It was a privilege to deliver a lecture on Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala & Union of India at Sindhudurg, in the esteemed presence of Honourable Justice Bharati Dangare Madam and Honourable Justice Borakar Sir. Their presence for the lecture and wishes will always motivates and encourage me.

The session was organized by the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and the Sindhudurg Bar Association, graced by the presence of the President of BCMG, Adv. Sangram Desai Sir, esteemed members of BCMG, and Honourable Judges of the Sindhudurg Court.

I am deeply humbled by the appreciation from their lordships for my efforts in analyzing and presenting this landmark case. Their words of encouragement inspire me to continue my journey in legal education and advocacy.

लहानवयात कुटुंबाची आलेली जबाबदारी, कुटुंबाच्या उदाहरनिर्वासाठी शेतात मजुरीने काम केलं, कांद्याचे ट्रॅक भरले, हमालीचे काम केलं. शेतात नांगर मारावा लागला अशा अनेक आव्हानांना तोंड देत त्याच्या आयुष्याचा प्रवास सुरू होता. पण त्याला माहिती होत ही परिस्थिती बदलायची असेल तर आपल्याला पुस्तक हाती घ्याव लागेल. पुस्तकच आपल्याला नवीन आयुष्य देऊ शकते. पुस्तकच मोलमजुरी करणाऱ्या आईच आयुष्य बदलू शकत. ह्यातून पुढ अनेक आव्हानांना तोंड शिक्षण पूर्ण केलं. अकोल्यासारख्या शहरात एकवेळीच पोट मारून दिवस काढले. पण साहेब होण्याचं स्वप्नं मात्र राजेशने सोडल नाही. त्याने सुरवातील jmfc चे देखील तयारी केली पण त्यात यश आले नाही. 10 वर्षाचा प्रवासात अनेक परीक्षांचा अपयश झेलत. त्याने शेवटी जिल्हा न्यायाधीश पदाला गवसणी मारली.

It brings me immense pride and joy to celebrate the incredible achievements of one of our brightest students, Ashpak Shahajahan Mulani. 🎓

Ashpak’s journey is nothing short of inspirational! After completing his law degree from ILS Law College, Pune (2017-2022), he achieved 8th rank in the MPSC exam, leading him to serve as Assistant Legal Officer in the Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya in 2023.

And now, Ashpak has once again made us proud by securing 7th rank (AIR) in the UPSC exam 2024, taking on the prestigious role of Assistant Director at the Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. 🎉✨

As a teacher, there is no greater reward than seeing a student excel and make a meaningful impact. Ashpak, your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence are commendable. I know you will continue to shine in this new chapter of your journey.
