❗️पालकमंत्री हे प्रशासकीय व धोरणात्मक पद असून रिवाजाप्रमाणे मुख्यमंत्री त्यांची नेमणूक करतात.
❗️या पदाला घटनात्मक वा कोणत्याही कायदेशीर तरतुदीचा आधार नसला तरी त्याला कॅबिनेट मंत्रिपदाचा दर्जा असतो.
❗️पालकमंत्र्याने जिल्ह्याच्या विकासाची व सुशोभीकरणाची काळजी घ्यावी, असा अर्थ पालकमंत्री या नावात अभिप्रेत आहे.
❗️ तो जिल्हा प्रशासन व राज्य व केंद्र सरकारमधील एक महत्त्वाचा दुवा असतो.
❗️जिल्हा प्रशासनाला मार्गदर्शन करणे व राज्य सरकार आणि केंद्र सरकारच्या माध्यमातून राबवण्यात येणाऱ्या योजनांची प्रशासनामार्फत अंमलबजावणी करण्याचे काम पालकमंत्री करतात.

UPSC Form भरताना hobby, achievements या संबंधी details भरण्यासंबंधी अनेक doubt विचारले जात आहेत.
DAF भरताना एक basic thumb rule लक्षात घ्या - तुम्हाला ज्या गोष्टींवर मुलाखत घेणाऱ्यांनी विशेषत्वाने प्रश्न विचारावे असे वाटते त्या गोष्टी DAF मध्ये समाविष्ट करा अथवा highlight होतील अशा पद्धतीने मांडा.
Hobby बाबतीत थोडं specific राहील तर अधिक चांगलं राहील. म्हणजे listening music ऐवजी listening bollywood music/ classical music किंवा travelling ऐवजी solo travelling, adventurous travelling यासारखे थोड specific बनवा.
ज्या गोष्टी नंतर बदलता येणार आहेत त्यावर आता खूप वेळ घालवू नका.

❗️Build Momentum by Anudeep Durishettey
Newton’s first law states that an object at rest stays at rest, and an object in motion stays in motion, unless acted upon by an external force.
I’ve realised that this law applies not just to physical objects but also to our minds.
When we procrastinate on a task—when the mind is at rest—we continue to procrastinate. The longer the time we have been procrastinating, the more difficult it becomes for our mind to act on it.
Conversely, when we’re in the flow, checking off tasks one by one, we feel unstoppable. We move from task to task, as if an invisible force is propelling us. That invisible force is momentum, propelling us from stasis into motion. Momentum is the spark that ignites the fire. It starts small and slow, but as it builds, it energizes us to tackle even our long-pending projects.
Think about it.
We often feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of tasks on our ever-growing to-do list. It gets bigger and bigger until acting on it becomes emotionally draining. We put it off for long, pontificating about irrelevant things, fully aware that we are avoiding something important. This traps us in a vicious cycle, making it even harder to escape. The longer and deeper your procrastination, the tougher it becomes to start anything. Days, weeks, and even years pass, and your to-do list remains untouched. We live life on autopilot, painfully aware of our goals and our failure to achieve them.
Momentum is the key to breaking out of this limbo—it’s that surge of energy that comes from taking action and making progress.
Momentum starts the moment you take action—any action—toward your goals. There are so many examples in real life where momentum shift has significant consequences.
In tennis, how often do we see a player dominate the start of a match, reach the verge of a set point, only to miss it? We see a spectacular defense from the opponent, and a spirited fight ensues. S/he then builds on that momentum, wins the game, the set, and eventually the match. That’s momentum for you.
How to build momentum?
The key to building momentum is to aim for small wins as early as possible into your journey. Define success as less.
If you want to read a 300-page book, it can feel daunting. When you open the first page, you freeze. The trick is to read for 30 minutes per day initially. If 30 minutes feel daunting, go for 15 minutes or even 10. The duration is not the point. The point is finally to take action on it.
Completing seven consecutive days builds confidence and momentum. Then, on the 8th day, your momentum carries you to read for 1 hour, then 2 hours, and so on. The unbroken chain becomes so addictive that you can’t give it up. You keep going, and eventually, you accomplish your goal. A daunting task becomes possible because of momentum.
So, whatever be the goal you are stuck about, simply write a list of small, initial tasks related to your goal. These tasks may seem insignificant compared to the actual goal, but that’s precisely the point. Start taking action towards your goals, little by little. Task by task, you will feel momentum propelling you ever closer to your goal.

