved beyond it.

2️⃣ The doomed: Those who remain stuck before the "AL-'AQABAH", representing the majority of people.

🌟 This 'steep path' is only crossed by the dedicated and prepared (referred to as Mudammirun)(1), for it is a tough and challenging path. Only those who are light-burdened manage to cross it—these are "the companions of the right hand (the dwellers of Paradise)."

🚫 As for those who fail to cross the 'steep path', rejecting the truth and disobeying the commands, they are "the companions of the Left Hand (the dwellers of Hell)." "Over them is a fire sealed tightly", leaving them unable to escape, just as they were encompassed
by deviant actions and false beliefs which opposed the messages brought by the messengers. Similarly, the fire encompasses them, trapping their bodies as their false beliefs trapped their hearts.

💫 Reflect upon this short chapter (Surah Al-Balad) and its profound content, encompassing the essentials of knowledge and faith. Allah grants success.

💫WHO IS MOST BENEFICIAL PERSON TO YOU?💫

✏️AL-IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM رحمه الله answers:

✨"The most beneficial person to you is the one who allows you to influence him positively—someone who gives you the opportunity to instill goodness in him or do good deeds towards him.

✨Such a person becomes a valuable aid to you in achieving your own benefit and perfection. In reality, your benefit from him is equal to, if not greater than, his benefit from you.

🚫Conversely, the most harmful person to you is the one who enables you to sin against Allah because of him. Such a person becomes an aid to your harm and deficiency.

📙Al-Fawaid

➡️ I said:
This beautiful trait is clearly evident in our time among the people of Yemen in general, particularly in the regions liberated from the tyranny of the Houthis, and especially in the Hadhramaut governorate, both its interior and coastal areas. May Allah reward them with the best of rewards.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah:
"And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses; they have no choice. Exalted is Allah and high above what they associate with Him" [Quran 28:68].

The Salafi da'wah in Yemen has become a refuge and support for the people of Sunnah and Jama'ah, despite the enmity of adversaries:
"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it" [Quran 9:32].

This is an ancient and deep-rooted quality among the people of Yemen. In Sahih Muslim, it is narrated:
On the authority of Anas, the people of Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "Send with us a man to teach us the Sunnah and Islam."

I ask Allah to preserve this blessed da'wah in every place and to grant it acceptance.

The last outcome of lacking a physician is the death of the body, whereas if the servant does not receive the light and life of the Message, his heart dies in a way that leaves no hope for life ever again, or he suffers an unhappiness from which there is no hope of bliss. Thus, there is no success except in following the Messenger (ﷺ)."

💫Narrated Abdullah ibnu Umar رضي الله عنه:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "There is a tree among the trees, which is as blessed as a Muslim"

💫In another narration:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Amongst the trees, there is a tree, the leaves of which do not fall and is like a Muslim. Tell me the name of that tree." Everybody started thinking about the trees of the desert areas. And I thought of the date-palm tree but felt shy to answer, the others then asked, "What is that tree, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" He replied, "It is the date-palm tree."

✨AN UNIQUE ELOQUENT SIMILARITY BETWEEN THE STARS OF THE HEAVEN AND THE STARS OF THE EARTH (I.E) THE RELIABLE SCHOLARS!✨

✒️IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM (رحمه الله ) said:

⭐As for the similarity of the scholars to the stars,

1️⃣ It is because the Stars guide in the darkness of the land and the sea, as well as the scholars.

2️⃣ The Stars are decorations of the sky, as well as the scholars are decorations of the Earth.

3️⃣ These (stars) are missiles for the shayateen to prevent them from listening in, lest they be overhearing the revelation revealed to the Messengers from Allah at the hands of his angels, similarly the scholars are the missiles for the shaytaan (amongst) the humans, who inspire one and other with adorned opinions arrogantly.

💫So the scholars are the missiles for this category of shayateen, and if it were not for them, the characteristics of religion would be wiped out by the deception of the misguided, but Allah Almighty has established them as guards and preservers of his religion, and as someone to stone his enemies and the enemies of his Messengers. So this is one aspect to their similarity to the stars.

📚Mifthah Daris-Sa'adah (1/178)

🖋️ I said:
🟧Qataadah (رحمه الله ) said:
Allaah سبحانه وتعالى created these stars for three purposes; He made them as an adornment for the sky, missiles for the devils, and signs by which people find their way. If anyone explains them differently he makes a mistake, squanders what is allotted to him, and occupies himself with something he does not know.

📙Transmitted by al-Bukhari without a complete chian of narration, but transmitted by Ibn Jarir al-Tabari and ' Abd Ibn Humaid with a complete chain of narration, and it is saheeh.

