Kematian tak kenal umur

Lama tak menulis life kat hospital. Tapi sebenar nye hampir tiap hari aku monolog dalaman berkaitan kematian ni. Tapi tak bercerita. Bukan apa, tak sempat nak cerita. Kang cerita kat wife muram je suasana dalam rumah. Dalam rumah kena happy environment. Haha.
Kat ed ni macam2 jenis kematian ada.
1️⃣24tahun sampai2 nadi da xde. Taktau sebab. Known case of asthma je. Buat cpr 30min still nadi takde. Announce death. Thats it. Kalau aku ditakdirkan mati umur 24tahun, aku taktau apa je jasa yang aku dah buat. Im not judging others, just talking about myself.
2️⃣baby 1year old sawan sampai sejam tak berhenti2 terpaksa intubate takut brain injury. Kalau lama sgt sawan otak kurang oksigen bole jadi cacat/disturbed development. I dont know what happen then to this baby. I hope baby is well.
3️⃣Baby 5months old datang unconscious. Team paramedic dah start cpr 10minit. History dari babysitter baby tersedak susu. Cpr 30minit. No sign of life. Annouced death. Anak sulung. Parents menangis teresak2.
4️⃣pakcik datang nadi 28 je. Sikit lagi nadi nak kosong. Nadi kosong means no heart beat. Normal range 60-100. Bagi treatment tiba2 nadi hilang. Pacik unconscious. Start cpr. 10saat cpr tiba2 terkejot. Nadi dtg balik. Hebat Allah. Jantung da stop beating pun Dia boleh datangkan balik dalam 10saat je.
5️⃣Pacik 60tahun unconscious. Cpr ongoing. Cubaan untuk intubate x3 fail. Langsung tak nampak ruang untuk masuk ETT(endotracheal tube). Baru perasan kesan jerut di leher. Rupa nye pacik jerut leher untuk bunuh diri.
6️⃣Adik 16tahun. Kawan bonceng motor. Adik terjatuh ke belakang kepala terhantuk jalan. Tak pakai helmet. Datang ke ED pupils dilated 4mm. Tanda dah ada brain injury yang agak serius. Ct brain memang ada intracranial bleed. Agak besar. Cerebral edema, otak nampak bengkak. Transfer ke hospital sg buloh untuk pembedahan otak emergency. Belum sempat ke ot adik pulseless (tiada bacaan nadi) di ED hosp sg buloh. Cpr 30mins. Asystole. Announced death.
Kita ni muda2 terlalu nak enjoy. Konon hidup masih panjang. Padahal berapa ramai mati muda tanpa sebab. Dah mati its either 2 je tempat kita. Lepastu 24h kita sibuk dgn kerja la cari duit la famili la entertainment etc
So try to make 24h meaningful. Solat jgn tinggal aurat jaga maafkan semua org jgn panjang2kan gaduh buang ego . Benda ni semua no use. Menyusahkan kehidupan kita lepas mati je. Kalau 24h sibuk kerja niatkan kerja kita tu lillahitaala nak tolong org nak tolong famili or apa2 niat yg baik. Berapa ramai pergi balik kerja tanpa apa2 niat so kerja hanya dtgkan gaji takdtgkan pahala. Gaji habis kejap je. Pahala tu je yg kita bole buat bekalan.

My son and husband have been sick 2 times over the last 2 months. I haven't had it. Kinda weird, but we all eat a very different diet. I forced everyone outside yesterday for some Vit D, even though it was cold. The sun was shining for the first time in while and it felt amazing. Definitely don't skip on the sunshine people!

PUTRAJAYA, 24 Feb – Bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad hari ini menegaskan Malaysia sewajarnya mempunyai rancangan luar jangkaan bagi menghadapi kemungkinan berlakunya Perang Dunia Ketiga.

“Serangan Rusia (terhadap Ukraine) boleh ditafsirkan sebagai permulaan Perang Dunia Ketiga. Malah, terdapat ura-ura bahawa senjata nuklear digunakan,
“Dunia pula terpaksa menanggung kekurangan bekalan berikutan sekatan dan tindak balas Rusia,” katanya.
Beliau menambah, situasi geopolitik di Asia Timur amat membimbangkan terutamanya dengan melihat pertelagahan antara Taiwan dan China.

1. Akta 342:
Akta ini memberi kuasa kepada kerajaan Malaysia, khususnya Kementerian Kesihatan, untuk melaksanakan langkah-langkah pengawalan penyakit berjangkit. Ia merangkumi aspek penguatkuasaan seperti arahan kuarantin, penutupan premis, pemeriksaan kesihatan, dan vaksinasi.

"Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Janganlah kamu jadikan orang-orang yang dimurkai Allah sebagai penolongmu, sungguh, mereka telah putus asa terhadap akhirat sebagaimana orang-orang kafir yang telah berada dalam kubur juga berputus asa."

Kami ingin mendapatkan penjelasan secara bertulis dari pihak Tuan sebab musabab perbahasan pindaan Akta 342 hanya dihadiri oleh 25 orang Ahli Parlimen sahaja.
Walhal perbahasan Pindaan Akta 342 sangat penting untuk didengar, ,difahami dan dibahaskan kerana ia melibatkan setiap individu rakyat tak terkecuali bayi sekali pun.
Apa yang kami nampak, pindaan ini lebih zalim dari Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (ISA) yang telah dimansuhkan.
Pegawai yang diberi kuasa boleh menahan sesiapa saja hanya dengan alasan *'SYAK DI JANGKITI*. Tidak ada klausa bagi rakyat yang terkesan untuk mendapat
'pendapat kedua/alternatif (second opinion) dari pengamal perubatan bebas atau pun membuktikan syak wasangka pegawai yang diberi kuasa itu tidak berasas.