We often feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of tasks on our ever-growing to-do list. It gets bigger and bigger until acting on it becomes emotionally draining. We put it off for long, pontificating about irrelevant things, fully aware that we are avoiding something important. This traps us in a vicious cycle, making it even harder to escape. The longer and deeper your procrastination, the tougher it becomes to start anything. Days, weeks, and even years pass, and your to-do list remains untouched. We live life on autopilot, painfully aware of our goals and our failure to achieve them.
Momentum is the key to breaking out of this limbo—it’s that surge of energy that comes from taking action and making progress.
Momentum starts the moment you take action—any action—toward your goals. There are so many examples in real life where momentum shift has significant consequences.
In tennis, how often do we see a player dominate the start of a match, reach the verge of a set point, only to miss it? We see a spectacular defense from the opponent, and a spirited fight ensues. S/he then builds on that momentum, wins the game, the set, and eventually the match. That’s momentum for you.
How to build momentum?
The key to building momentum is to aim for small wins as early as possible into your journey. Define success as less.
If you want to read a 300-page book, it can feel daunting. When you open the first page, you freeze. The trick is to read for 30 minutes per day initially. If 30 minutes feel daunting, go for 15 minutes or even 10. The duration is not the point. The point is finally to take action on it.
Completing seven consecutive days builds confidence and momentum. Then, on the 8th day, your momentum carries you to read for 1 hour, then 2 hours, and so on. The unbroken chain becomes so addictive that you can’t give it up. You keep going, and eventually, you accomplish your goal. A daunting task becomes possible because of momentum.
So, whatever be the goal you are stuck about, simply write a list of small, initial tasks related to your goal. These tasks may seem insignificant compared to the actual goal, but that’s precisely the point. Start taking action towards your goals, little by little. Task by task, you will feel momentum propelling you ever closer to your goal.

UPSC Prelims मध्ये Economy असा विषय आहे जिथे cost benefit चांगला आहे. तुम्ही या विषयात efforts घेतले तर जवळपास सर्वच प्रश्न बरोबर येऊ शकतात. मी Prelims च्या lecture मध्ये म्हणतो त्याप्रमाणे Polity , Economy आणि Environment या तीन subjects वर absolute hold असेल तर आपण cut off या तीन विषयांच्या आधारावर clear करू शकतो.
पण conceptual clarity च्या अभावी economy मध्ये मुलांचे अनेक प्रश्न चुकतात. या विषयाचा Polity सारखा एक defined source नसल्यामुळेही subject cover करायला issue येतो. ह्या सगळ्या बाबी लक्षात घेता हे economy module नक्कीच फायदेशीर असेल.
पण conceptual clarity च्या अभावी economy मध्ये मुलांचे अनेक प्रश्न चुकतात. या विषयाचा Polity सारखा एक defined source नसल्यामुळेही subject cover करायला issue येतो. ह्या सगळ्या बाबी लक्षात घेता हे economy module नक्कीच फायदेशीर असेल.

MPSC Mains 2024 or UPSC 2025 / MPSC Descriptive 2025 ?
आतापर्यंत फक्त UPSC चा अभ्यास केला पण 1 डिसेंबर ला झालेल्या MPSC पूर्व परीक्षेत चांगले गुण आले आहेत असे अनेक विद्यार्थी आहेत. त्यांच्यासमोर MPSC मेन्सचा अभ्यास करावा की UPSC Prelims वर focus करावा हा प्रश्न आहे.
जर तुम्ही आत्तापर्यंत MPSC Mains चा अभ्यास कधीच केलेला नसेल व यूपीएससी मेन्स चा अभ्यास केला असेल तर UPSC Prelims 2025 व next year ची MPSC Descriptive target केली तर जास्त better राहील. कारण -
1.MPSC Mains ची तयारी 4 महिन्यात शक्य असली तर पोस्ट मिळवण्यापर्यंत चे Margin mains मध्ये मिळवणे निश्चित आव्हानात्मक आहे. आधी mains दिलेल्या वा आधीच mains ची तयारी असणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांना येथे नक्कीच advantage आहे.
2. MPSC Mains April end ला असल्याने त्यानंतर UPSC Prelims 2025 ची तयारी करणे अवघड होईल. तुमचा 2025 चा attempt compromise होईल.
3.ज्या अर्थी तुम्हाला MPSC Prelims मध्ये चांगले मार्क्स येत आहेत त्यामुळे 2025 च्या MPSC Descriptive ला तुम्ही advantegeous position ला असाल. त्याचा फायदा घेण्यासाठी आता UPSC चा अभ्यास फायदेशीर ठरेल.