🔰 From the evidences for that was mentioned by Qatadah (رحمه الله ) about the wisdom of creating the stars:

⚪قوله تعالى: "وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِّلشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ" [الملك : 5]

And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire. (Al-Mulk 67:5)

⚪وقال تعالى: "إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ * وَحِفْظًا مِّن كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَّارِدٍ * لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى الْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَى وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ * دُحُورًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌ * إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ" [الصافات : 6-10]

Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). (As-Saffat 37:6)

And to guard against every rebellious devil. (As-Saffat 37:7)

They cannot listen to the higher group (angels) for they are pelted from every side. (As-Saffat 37:8)

Outcast, and theirs is a constant (or painful) torment. (As-Saffat 37:9)

Except such as snatch away something by stealing and they are pursued by a flaming fire of piercing brightness. (As-Saffat 37:10)

⚪وقال تعالى: "وَلَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا فِي السَّمَاءِ بُرُوجًا وَزَيَّنَّاهَا لِلنَّاظِرِينَ * وَحَفِظْنَاهَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ رَّجِيمٍ * إِلَّا مَنِ اسْتَرَقَ السَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ مُّبِينٌ" [الحجر : 16-18]

And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. (Al-Hijr 15:16)

And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). (Al-Hijr 15:17)

Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. (Al-Hijr 15:18)

⚪وقال تعالى: "وَبِالنَّجْمِ هُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ" [النحل : 16]

And landmarks (signposts, etc. during the day) and by the stars (during the night), they (mankind) guide themselves. (An-Nahl 16:16)

⚪وقال تعالى: "وَهُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ النُّجُومَ لِتَهْتَدُوا بِهَا فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ قَدْ فَصَّلْنَا الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ" [الأنعام : 97]

It is He Who has set the stars for you, so that you may guide your course with their help through the darkness of the land and the sea. We have (indeed) explained in detail Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, Revelations, etc.) for people who know. (Al-An'am 6:97)

🔰 From the evidences for what mentioned by Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله ) on the similarity of the scholars with the stars is in these three matters:


1️⃣. So they (the Ulama) are a safety, preservation and a protection for this nation and the proof for that is :

🟡The Hadeeth of Abi Musa Al Ashari (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said : The stars are a source of security for the sky and when the stars disappear there comes to the sky, i. e. (it meets the same fate) as it has been promised (it would plunge into darkness). And I am a source of safety and security to my Companions and when I would go away there would fall to the lot (of my Companions) what they have been promised with and my Companions are a source of security for my Umma and as they would go there would fall to the lot of my Umma what they have been promised.

📙 Recorded by Muslim

2️⃣.️ And through them (Ulama) the people get guidance as in statement of Allah سبحانه و تعالى:

⚪قوله تعالى: "وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ" [الأعراف : 181]

And of those whom We have created, there is a community who guides (others) with the truth, and establishes justice therewith. (Al-A'raf 7:181)

⚪وقوله تعالى: "وَجَعَلْنَا مِنْهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَهْدُونَ بِأَمْرِنَا لَمَّا صَبَرُوا وَكَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا يُوقِنُونَ" [السجدة : 24]

And the Statement of Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) :
And We made from among them (Children of Israel), leaders, giving guidance under Our Command, when they were patient and used to believe with certainty in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). (As-Sajdah 32:24)

3️⃣. They are truly the adornment of the Earth, because the adornment beloved to Allaah is the adornment of Imaan, obedience, worship, and what follows that:

⚪قال تعالى: "إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ زِينَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا" [الكهف : 7]

Allaah سبحانه وتعالى said :
Verily! We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds. [i.e.those who do good deeds in the most perfect manner, that means to do them (deeds) totally for Allah's sake and in accordance to the legal ways of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ]. (Al-Kahf 18:7)


⚪وقال تعالى: "وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ فِيكُمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوْ يُطِيعُكُمْ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْرِ لَعَنِتُّمْ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَزَيَّنَهُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكُفْرَ وَالْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ أُولَئِكَ هُمُ الرَّاشِدُونَ" [الحجرات : 7]

And Allaah سبحانه و تعالى said :
And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, but Allah has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allah and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم ) hateful to you. These! They are the rightly guided ones, (Al-Hujurat 49:7)

🟡And in the Hadeeth of Ammar bin Yasir رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم used to say in his Duaa : O Allah, beautify us with the adornment of Imaan and make us among those who guide and are rightly guided."

✨AN UNIQUE ELOQUENT SIMILARITY BETWEEN THE STARS OF THE HEAVEN AND THE STARS OF THE EARTH (I.E) THE RELIABLE SCHOLARS!✨

✒️IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM (رحمه الله ) said:

⭐As for the similarity of the scholars to the stars,

1️⃣ It is because the Stars guide in the darkness of the land and the sea, as well as the scholars.

2️⃣ The Stars are decorations of the sky, as well as the scholars are decorations of the Earth.

3️⃣ These (stars) are missiles for the shayateen to prevent them from listening in, lest they be overhearing the revelation revealed to the Messengers from Allah at the hands of his angels, similarly the scholars are the missiles for the shaytaan (amongst) the humans, who inspire one and other with adorned opinions arrogantly.

💫So the scholars are the missiles for this category of shayateen, and if it were not for them, the characteristics of religion would be wiped out by the deception of the misguided, but Allah Almighty has established them as guards and preservers of his religion, and as someone to stone his enemies and the enemies of his Messengers. So this is one aspect to their similarity to the stars.

