Extremely sorry for the late response!
Hereby mentioning some quick tips for GS3 that helped me to score 100 marks.
1. Made block diagrams extensively in almost every question.
2. After prelims I made some short value addition notes from newspaper to enrich my answers.
3. Attempted all the questions and filled all the pages of answer sheet.
4. Make sure to address both pros and cons of any statement given in question.
5. Used examples from newspaper which were currently in news.
6. I used resources from Vision IAS mains material and standard books that we used to study for prelims.
7 . I started every answer with a definition or factual data with source name.
8. I concluded every answer with a forward solution , better to quote some report or committee name.