प्राथमिक निरीक्षण -
फार controversial अथवा चुकीचे उत्तर GS पेपर मध्ये दिसत नाहीयेत. त्यामुळे 2nd key ने गेल्या काही वर्षांत दिसलेले marks मधील खूप मोठे fluctuations यावेळी दिसणार नाही अशी अपेक्षा बाळगायला हरकत नाही.
अर्थात इट्स MPSC afterall.😅
फार controversial अथवा चुकीचे उत्तर GS पेपर मध्ये दिसत नाहीयेत. त्यामुळे 2nd key ने गेल्या काही वर्षांत दिसलेले marks मधील खूप मोठे fluctuations यावेळी दिसणार नाही अशी अपेक्षा बाळगायला हरकत नाही.

📌Context - अमेरिकेचे अध्यक्षपद सोडण्यास दीड महिना शिल्लक असताना जो बायडेन यांनी आपला मुलगा हंटर बायडेन याला सर्व खटल्यांमध्ये 'अध्यक्षीय माफी' दिली. त्यानंतर आता अशी माफी देणे किती योग्य, असा मुद्दा पुढे आला आहे

⭕️ माफीचा अधिकार अमेरीका व भारत
अमेरिकन राज्यघटनेच्या कलम २, अनुच्छेद २ नुसार संघराज्य स्तरावरील कोणत्याही गुन्ह्यात (फेडकल क्राईम) दोषमुक्त करण्याचा राष्ट्राध्यक्षांना अधिकार आहे.
राज्यांमध्ये चाललेले स्वतंत्र गुन्हे आणि महाभिगोयाविरोधात मात्र या अस्त्राचा वापर करता येत नाही.
जगातील बऱ्याच देशांमध्ये ही पद्धत असली, तरी कोणतीही माहिती न घेता थेट माफी देण्याचा प्रकार फक्त अमेरिकेतच आढळतो.
भारतामध्ये राज्यघटनेच्या अनुच्छेद ७२च्या आधारे शिक्षा माफ करण्याचा राष्ट्रपतींना अधिकार आहे. मात्र अनुच्छेद ७४ अनुसार केवळ केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडळाच्या सल्ल्यानेच राष्ट्रपतींना एखाद्या व्यक्तीची शिक्षा माफ करू शकतात.
अनुच्छेद १६१च्या आधारे राज्यपालांनाही फाशीव्यतिरिक्त अन्य शिक्षा माफ करण्याचा अधिकार आहे. तत्पूर्वी कनिष्ठ न्यायालयापासून ते सर्वोच्च न्यायालयापर्यंत सर्व ठिकाणी दोष सिद्ध होणे गरजेचे आहे. लष्करी न्यायालयातील शिक्षेलाही (कोर्ट मार्शल) राष्ट्रपती माफी देऊ शकतात. मात्र अमेरिकेप्रमाणे मनात येईल तेव्हा मनात येईल त्याला माफी देण्याचा अधिकार आपल्या राज्यघटनेने राष्ट्रपतींना दिलेला नाही.

Have you ever found yourself scrolling Instagram reels after a long day, only to glance at the clock and realise it’s somehow 3 AM? You, my friend, have fallen victim to the epidemic of brain rot—a condition so relatable it’s been named the Oxford Word of the Year for 2024.
The Oxford Dictionary defines brain rot as “the supposed deterioration of a person’s mental or intellectual state, especially viewed as the result of overconsumption of material (now particularly online content) considered to be trivial or unchallenging.”
Translation: all those hours spent watching cat videos and oddly satisfying slime compilations are frying your brain like an egg.
The rise of brain rot as a cultural buzzword ties directly to our increasing reliance on social media and the sheer ubiquity of low-effort, high-entertainment content.

‘कौन बनेगा करोडपती’च्या नुकत्याच दाखवण्यात आलेल्या एका भागात ‘फास्टेस्ट फिंगर फर्स्ट’ ही फेरी जिंकून कोलकाता विद्यापीठाचे उपकुलगुरू डॉ. नीरज सक्सेना हे अमिताभ बच्चन यांच्यासमोरच्या हॉटसीटवर येऊन बसले. त्यांनी आत्मविश्वासानं खेळायला सुरुवात केली. जागरूकतेनं आणि बुद्धिमत्तेचा वापर करत ते प्रत्येक प्रश्नाचं उत्तर देत होते. आपल्या ज्ञानाच्या आणि अनुभवाच्या बळावर ते ३ लाख २० हजार रुपये जिंकवून देणाऱ्या प्रश्नापर्यंत येऊन पोहोचले. ‘सुपर सवाल’ या नव्यानं आणण्यात आलेल्या पर्यायाचा त्यांनी वापर केल्यानं ही रक्कम दुप्पट म्हणजे ६ लाख ४० हजार रुपये इतकी झाली.

