উপকরণ:
বড়ার জন্য-
১. হাফ কাপ বেসন
২. ১/৩ চা চা হলুদ গুড়া
৩. ১/৩ চা চা মরিচ গুড়া একটু কুসুম গরম পানি
৪. এক চিমটি বেকিং সোডা
দই এর চাটনির জন্য-
৫. হাফ কাপ টক দই
৬. ১/২ চামচ চাট মশলা (না থাকলে ভাজা জিরা গুড়া)
৭. ১/২ চামচ বিট লবণ
৮. ব্লেন্ড করা পুদিনা + ধনে পাতা ১.৫ চামচ
৯. মধু/স্টেভিয়া স্বাদমতো (চিনিও দেয়া যায় তবে তাতে হেলদি থাকে না)
১০. মরিচ গুড়া
প্রস্তুত প্রণালী:
বেসন, গুড়া মশলা ও সামান্য লবণ দিয়ে অল্প অল্প পানি দিয়ে ২/৩ মিনিট ফেটতে হবে, এতে এয়ার তৈরি হবে। সামান্য একটু ভারি ব্যাটার হলে সেখানে বেকিং সোডা দিয়ে আবার ফেটিয়ে নিতে হবে। এরপর ডুবো তেলে ১ টেবিল চামচ করে ব্যাটার ছেড়ে হাল্কা আঁচে ভেজে নিতে হবে।
একটি বাটিতে পানি, স্বাদমতো লবণ আর সামান্য ভাজা জিরা গুড়া মিশিয়ে সেখানে বড়া গুলো ভাজার পর হাল্কা গরম থাকা অবস্থায় ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
দই এর চাটনির উপকরণ গুলো ফেটিয়ে নিতে হবে। এরপর বড়াগুলা পানি থেকে তুলে চিপে বাটিতে রেখে চাটনি দিয়ে দিতে হবে। চাইলে তেতুলের সস উপরে সামান্য দেয়া যাবে।
ফ্রিজে রেখে দিলে ইফতারের টাইমে খাওয়া যাবে মজাদার ইন্সট্যান্ট দই বড়া।