✒️AL-IMAAM IBNU-L-QAYYIM says رحمه الله:

🚫Amongst the most difficult types of patience is patience in refraining from committing wrong actions of speech and sexual wrong actions.
Wrong actions of speech which are all entertaining and enjoyable such as:

⛔backbiting and slander,
⛔telling lies,
⛔arguing and quarrelling,
⛔and praising oneself explicitly or implicitly,
⛔narrating people's speech,
and insulting people, one does not like, and praising those whom, one does like, and like of them.

🚫There is a strong motive to commit these wrong actions, and it is so easy to move one’s tongue and speak.

🟠so the patience required to abstain from them is particularly difficult.

⚪Therefore the Prophet (ﷺ) told Mu‘âdh, “Control your tongue.” Mu‘âdh asked, “Are we accountable for what we say?”
The Prophet (ﷺ) answered, “Is there anything other than the wrong actions of speech that cause people to be thrown in Hell on their faces?”

🚫Once the wrong actions of speech have become a habit, patience becomes even more difficult.
🚫So you might see a man who stays up all night praying, fasts all day, and would refrain from touching a pillow if it were made of silk, yet he gives his tongue free rein inbackbiting, slandering and causing trouble between people."

💠 Imam Ibn al-Qayyim (May Allah have mercy on him) said -:

"If in the morning and in the evening the slave becomes concerned with none other than Allah alone - Allah سبحانه وتعالى will carry all his needs, and will carry (on behalf of him) what worries him and will empty his heart to love HIM, and his tongue to remember HIM, and his limbs to obey HIM, but if in the morning and in the evening the slave his concern(worry) is the dunya - Allah makes him carry his worries ، his distress, and his troubles , and turns all of it to himself, so he distracts(busies) his heart away from his love( for Allaah) towards the love of creation, and his tongue away from remembering HIM towards the remembrance of them(of the creation) , and his limbs away from his obedience by serving others and their works, he toils(struggles) the toil(struggle) of a wild animal in the service of others, like a pair of bellows* which blows his belly and squeezes his ribs for the benefit of others."

❄️HERE ARE SOME EVIDENCES MANIFESTING & PROOFING THE PERFECTION OF THE TRUE RELIGION OF ALLAH "ISLAM"!

Our LORD ALLAH سبحانه says:

🟡"وَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ تِبْيَانًا لِّكُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ" [النحل : 89]

🔵"And We have sent down to you the Book (the Quran) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allah as Muslims)."

🟡"بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ" [النحل : 44]

🔵"With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers).
And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad ﷺ) the reminder and the advice (the Quran), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought."

🟡"الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا" [المائدة : 3]

🔵"This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion."

⚪Narrated Tariq bin Shihab reported that a Jew said to 'Umar رضي الله عنه:
If this verse were revealed in relation to the Jews (i e."This day I have perfected your religion for you and have completed My favours for you and have chosen for you al-Islam as religion") we would have taken the day of rejoicing on which this verse was revealed.
Thereupon 'Umar رضي الله عنه said: I know the day on which it was revealed and the hour when it was revealed and where Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had been when it was revealed. It was revealed on the night of Friday and we were in 'Arafat with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) at that time.

📗Transmitted by Bukhari and Muslim

⚪Salman رضي الله عنه reported that (one among) the polytheists remarked:
Your Messenger (ﷺ) teaches you about everything, even about excrement.
He رضي الله عنه replied: Yes, he has forbidden us to face the Qibla at the time of excretion or urination, or cleansing with right hand or with less than three pebbles, or with dung or bone.

📗Transmitted by Muslim

⚪Al-'Irbad bin Sariyah رضي الله عنه said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delivered a moving speech to us which made our eyes flow with tears and made our hearts melt. We said: 'O Messenger of Allah. This is a speech of farewell. What did you enjoin upon us?'
He (ﷺ) said: 'I am leaving you upon a (path of) brightness whose night is like its day. No one will deviate from it after I am gone but one who is doomed..."

📗Transmitted by Ibnu Majah declared to be Sahih (authentic) by Al-Albani.

⚪Narrated Abu Al-Juwairiyya:
I asked Ibn `Abbas رضي الله عنه about الباذق Al-Badhaq (a drink made from the juice of grapes slightly boiled).
He رضي الله عنه said: 'Muhammad (ﷺ) came before Badhaq (i.e., he prohibited alcoholic drinks before It was called Al-Badhaq by saying:) "everything that intoxicates is unlawful.'"
I said: 'What about good lawful drinks?'
He رضي الله عنه said: 'Apart from what is lawful and good, all other things are unlawful and not good (unclean Al-Khabith).

📗Transmitted by Bukhari

⚪Abu Zdhar رضي الله عنه said:
" The messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) left us, while no bird flies with its wings except we have knowledge from him."

📗Transmitted by Ibnu Hibban and declared to be Sahih (authentic) by Al-Albani.

⚪In an additional narration in the same Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Thare is nothing left makes closer to Jannah and distance from the hellfire, except it has been revealed to you."

📗Transmitted by atTabarani and declared to be Sahih (authentic) by Al-Albani.