❗️संविधान सभेच्या संपूर्ण कार्यकाळात १५ महिलांचा सहभाग होता.
❗️त्यापैकी दहा महिलांनी वादचर्चेत भाग घेतला.
❗️त्यांनी वादचर्चेत दोन टक्के योगदान दिले.
❗️त्यात दुर्गाबाई देशमुख यांचा सर्वाधिक सहभाग (२३,००० शब्द) होता. त्यांनी न्यायपालिकेबाबत सविस्तर मते मांडली.
❗️त्यापाठोपाठ अम्मू स्वामिनाथन, बेगम एजाज रसूल आणि दक्षियानी वेलायुधन यांनी मूलभूत अधिकारांवर आपली भूमिका मांडली. हंसा मेहता, रेणुका राय यांनी महिला न्यायाचा मुद्दा जोरकसपणे मांडला.

On Children’s Day, it is important to recall the famous quote, ‘Child is the father of man’, which comes from William Wordsworth’s poem ‘My Heart Leaps Up’. Wordsworth believed that the innocence and wonder children have for the world are essential for a well-rounded adult life. Thus, any education imparted by parents or teachers to children might carry a hint of indoctrination, which is the opposite of true teaching.
Kahlil Gibran proffered, “You may give them your love but not your thoughts, for they have their own thoughts.” Every story shared with children is often a way to lower their guard. When we start with, ‘Once a lion met a mouse, and he said…,’ the listener thinks, ‘Oh, this isn’t real; I can just relax and enjoy the tale.’ However, within that story is a parable carrying a subtle message. Stories, fables and folktales are often meant to teach or guide, yet the line between teaching and influencing is thin. So, could there be a way for children to learn from parents and teachers without indoctrinating them to think in a certain way?
When Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s daughter was 12, she came home from school one day feeling upset. She told him, “You teach so many people so many things, but you haven’t taught me anything.” Sadhguru replied, “This is all you need to know: don’t look down on anybody, and don’t look up to anybody.”

The only true teaching is that which allows you to remain free from indoctrination from anyone, ever.
No wonder then Pink Floyd, a hard rock band, wrote decades ago: “We don’t need no education/We don’t need no thought control…Teachers, leave us kids alone.”

मी सांगतो तू कोण आहेस ते !' ही म्हण वर वर पाहता सामान्य वाटली तरी खोलवर विचार करता असं लक्षात येईल की, आपल्या मित्रपरिवाराचा आपल्या विचारांवर, वागणुकीवर आणि आपल्या एकूणच स्वास्थ्यावर फार गहिरा प्रभाव असतो. मित्र हे केवळ त्यांच्याबरोबर वेळ घालवण्यापुरते मर्यादित नसतात, तर आपण जपलेल्या मूल्यांचं प्रतिबिंब त्यांच्यात आपल्याला दिसतं, आणि आपल्या कठीण काळात ते खंबीरपणे पाठीशी उभे राहतात. नकारात्मक आणि आहे त्यातच समाधान मानणारी विचारसरणी असलेल्या मित्रांच्या सान्निध्यात राहणाऱ्या, एखाद्या ध्येयासाठी धडपडणाऱ्या मनुष्याचं चित्र डोळ्यापुढे आणून पाहा. त्याची कितीही चांगली आणि उच्च ध्येयं असली, तरी अशा प्रकारची माणसं त्याला खालीच खेचणार आणि त्याच्या प्रगतीच्या आडच येणार. आपल्या आयुष्यातलं स्थित्यंतर हे बऱ्याचदा आपल्या भोवतीची माणसं आणि परिस्थिती बदलल्याने घडतं. तेव्हा स्वतःला विचारून पाहा, 'ज्या माणसांच्या सान्निध्यात मी वावरतोय, त्यांच्यामुळे माझी प्रगती व्हायला, माझ्या ध्येयापर्यंत पोहोचायला मदत होतेय, की त्यांच्यामुळे अधोगती होतेय ?'

किराणा दुकानात काड्याची पेटी घ्यायला गेलो होतो. गोड्यातेलासाठी भलीमोठी रांग होती. माणसे मुंगीच्या पावलांनी पुढे सरकत होती. दुकानदार डोळयांत तेल घालून थेंबाथेंबाचा दाम दसपटीने वसूल करत होता.
तेवढ्यांत त्या रांगेतल्या एका फाटक्या परकरपोलक्यांतल्या पोरीचा नंबर लागला. तिने दुकानदाराकडे मातीची पणती ठेवली.
दुकानदार "तेलाचं भांडं कुठाय?" म्हणून खेकसला.
ती म्हणाली, "येवढं पणतीभर द्या."
"अग, दिवाळीला अवकाश आहे! पणत्या कसल्या लावतेस?" पोरगी गांगरली. पण दारिद्रय धिटाई शिकवते. लगेच सावरुन म्हणाली, "दिवाळी कसली? खायला त्याल द्या..."
"ह्या पणतीत?" दुकानदार म्हणाला.
मुलीने हातातले दहा पैशाचे नाणे टेबलावर ठेवले. "यवड्या पैशात किती बसतं ते द्या"
"अग, दहा पैशाचं तेल द्यायला माप कुठलं आणू?"
"पण आमच्याकडे धाच पैशे हाइत."
तीने आणखी पाच पैशांची सोय केली. पोरीची पणती तरीही पुरती भरली नव्हती. कारण तिच्या घरी पणतीहून अधिक मापाचे 'खायाचे तेल' परवडत नाही.
आता पणतीचे आणि माझे नाते दिवाळीच्या रोषणाईशी होते ते तुटून गेले आहे. पणत्यांची आरास पाहिली, की 'आमच्याकडं धाच पैसे हाइत्' म्हणणारी ती मुलगी- नव्हे, एक प्रचंड आक्रोश मला ऐकू येतो.

लेखातील काही महत्वाचे मुद्दे -
⭕️भारतीय राज्यघटनेच्या वाटचालीचा विचार केला तर धर्मनिरपेक्षतेच्या या प्रवासात तीन पातळ्यांवर अडथळे; अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या असे म्हणता येईल.
त्यातली पहिली धर्मनिरपेक्षता या संकल्पनेच्या स्पष्टतेविषयीची होती/आहे.
दुसरी राज्यसंस्थेच्या धर्मनिरपेक्ष व्यवहाराविषयी आहे. धर्मनिरपेक्षता म्हणजे काय आणि राज्यसंस्थेने तिचे पालन कसे करावयाचे याचबरोबर धर्मनिरपेक्षतेला बगल देण्याची गरज राज्यसंस्थेला आपल्या आजवरच्या व्यवहारात का आणि कशी भासली यातूनही या अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या.
तिसरीकडे, भारतातील ‘नागरी समाजा’चा व्यवहारदेखील धर्मनिरपेक्षतेच्या स्वीकारातील एक ठळक अडचण ठरला.
⭕️ आधुनिक समाजातील व्यक्तीची प्रतिष्ठा; अधिकार आणि ऐहिक, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रांचा उदय यातून धर्माच्या सामाजिक नियंत्रणावर काही एक मर्यादा येतील; याव्यात अशी एक कल्पना धर्मनिरपेक्षतेत गृहीत आहे.
⭕️ही भूमिका धर्माचा त्याग करणारी, तसे सुचवणारी नाही तर धर्माचे समाजव्यवहारांवर सर्वंकष स्वरूपाचे नियंत्रण असू शकत नाही हे सुचवणारी आहे.
त्यामुळे सार्वजनिक व्यवहारांचे नियंत्रण ‘केवळ’ धर्मसंस्थेमार्फत केले जाऊ नये असे धर्मनिरपेक्षतेत गृहीत आहे.
⭕️धर्मनिरपेक्षता केवळ दोन किंवा अधिक धार्मिक समुदायांचे त्यांच्यातील संघर्षाचे नियंत्रण करण्याचे तत्त्व म्हणून न वावरता; आधुनिक काळातील व्यक्तिस्वातंत्र्य, बहुविध अस्मितांच्या आधारे समाजाची होणारी जडणघडण आणि लोकशाही नावाच्या मूल्याचा स्वीकार दर्शवणारे तत्त्व म्हणून वावरते.
⭕️भारतासारख्या बहुधर्मीय आणि बहुल अस्मितांचा आविष्कार घडवणाऱ्या समाजात हे तत्त्व महत्त्वाचे ठरते.
⭕️धर्मनिरपेक्षतेचा अनेकपदरी व्यवहार साकारताना व्यक्तीचे अधिकार आणि धार्मिक समुदायांचे अधिकार यांच्यातील एकाची निवड राज्यसंस्थेला करावी लागते. त्याचबरोबर दोन धार्मिक समुदायांच्या अधिकारक्षेत्रासंबंधींच्या संघर्षातही हस्तक्षेप करावा लागतो. आणि या प्रकारचे निवाडे करताना राज्यसंस्थेने तटस्थ राहणे अपेक्षित नसून तिने धर्मसंस्थेच्या कामकाजात सक्रिय हस्तक्षेप करून धार्मिक ‘सुधारणा’ घडवण्याचीही अपेक्षा राज्यघटनेत अनुस्यूत आहे.

⭕️भारतीय राज्यघटनेच्या वाटचालीचा विचार केला तर धर्मनिरपेक्षतेच्या या प्रवासात तीन पातळ्यांवर अडथळे; अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या असे म्हणता येईल.
त्यातली पहिली धर्मनिरपेक्षता या संकल्पनेच्या स्पष्टतेविषयीची होती/आहे.
दुसरी राज्यसंस्थेच्या धर्मनिरपेक्ष व्यवहाराविषयी आहे. धर्मनिरपेक्षता म्हणजे काय आणि राज्यसंस्थेने तिचे पालन कसे करावयाचे याचबरोबर धर्मनिरपेक्षतेला बगल देण्याची गरज राज्यसंस्थेला आपल्या आजवरच्या व्यवहारात का आणि कशी भासली यातूनही या अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या.
तिसरीकडे, भारतातील ‘नागरी समाजा’चा व्यवहारदेखील धर्मनिरपेक्षतेच्या स्वीकारातील एक ठळक अडचण ठरला.

सुट्टी,आराम, उसंत हे सर्व गरजेचेच.. पुन्हा नवीन जोमाने कामाला लागण्यासाठी एक ऊर्जा प्रदान करते सुट्टी वा उसंत. त्यामुळे दिवाळी सुट्टीचा जो तुमचा प्लॅन बनला आहे तो नक्की enjoy करा.. पण आपण जी परीक्षा देत आहोत त्यात ही सुट्टी जास्त लांबली तर मग backlog च ओझ निर्माण होत. 4 - 5 दिवसाच्या सुट्टी ने काय होत असे ज्यांना वाटते त्यांनी लक्षात घ्या अभ्यासाची link तुटली की परत ती लागायला कष्ट पडतात. त्यामुळे घरी गेलात तरी थोडा वेळ का होईना अभ्यास नक्की करा. दिवाळी हा तर प्रकाशाचा सण.. अभ्यासापेक्षा अधिक प्रकाशमय आपल्या आयुष्यात सद्या तरी काही नाही.. मैत्रेय मध्ये आम्ही ' अभ्यासमय दिवाळी ' साजरी करत आहोत. जे घरी जाणार नाही आहेत असे मैत्रेय चे विद्यार्थी क्लास मध्येच सकाळ पासून रात्री पर्यंत ( जसे आपण अभ्यासिकेत करतो) अभ्यास करणार आहेत. अभ्यासिकेत आजूबाजूला कोणी नाही, सगळीकडे festival vibes दिसताय मग माझा अभ्यास करण्याचा निर्धार ढळू नये यासाठी क्लास मध्ये एकत्र बसून आम्ही अभ्यास करणार आहोत... तुम्हीही जिथून अभ्यास करतात तिथून ही अभ्यासमय दिवाळी साजरी करू शकता.

1.It is the largest enclosed body of water in the world, with no direct connection to the world’s oceans. In other words, it is ‘endorheic'.
2.The Caspian stretches over a huge area of Eurasia, from Russia in the north to Iran in the south and from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan in the east to the Caucasus Mountains in the west.
3.About 130 rivers flow into the Caspian Sea, but the Volga, Kura, Ural, Terek, and Sulak rivers bring the main volume of runoff to the sea.
4.According to some data, the Volga River accounts for more than 80 per cent of the water brought into the Caspian Sea.
5.The Volga is the largest river in Europe, while the Ural is the continent’s third-largest.

👉India’s existing Dedicated Freight Corridors (DFCs) will contribute Rs 16,000 crore to the country’s gross domestic product, a study by Australia-based University of New South Wales has found.
Reduction in freight cost and travel time due to operationalisation of the Western DFC (WDFC) has helped reduce commodity prices by up to 0.5%.
